I was not looking forward to spending 8 hrs on a Saturday in a traffic survival class.. Not only that I had to miss work and pay the additional fees besides the fines my wallet definitely took a beating. Now I will say that Michelle made every minute/ hour worth the time. She was very enthusiastic and kept the entire class involved. Shes awesome at what she does and as much as I enjoyed her class and the other attendees I will not violate a traffic law again. So most likely I will never see her again. Thank you Michelle

Michelle did an amazing job at keeping the environment as fun as she could while still making sure we got the information needed. She gave us adequate breaks and even when it seemed like we were getting a little sleepy made sure we had coffee and water available. Would recommend this school for anyone needing this class, worth every last penny, and she did an incredible job at making sure we had everything taken care of at the end. Couldn’t be happier.

Michelle is great and entiastic motivated great personality,..My props to her keep it up girl..Love the way Michelle tech class .. Ive been here before in the past so ill give an extra star because it wasnt that bad of an experience. Until I tried again...Darren the lead instructor or whatever was not so considerate over the phone. Immediately went to insulting me about how Ive ignored my responsibilities. As if I dont know that. Felt like talking to a police officer with a chip on their shoulder.Things happen in life even if its your own fault. Who is he to immediately judge someone without knowing or even seeing them. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE.Never considering or recommending this place to anyone again.

Mechelle made the class interesting and kept my attention thru out the course. If you need Traffic School this is the place to come to. Thank you Mechell.

Be ready for 8 hot hours of being preached Republican talking points right at you. Our teacher was quick to talk about her problems with Biden and the government and it’s safe to say most of the class was about Taco Bell or how the government is coming to take away your liberties! I appreciate the service but introducing your political beliefs into a course meant to teach seems wildly inappropriate. It’s not an 8 hour opportunity for you to try your anti-democratic standup routine.

Class is 8 hours so that sucks but my instructor Michelle was very informative and knowledgeable she also kept it interesting but it was 8 hours tho

Needed to take tss so i signed up for a class came in got the class over with and got my drivers license reinstated that week everything was updated in the system but she never sent my certificate of completion like she said she would dont really care because i got my license back i just found it kinda weird that she said she would send it through email but never did????

I attended last minute traffic survival school a few months back. My completion information was never forwarded on to the MVD according to the records and my license is now suspended. I have left several messages and cant seem to get someone to return my call. This isnt my first horrible experience of course. My initial class was scheduled I show up on the day that it was scheduled and there was absolutely no one there class was canceled and nobody even notified me. This business has been completely unprofessional, Im hoping this review will get someone to call me back.

Michelle and Darren are perfect 👌🏾They made getting through that class a breeze. Awesome people professional people.

*****As far as traffic school (TSS) goes, look no further.... this is the place to go!!Michelle & Darren carry lots of positive energy that seems to effect everyone in class. They keep everybody in the discussion and time seems to lapse at a very reasonable rate.After class, just about everyone had a question regarding their confusing ADOT paperwork & process, including me. This was received very patiently and thoroughly, assuring us of the steps needed for each individual and their specific case.You guys ROCK!! Thank you,

Dont go here Very Rude when trying to get information. Not professional has a attitude when they are charging you 150 dollars please take your hard earned money somewhere else. I dont have to follow nothing you say I m grown and again you wont get my money I suggest no one else gives you their money as well find someone that will answer your questions correctly because this aint the place.

Michelle is awesome!!! I cant say that I was excited to attend Traffic survival school however these people made the class so easy fun and worry free. Very professional. The place was clean. I would highly recommend this place .

I came here for the class and theres Noone in the office. I waited for 30 minutes with 5 more people

Michelle and Darren made the experience much more enjoyable than what it couldve been. They had their own trials and tribulations to pass which makes connecting with them easier. They know what youre currently going through. I wouldnt recommend getting a red light flasher ticket, but if you do, Id highly recommend going here.

No one wants to do traffic survival school but if you got to do it, you gotta do it. Expecting a long boring class, I got in there and Darren and Michelle had great positive energy that kept the class engaged, making the time go by faster.Highly recommend, especially if you really need to do it last minute like I did. Called Tuesday, and came in on a Wednesday to complete the class.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I got a ticket for the first time & the instructor was EXTREMELY rude. Was very unprofessional, and was shouting at me when I asked for help. Overall not a pleasant experience at all.

Easy scheduling, and the service upon arrival was quick and easy once you did the reservation online. Prices are fair. Cash or money order. Classes are taught by very knowledgeable instructors and they keep you entertained. I definitely recommend!

Was treated rudely. Just call to ask questions and got yelled at.

Painless process - great communication - interesting (given the circumstances) presentation.The curriculum keeps you interested enough to make it through.They really seem to care :)

Went to this place today and I was surprised! I never expected traffic survival school to be up beat and fun. The owner Darren was very nice and took time to break down some things that myself and peers did not understand fully. Michelle was also kind and very respectful. They were both energetic and confident in what they teached. I would recommend this class to everyone who needs it. Great customer service and hospitality. Five stars!

Went in the morning for classes...door was locked...so I thought maybe they havent opened yet.so i went to get a coffee and came back 5 minutes later, place was still closed..waited 10 minutes...steal closed.....so the door sign says open from 8am to 12pm...so why yall closed during your open times? Ended up going somewhere else that were able to squeeze me in their schedule that same day.

Darren was great! I was dreading having to spend a Saturday there but wound up actually enjoying my day. I was surprised that I really got a lot out of the class that applies to many aspects of life not just when youre behind the wheel. If you have to go to TSS, this is the place to do it!

Im just can say the experience is amazing.i was thinking is gonna be bad and boring but (darren bryant) him have the best way to teach. the people who take the class with me today! with this class I take with him for 8 hrs! I learn more about drive safely and survival!!! Thanks guys.

Owner was VERY disrespectful...i showed up for class and the place was not even open...3 other people showed up too so apparently i wasnt the only one who was told class was on a wednesday. The owner tried to blame me!!! I would not recommend going somewhere and you get talked to like youre less than human. Place doesnt even deserve 1 star but i had to put one to give a review

I went in today for a Class and it was awesome I thought it was going to be a stressful boring class but it was the complete opposite Darren Was an awesome Teacher kept me awake the whole 8 hours it was a great experience

I would give 5 stars had it not been for the phone call I just had with one of the owners Darren...he was helpful getting in for the firt class I had to take...not sure why he was so rude and disrespectful...if your place of business is closed how about not taking the call.
