My daughter has been attending dance at Impact Dance for the last 3 years and we have loved each one of her teachers, as well as all of the staff. I have been so impressed with the skills and technique my daughter has learned in such a short time. I have been equally impressed with the bonds my daughter has formed with the adorable girls in her group. I have seen teachers teaching the girls that they are a team, and they work together and their job is to help each other. I switched to Impact my senior year of High School. I was amazed at the training, team comradely, talent, balance with school/dance/family, my eyes were opened and I fell in love with dance all over again. Impact has it figured out. I’ve now been teaching for 13 years. Impact is a family. We believe in balance and longevity. I truly believe we have the best staff. I am so grateful everyday to work for and with the most amazing people, to teach the most brilliant/talented/awesome kids, and for the parents who sacrifice and put their trust in us. My daughter has danced at Impact for almost 9 years it truly is like family. We have only had positive experiences with everyone there including dancers and parents. I have loved watching all her growth in all areas of dance. I absolutely love all the teachers and owners and would recommend Impact dance to everyone.

We love Impact Dance! My daughter adores Ms. Anne! The owners are constantly in communication with all of the parents letting them know what is going on in the studio and with recitals. My daughter looks forward to going to dance every week!

Always loved Impact. Teachers are Very nice, welcoming and will talk to parents and its just super friendly environment. My daughters were there up to about 7years old so no experience with company or competing yet. But they loved their classes, kids and teachers!

I danced at Impact from 4th grade, until I graduated high school! I was befriended the day I got there and instantly felt so welcome. My technique improved drastically over the years, thanks to such amazing teachers. I will forever be grateful for all that I learned, and the lifelong friends I made at the studio. ID forever!!

Although some teachers are highly skilled, the environment is not inclusive. It’s very clear that if you’re not LDS you’re not “in”. (The exception is children of staff.) How motivating and inspiring is it for students when owners publicly announce the existence of A and B dancers/teams? It creates animosity among dancers, breeds bully behavior and damages the culture of the environment. Many dancers there -if given the same amount of attention and opportunity as some- would thrive just like the dancers who are the studio’s favorites. All that aside, general operations of this business leave much to be desired. Owners and some office staff are rude and talk about families who ask questions that go against the grain in front of other families or they hide behind closed doors instead of providing positive customer service. This is not one person’s opinion nor is just one age division. It’s across the board. Survey anyone who is not LDS. Many parents are afraid to say anything for for risk if their children losing even additional opportunities. If this is not the perception they are intending to put forward then they need to do better.
