Jennifer is amazing. I had to print documents and had my newborn with me. She was sleeping until I started to print. I was trying to nurse her and print and Jennifer immediately stepped in and was a second pair of hands for me! She helped print everything I needed.

Staples has a great employee in Trevor! After spending hours at 8 different stores searching for a laptop after mine died (apparently there’s currently a laptop shortage unless you want a Chromebook?) I remembered Staples has laptops. It was minutes before closing and Trevor patiently went through the three laptops they had in stock and helped me choose the right one. He didn’t hurry me and thoroughly went through the pros and cons of each one. Staples has a new loyal customer because of Trevor at Greenfield and McKellips in Mesa!

Josh the sales manager got a work out in tonight saran wrapping my boxes. He offered light hearted conversation while assisting me. Incredibly kind staff everyone offered me a helping hand. I’m new to Arizona and they definitely made me feel welcomed. Thank you so so much again! Josh you made my night!

We are very impressed by the Print and Marketing Supervisor, Jennifer. She was very professional and patient with us, as we had to print an obituary in a small amount of time. Jennifer was happy to show us samples, gave us a realistic turn around time and was patient when we had edits. I used manage a print department with another company, and I understand how demanding this area of the store can be, so I appreciate Jennifer. We will be using this location again if we need more prints.

Absolutely fantastic! I went in to their Copy Center and a young Lady (Catherine) helped me with the copy machine. She was amazing at explaining things to me and how to copy and use the Fax feature. She went out of her way on many occasions to come back and help me further. Very professional and polite! She is a Great employee and Staples managers should know that is why I will keep coming back! Give her a raise!, She deserves it!

Everybody is very friendly and wants to help. They are keeping everything very clean as far as the copy machine that are public use. They even now finally have the plexiglass in between them so they dont have to mark every other copier to not use. Kudos!

A few months ago, while I was in a big hurry, an older gentleman who worked there let me in a little bit early and provided me helpful, quick service with a smile on his face. God bless kind people!

Trevor went above and beyond customer service. My boyfriend had a radio show to give and needed a webcam with microphone. Walmart was useless so I called Staples and spoke with Trevor. He immediately found the 1080p and said he had one in stock. Boyfriend was on his way home and I turned him around back to Staples. I called the store back and Trevor got the webcam and was waiting for my boyfriend to pick it up and purchase. I have had purchases with this Staples and have nothing but good reviews for this store!! I will continue to use this store for all my business purchases. Thank you Trevor and the whole team.

Went to get an office chair, great selection found one that fits me really good. Sales associate was fast, knowledgeable and brought it to the checkout. After I paid helped take it to the car and load it. I didnt even have to ask. Very professional and helpful associates.

Stopped by yesterday to pick up a desk and office chair for the house. Looked around and found the desk I wanted. When the employee came by and asked if I needed anything, I replied that I would like to pick up this desk. He replied with ohhh yeah we probably do not have it, do you know if it’s in stock? Why on earth would I know if it’s in stock? Isn’t that your job? After looking in the back, he stated that it was not in stock and I can order online. Yep, let’s dig that nail deeper in the big box retail coffin. I asked if another location had it, he looked and stated the one in North Scottsdale off of Goldwater had one, or he recommend I go to furniture warehouse. I drive to the Goldwater location, and shocker, they do not have it in stock either. I ask for the email of the Store Manager and District Manager and the nice young lady calls her Assistant Store Manager over and he explains to me that he’s the New Manager here and that SM/DM info isn’t public. He also explains to me that the inventory is way off at this location and he’s trying to get it all in order. After all of that, he apologized and recommended I go to Office Depot down the road to check there stock. Not having any other choice, I did and purchased a Desk and Chair that I needed.I’ve been a big fan of staples for years. Appreciate how clean and organized the stores are. I’m just completely shocked at how the employees are representing this company. Recommending me go to a different company twice? Telling me I’m not allowed to have leadership info? Recommend I go online? Employees weren’t rude but they definitely were not representing the Staples brand, nor do I think they really even care.

Nice and helpful staff at this location. Too many Staples store closings. I like shopping both online and in the stores. Very nice supplies, chairs+. I appreciate using their coupons. There are sometimes were we needed them when my husband was teaching and we have to purchase school supplies for our children.During my last visit we needed school and work supplies. There was such a creative select and right away I knew I just had to have this awesome tape dispenser and filp index card packet. Cool place and I hope it stays around for a verify

Service is generally good. I really appreciate the recycling service.However, I dont appreciate the credit card machine treating everything as a debit transaction. Regardless of the clerk telling me it really is a credit card transaction. The receipt says debit. I dont trust this situation. A debit transaction is not a credit card transaction and does not provide me with the account protection nor merchandise protection of a credit card. This needs to be changed.

