Clean facility. Excellent coaches. We saw our tot become more and more confident and happy to be in the water after every lesson. He was literally smiling, even underwater, EVERYTIME. Great experience all around. 10/10!!!!

Bringing my son to aqua tots was a great decision. The staff is nice and welcoming. The coaches are kind and patient. In just a few sessions my son is so much more confident and he loves swim lesson day.

Aqua-tots is a wonderful swim school. My son, Eli, who is 20mons loves going to class. His instructor is Coach Ella and she’s amazing; knowledgeable, great at getting little ones to focus, and she makes every class fun! I also love the facility itself. They are constantly disinfecting all the spaces, require everyone to wear a mask and have excellent customer service. Everyone there seems to love their job and you get a great, happy feeling being there. Thank you for all that you do Aqua-tots Team!

They are all about customer service and making sure their students have the absolute best experience they can. I have NEVER, in the 9 years Ive been there, ever encountered an employee having a bad day or someone not willing and able to answer my questions with a smile.

My son has been swimming with this school for almost 4 years now and we have always been welcomed and every staff member has always been extremely kind. In the 4 years we have been swimming her my 5 year old son can now navigate through the water and is perfecting his strokes. After just a few months he was able to turn over and float on his own at 1 and a half years old. The life saving skills taught here are taught is a fun way for the kids to learn and every instructor is amazing as they are kind and patient while working with all different levels of swimmers. My son asks and beggs at times to go to swim class!

We have tried ALL of the swimming lesson options in the area and Aqua Tots is the best by far. The quality of the instructors is superb- each coach is friendly, enthusiastic, and kind. They take the time to check in with parents after each lesson to give feedback and encouragement. The indoor facility is always clean and climate-controlled (both in the pool area and in the viewing area). I have had two kids (5 years apart) attend and the level of service has remained high. Aqua Tots takes all of the stress out of the swim lesson experience, keeping it enjoyable for kids and parents alike!

I love Aqua Tots! They do so well with the children that they coach and they have remarkable customer service. The coaches are so sweet and my son looks forward to everyday that he goes! Aqua-Tots is amazing! We werent sure how our daughter would respond to the classes but she loves them and is learning a valuable skill. Due to our ever changing schedules we have had to change her class times and Aqua-tots is very accommodating. She has also had several coaches throughout and every single one has been very knowledgeable and has the best interests of the students involved. Everyone from the coaches to the front desk/managerial staff know our daughter by name and there is a strong family atmosphere. I cant recommend Aqua-tots Mesa enough!

The staff will call or send an email out if there is a cancellation to prevent wasting your time from driving down and they make rescheduling classes quick easy and painless. I am beyond impressed with Aqua-Tots! They have an incredibly efficient system that quickly establishes confidence for parents. My kids absolutely rave about the experience and dance with excitement when they realize that their next swim lesson is approaching. Im also touched by how sincere and engaged each instructor is with my kids. You can watch this happen during the lesson itself as they patiently and thoughtfully engage each child to encourage them to learn new proficiencies. Then, after the class is over they exchange tips and feedback for how our kids are doing and what we can practice on our own with them.And to top it off, it dramatically improves the safety of my children around all of the many Arizona pools. My only issue is that I didnt start them in lessons sooner! Sign up yourself, youll be glad you did.

The staff here is the best! The are so family friendly. My daughter hated the water and they were so patient with her. Now we can’t get her out of the pool and even though she may not need the lessons any longer, she enjoys going every week. The scheduling is flexible so when we can’t make a scheduled class we get a credit on our account to use at a later time.

We have been going to this Aqua-Tots for 7 years as all 3 of our boys have had swim lessons here. The staff is amazing, friendly, patient and great with the kids. The class sizes are small (4 kids at the most!) so the coaches get to know the kids well and how to best teach each of them individually. Living in AZ, it is reassuring that they teach the kids first and foremost how to be safe around water as well as how to swim. Our 3 year-old looks forward to his lesson every week which speaks volumes to this mom!

We love Aqua Tots! My two year old son attends classes there once a week. He has already learned so much and made a lot progress on his swimming skills. I especially love that the classes focus on pool safety for the child. That was a big reason I signed him up in the first place. We have a had couple of instructors and they have all been great with him. They are so encouraging and helpful. The front desk has also been great. They are prompt in returning phone calls if you need to reschedule or have any questions. I love seeing the joy of my little guys face when he knows we are going to swim class. I highly recommend sending your child here!

Best instructors! Best staff! Best results! After 3 years of private lessons at home NOT working, I knew I had to do something else. After 3 lessons at Aqua Tots, my kiddos were loving being in the pool and already on their way to becoming more confident swimmers. They look forward to their swim lessons, which never happened before. I would recommend them to anyone and encourage my friends to start at Aqua Tots from the beginning. We have been coming to Aqua Tots for almost a year. We have always had great experiences. The coaches and the management are always very professional. My son is two and is in the minnows class. Since there are a wide range of skill levels in that class the coaches do a great job of modifying his lessons to ensure he is being challenged. He has learned a lot over the past year and is very comfortable in the water. The facilities are always clean. Most importantly I love how they know who my son is. When we walk in the door they always say “hello Lucas!”

