I recently purchased an Amazon fire stick that was jailbroken from this business. I absolutely love my fire stick, cuz I was able to watch the Pay-Per-View fight and Im looking forward to watching all the football games and new movies that are coming out soon. They definitely stand behind their product because I was told of anything goes wrong to just bring it back or call them over the phone to troubleshoot. Lucas help me and he was very hospitable and accommodating. I would definitely do business with these guys if the chance arose again in the future

This place was very helpful we went there for a fire stick and the gentleman gave us a quick how to do on the TV. Just a heads up two people in the store at a time and you have to have your mask and be safe the place was clean and the guy was super helpful and very nice.

I brought 2 of my fire sticks back here to be updated and didn’t realize that one of my fire sticks was not bought from CTS.. Now when I picked them up they kindly suggested that one of them was not purchased from them and I insisted they both were. They said no worries.. we updated both anyways with no charge..When we returned home my wife found in history on amazon that we bought from there. So I want to apologize to CTS for my ignorance and again thank you for satisfying your customer.. I take my computer there when it isnt working fast or properly, they actually made it faster than it was when I first purchase the laptop! They always go out of their way! I got the Fire Stick from here. These guys are great and always answer any questions that I have. I also used them when my computer went on the fritz. They fixed it fast and were really reasonable with their prices.

I drove over 30 miles to buy 2 sticks. 1st your employer was over 15mins late for opening. Yelled at me, called me a liar and asked to leave. Waste of my time driving over 2 hours and gas. People save you money buy chromecast and download the apps yourself. Youll save yourself 30 n have useful app that are useful. This place is a total RIP off

I bought my firestick from this place about 6 months ago and Ive had issues with it buffering since I bought it. I called back to speak with someone and the guy I spoke with didnt seem to care about my issue. He stated that my internet spped was probably too slow. Umm nooo, my sister and niece use it for gaming and streaming and the speed is more than enough. So it is my thinking that theyre just out to sell their product but once its out the door its no longer their problem. Buyer beware right...

Scammers. Gave me a fire TV Box, and when I used it I got warning from Court and FBI and my cable provider. I am under deep trouble by using the Software that these guys have given me. When I complained, they denied that they ever sold me the Fire TV box. Learn from my bad experience and save yourself time and hassle.

Wow, dealing with this store possibly was the worst experience I have ever had. For starters the real store is a hole in the wall, dark, dusty, dirty, uncomfortable place. I wish I would have read some of their reviews before I went there and bought their firestick, which was already outdated by the time I got it. I wish I could give them 0 stars or they would give me a refund, but live and learn I guess

John helped me clean my computer from a nasty virus. He saved the day! After he fixed this he also helped set up a back up system to prevent data loss. He drove all the way from Phoenix to Mesa. His next appointment after me was in Tempe. Happy he goes the extra mile!

These people are very unprofessional. They claim to give you free movies and tv with their kodi stick. the issue is that this is illegal and very grey market. i got a copyright notice from my ISP after using their stick which is very over priced. stay away from this company, what they offer is illegal.
