My girl Olivia is awesome. I try not to fall asleep when shes working on my teeth. Shes funny with great personality I love the way she explains everything to me. The professor is awesome too she walks around and manages all the young kids and explains everything to them in a way that Im a truck driver and I could even understand. Very friendly staff ACCEPT MANAGER OR DIRECTOR at the front desk. Very rude unfortunately Im not sure why no one has ever said anything about her attitude. πŸ™„But before you read my review and say you will forward this review to the corporate, Im gonna say no you wont. You wont even do anything about it I totally get it but she doesnt need to be so rude with people who come in . Im sorry but Im giving five stars to my girl and her professor but front desk is getting a zero

This school is a joke. They try to trap you into registering before they give you all the details. Website doesnt list requirements that are hidden. School reps literally say the point is to get you to talk to someone and waste your valuable time. Wont waste mine any further

Unprofessional. Went to school here in 2018 but couldn’t finish it off. I contacted them a little over a YEAR ago so I can restart my path. Was in touch with Ernesto and out of nowhere stop receiving replies. I sent emails left messages and even went to the school. Every time was promised to be contacted. But I didn’t know it would take A WHOLE YEAR! Ernesto just contacted me today, a whole year later after I first inquired about the school. No thank you. Krista was an awesome instructor when I did attend the school in 2018. But I will not be returning there. Get a better organized staff to help out.

Its a free dental cleaning, they do an excellent job, honesty I am really comfortable about their job.I give 3 stars cause its really difficult try to get an appointment by phone, I have to go in person to front desk to get one.I dont know if its me, but I noticed the assistant in front is little rude, maybe she tired to answers same questions to different people, but once inside everyone else are so nice and respectful.Ill keep doing my Dental cleaning here, I love it.

I was so exited that I was going to get a free cleaning. The lady that set up the appointment over the phone was extremely friendly. Felt a little dingy on arrival. After the tech sits me down to go over the paperwork with me, one of the first things she says is, I cant read another this stuff you wrote what is it? (Clearly under the medications section). Im trying to be helpful and go over the list with her and she demands I spell each medication for her like its a spelling bee or something. She goes to check my blood pressure at this point which can be high on my right arm, to which she smiles nods and slides the cuff exactly to the middle of my elbow on my right arm, so I help her move it up to the appropriate spot. 160/80 yup a little high at this point. I say we should check the left, she smiles and nods, and goes and gets her supervisor. We move on to Xrays. My mouth still hurts, we still didnt get the shot, I had tears coming outta my eyes from the pain on the last unsuccessful attempt. I asked the tech, what do you need? Need on more root was the reply. I still dont know what that means.Back to the chair. Now for a series of seesaw like events with gum stabbing, teeth whacking, and after speaking up a scratch to the face.At this point I asked to speak to whoever is in charge. I felt my tech, Who needed help with setting on almost every computer she worked with, clearly did not have a handle on her tools, was not ready to be doing this.I was very frustrated it had been 2 hours of random mouth pain for nothing at this point. I expressed my frustration and concern for my safety. And the director/manger/whatever, Sometimes were just not a good fit for each other, and had security walk me out. Thats the quality of student/teaching staff they have there.

I keep calling but no one answers. So I took the time to drive over there in person to speak to someone. That wasnt even worth it either. The administrative assistant at the front desk was on the phone the entire time I was just standing there patiently waiting. What a long conversation it was just going on and on... Then a guy walks in and she goes Are you here to see __? Ill let him know youre hereShe never acknowledged my presence. Talk about RUDE.

Dont get me wrong I enjoy this school that I even recommend it the other students. Once I graduated the new advisor, Felicia was helpful at first than once I finish my hours for extern she just ignored my emails & calls. I graduate in December 2016 & till this day she hasnt even response to any of my voice messages. I bug her. I didnt want to write anything bad about this but it upsetting all that hard work seems like I did it for nothing.

How hard is it to get at least a letter saying I graduated from here? So much for caring and making sure every student gets a job after graduating. Apparently money is more important to this school than a students success. I am super disappointed in their service.

Ive never encountered a more unprofessional environment, ever. If I could rate them a zero I would. No one knows how to answer the phone, or call anyone back, and the staff is very unhelpful with any customer service type task whatsoever. This is extremely overpriced when considering the lack of attention or care that they show to students.

I am a student who just graduated with an associates degree in Dental Hygiene.I am very happy with the education and experience and would definitely recommend the program. The Pros:-The clinical faculty and staff are EXCELLENT! And good at what they do - they genuinely care about the success of their students.-The clinic is free to patients. ACTUALLY FREEThis is important because in most programs the patients have to pay and you are responsible for finding your own patients.-They schedule your patients for you! You are ultimately responsible to have a patient, but in my two years in the program I had to find my own patient twice. Thats it. Mrs. Lakefield is amazing.-The total for your program is all inclusive and is actually the same price as other programs despite seeming like more when you get the initial number. It will likely even be less than they quote you if you are smart about it and plan ahead and/or dont need gen-ed classes. (see the books part under cons)-They push you to success and prepare you VERY WELL.100% of our class passed our clinical boards and I think 100% passed the written National boards.-The clinic and campus is on one building. Its awesome. No driving around to sixteen buildings to get where you need to be.-There are excellent resources to help you if you are having trouble. The older classes will guide you and they will help you set up tutoring (free) if you need it.-The prerequisite classes you need are available as part of the program-You go through the whole program with the same people (about 30) so your class becomes a little family. Its nice.-They follow up to get you working! Once you graduate they help you get a job. I think everyone in out class is working already. (Most before Im writing this, which is 1-2 months after graduation)The Cons:-They put serious pressure on you to buy the most current edition of a book and/or to buy books you dont need. When I say serious pressure I mean they all but say you are not allowed to buy books elsewhere. At orientation they have a stack of books and they make you sign for them, about 1/3 of them you never use. I know of several students that had to pester people for WEEKS in order to get a book list before orientation, they bought books off the list, then were told those editions were no longer approved. And the book gal wouldnt even let students take a picture of the book list - a document they had to SIGN! (Though that person is no longer there.)Most students dont want to rock the boat, especially at the start of a program, so they just let themselves be forced to buy the books. AND its not even an actual policy. There is nothing ANYWHERE in any of the handbooks or policies that says you have to buy the books from the school or have specific editions. In fact its illegal for a program to make students buy books only from them. They also up-charge for books. Most of the current editions are on amazon brand new for about 80% of the school price, way less if you bought them used! I did not want to buy most of my books through the school and they made it such a big deal that in order to avoid a problem I finally just borrowed a friends approved books to show them I had them so they would leave me alone about it. I saved over $3,000.I used previous editions (1-3 editions behind the newest editions) for ALL but my first semester classes; I graduated with a 3.75 GPA.The books thing really really bothered me. It still does. This was my only real issue with the program - and its not even about the actual program!Do your research and be ready to feel very uncomfortable if you want to push the issue and get your books elsewhere. This is the ONLY reason for 4 out of 5 stars.-Its not a traditional college so there is some bureaucratic runaround in the administrative side of the school. You need to be organized and ready to haunt someone to get things done. But once you know who you need they are pretty good at getting back to you.The takeaway:Its a great school and is definitely worth the investment!