I turned in five ink and toner cartridges for credit. That aspect of my visit went quickly and efficiently. I the found the toner cartridges section and picked out what I needed. I asked for and received directions to the ink cartridge area. I quickly found what I was looking for. I proceed to checkout and finished my purchase within 90 seconds. It was a pleasure shopping at this Staples Store at 4535 East Mckellips Road. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Customer service lacks big time here. Ive never been anywhere worse. I suppose thats what you get when you hire Young kids they were eager to get out of there I suppose but still youre there to do a job.

Frequent this location to prepare for upcoming events and other business. Staff has always been knowledgeable with a generally pleasant disposition and reasonably quick to assist despite high traffic. Please consider planning ahead for high-prority matters and arriving with extra time to spare because this location does get extremely busy at certain times of the year (such as back to school), which freezes any printing on behalf of staff (self-serve options exist through). Thanks for all of your help!

Not good had to wait, because I didnt have a credit card to make 4 copies. Kind of showed me just left. So I didnt get my copies, machine didnt work plus 4 copies said it would be $1.90. Left to go to UPS store quick help copies 40 cents.

2 words: Staples sucks! I despise this store but use them for copies. On occasion the self-serve machines work, most of the time not. Today I went in before noon to print two files from a USB drive. Of course the self service machines didnt work so I went to the service counter asking if theyd just print from their machine behind the counter. The clerk responded she wouldnt be able to get to it until WEDNESDAY. This was on a Monday before noon and I wanted to print two files approx 9 pages total. I was in a hurry to begin with really just hoping to bop in and out. Needless to say, this didnt end well for Staples. I wont be back, the service here is terrible. Luckily I discovered self-serve copiers at the UPS store on N Power Rd which was seamless. Get a grip with your schedule Staples. Youre making copies. Its not rocket science.

Always have had good service coming here for many years. The computer techs are helpful with good advice, and the sales associates are always willing to help you find what you are looking for. Ordering online and picking up here works very well, have done many times last few months. The more you buy, the more rewards you get.

This is a great Staples location. The selection is great, and the employees are seriously awesome. Unlike the store nearby that wont be named (Wal-Mart), these employees understand the product and go out of there way to help you find what you need. The only complaint I have is that they take forever to answer their phones.

I didn’t see the option online to have them cut my 40 sheets of paper that were printed in half. When I got to the store and asked if they could do it I was told it would be an extra three dollars. I said great that would be wonderful and the employee said oh wait I would have to charge you an express fee so you might just want to do it at home.There were three employees at the print center and one other customer. One of the employee just didn’t want to do it. One of the other employees even said just go ahead and cut it. It wasn’t like they were too busy.I understand having company policies, but give me a break that was just being lazy.

Went to make copies on their self service machine and had trouble using debit cards. Tried 2 different accounts both had sufficient funds but would only take credit card. Should be posted for customers. Machine did the job well. 3 stars. 5 if posted to avoid frustration with the cards.

There is never anyone available to assist when you go in. I shop here on a regular basis. Went in to purchase a backup drive. The cashier called for assistance. 10 min later no one showed up. This is a common practice at this store.

Always check prices online! The item I bought was online at Staples for 25 bucks... it was 45 bucks at the store. They honored the online price without hesitation.

I commend the two young men at the check-out counter who assisted me this evening at the Staples location at Greenfield/McKellips in Mesa AZ. I had questions about the wifi service. They were polite, helpful and enthusiastic whle they answered my questions and offered suggestions. The two young women at the copy center were also polite and very helpful. Thank you Staples! I only wish I had gotten the employees names!

At 10:00 am, I brought 35 pages of text to this store to have 8 copies made in black and white, stapled, and hold punched. I was told they were busy and the copies would be ready the next day in the afternoon. I arrived at approximately 6:30 pm the following day to pick up my copies. I was told the copies were not ready and that I had to come back at 8:30 pm. This was absolutely ridiculous and demanded a return of my prepayment. Needless to say, I will never patronize this store again!

They had what I needed and the staff was very upbeat.

Associate at copy and printer center seemed reluctant to offer a service to us because he was overwhelmed. Also had plenty of associates around and none were asked to help/offered to help with our order. There was no reason for any of these actions, I feel. I will definitely choose another place of businessin the future

Office Depot or OfficeMax only charge $0.25 for emails you charge 50 which is a little too high other than that customer service was awesome

I needed 100 business cards printed and they only do 250 min for $100 plus! Plus the last said that the wait time was going to be over 5-6 hours!!!!! The printing company down the street did mine for $32 for 250 cards and they did it in 15 minutes! Staples is a rip off!