Mesa Aqua Tots is great! We have 2 of our daughters enrolled in lessons there and they are so excited to go to class each time. The coaches (instructors) are friendly, kind and well-trained. The staff always greets us when we walk in and our kids go wild when they see them because you can tell that everyone who works here loves kids. My daughter has been going to Aqua Tots since last year and she loves it!!! She just turned three and is basically swimming on her own in class and knows how to get out of the pool on her own. She is very comfortable with the water and cant wait to go each week. She has Judah and Alyssia as her instructors and they are phenomenal! I would highly recommend Aqua Tots to any parent. Not only do they teach your child how to swim and basic safety, its great exercise physically and mentally.

My son and daughter went to this location last Summer and we are back again this Summer because of how well they taught our kids. My 9 year old son was terrified of the water and by the end of the Summer last year he was swimming underwater. My 6 year old daughter is in the same situation this year and she is already working outside her comfort zone. The instructors are so good with kids and so patience with them. The staff are all quite friendly. They take the time to learn your childs name as well as yours as the parent. My son loves it because they will talk with us about our day.We have been here for 2 1/2 or 3 years. If only took a few short months for him to go from crying with me in the pool with him (mommy and me class) to swimming on his own underwater.He feels confident in the water, Im not stressed about him swimming or about having a pool in our backyard.Sending him here was one of the best decisions we have made.

We have been going to Aqua-Tots for a little less than 2 years, my son was 10 months at the time. The front desk staff are very professional in dealing with the parents and the crazy schedules. The coaches are very well trained and you can see this through our kids progress. My Son now is a level three with coach Maddi and I couldnt be happier with what he can do now. I highly recommend this swimming school weather you have a pool at home or not. Its a great skill to teach our young ones.

Our 1.5 year old son has been taking lessons since he was 6 months. We had to take a break due to relocation and as a result he was a little apprehensive when we started back up again. After a couple sessions, he was excited about getting in the water. The instructors are patient and work well with kids. Also very accommodating to parents when we get in the water with the little ones. Definitely signing up son #2 very soon!

Our four children have all made SO MUCH PROGRESS with their swimming skills over the years. Our oldest three children have been enrolled in year-round lessons since six months of age and they were all able to swim independently by age 2. Now they are now almost 5, 7, & 9 and they are FANTASTIC, STRONG swimmers! Such peace of mind, especially in Arizona where so many homes have pools. Its nice to have my kids go on playdates and to swim parties without having to worry about their skills. We are looking forward to our youngest becoming just as great of a swimmer as our older children - hes well on his way! Today was my 1 yr old sons first day of swimming class. Of course I was nervous for him to have fun and of course he wasnt the star pupil ☺️ Despite his uneasiness and mine our experience was amazing and he ended up having so much fun learning to swim. The staff was very knowledgable, helpful and calm. We signed up for2 days a week and are anxiously awaiting our next visit!! 👍

The customer service is first clas. The staff always greats my child by name and is welcoming. I know the coaches are young, most still in high school but they’re ability to communicate with parents and instruct students is amazing. You can definitely tell the staff have recived intense training before they are on the floor interacting with families.

Absolutely LOVE this swim school! We live in Chandler next to another aqua tots location..and it may take us 25 minutes to get here, but its WELL worth my drive. My son has been going here over a year now and has learned so much with swimming. My little Nemo can practically swim on his own at 4. The staff and coaches here are amazing and become family. The clean facility is a plus! I definitely recommend attending or looking into this location for swimming. You wont regret it!!

I love this Aqua-Tots location! My daughter started lessons in April 2018 having just turned 4 years old and didnt even know how to hold her breath underwater, let alone swim. We did lessons twice a week, religiously, and it was amazing how quickly she learned! Its been 6 months and she has progressed through levels 3 and 4 (levels 1 and 2 are for younger babies and toddlers), and she is now doing once a week lessons in level 5 and is learning different swim techniques. She hasnt only learned to survive a fall into the water, but she is now a legitimate swimmer who can do different strokes, jump in, dive to retrieve rings, control her breath...I mean, really, everything you could want your child to know about swimming. The facility is clean, the staff and coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. I really cant say enough good things about Aqua-Tots.

I take my niece to swimming lessons here and she loves it. All the instructors and staff are kind and good with kids. Id give it 5 stars, but I think they sometimes overfill the classes and the setup for where you pick-up the kids is awkward. I wish there was more space between the toy area and the bathroom and pick-up area. It seems like there are always traffic jams and if my niece gets away from the instructor before I can reach her she slips on the floor and falls. So they need more non-slip rugs in that area.

My kids have all started swim at 6 months old. Aqua Tots is amazing at getting kids pool safe and learning the different swim strokes. My 6, 5 and 3 year olds all know how to swim and now my 18 month old is learning.

Aqua Tots has changed our lives! Prior to when we enrolled our 1 year old daughter, Presley, into classes; I was very anxious with her being around water mostly because I didnt know what to do in case of an emergency. What is awesome about Aqua Tots is that they teach your children what to do in the chance that they were to fall into the pool, and ways to prevent this by learning pool etiquit! When you have a little one like me, you get to hop in the pool and join the fun. This has helped ease my nerves knowing that trained professionals are with us and have tought me many of things that I can take home with me! I would recommend Aqua Tots for parents looking to socialize their child, teach their child pool etiquit and learn swimming techniques to improve your childs ability to swim independantly - especially at the Mesa location.

I took my 2 year old hoping she would have a great experience and learn to swim over time here nope!!! Total opposite because of one of the professional teachers my daighter almost drowned oh and not to to mention the CEO and the manager did NOTHING to make things better they obviously didnt care about the incident that happened just recently! Karma will go after that teacher (paige)that wasnt caring for my daughter while she was in the water with her if i were manager i wouldve terminated her for risking a childs safety like that never coming back
