Ive been training at Murray for almost a year now and I am having a blast. Besides training.... all the extra activities have been so much fun, like the Crane and Snake Test. We are training for Summer Karate tournament, it should be a great time. If you want to meet some really nice people and have some fun, come and visit the Dojo.

I have never done anything sport related in my life, so as an adult I was nervous that I would be the only one and feel stupid... That has never been the case! I LOVE studying martial arts here and everyone is so friendly and the instructors genuinely care about the students. What an amazing place, I would (and do) recommend it to everyone of all ages.

My daughter has enjoyed working at this studio for the past two years. She has grown to love those in her karate family. We just participated in our first tournament. I was greatly surprised and thrilled with how well it was run.

WOW!!! The best Martial Arts in Salt Lake City. I first started training with United Studios YEARS ago and now I have my kids involved and my mother is starting Tai Chi next month. The Instructors are enthusiastic and patient. My entire family loves training here. We have gone to China with USSD and have competed at several of the Utah Tournaments. I can truly say that I am excited for what the future holds in our journey to Black Belt and Beyond. I would strongly recommend this Martial Arts School to anyone. My son won a free class and we havent been able to attend seeing as how we are moving far from where i live now among other business that we have been dealing with. my phone randomly shuts off since it is old and i got a call from someone from here and we got cut off. shorty after my phone rebooted i got a message saying not to waste their time filling out the paper if i wasnt interested. wow my son will never be attending here. and i will definitely let others know how rude these people are.

Ive been studying at this dojo for a year now, and its an amazing martial arts school. they teach great technique in fun helpful ways that also give you confidence, discipline, self-control and it will get you in shape!! so if your interested in karate I definitely recommend this dojo.

I was lucky enough to learn under Sensei Faber almost 20 years ago, when he not only taught me martial arts, but also discipline, respect, and the value of hard work.When I started training at his dojo at the age of 10 I was unruly, even violent at times when I didnt get what I wanted. Sensei Faber was patient, but disciplined with me for the 5 years that I trained with him and after many push ups, bruises and even tears at times, I learned invaluable lessons that will stay with me for a lifetime.I would highly recommend this dojo to anyone who wishes to learn from a true teacher of martial arts and personal character.

Karate classes in Murray are the best in state. I had my 4 year old participate in one of Mr Fabers classes for kids and she was hooked. My wife and I really enjoy her getting Martial Arts Training at such a young age. The Karate Instructors there have great patience and are very willing to help. We have signed her up for their Kung Fu program as well. Mr Faber has been to china and has tested for several of his Black Belt ranks with the actual shoalin monks himself so he is not a self appointed master like you see so often now. Its a great place with great people and the Martial Arts training their is the best I highly suggest going here.

USSD Murray Dojo is absolutely amazing! I checked out quit a few other places for my son to join and there was nothing that compared to the clean and organized Murray Dojo! Sensei Faber is so dedicated to what he does it amazes me and we are so lucky to have him as an instructor! Alec says he wants to be Sensei Faber when he grows up! Thank you to ALL the instructors that make this company the best!

When my son was first interested in taking Karate we checked out a few different studios and USSD Murray blew all the others out of the park! Its almost 2 years later and my son is still loving it as much as the day he started. Ive personally been taking their XD Class (an extreme defense kenpo fitness class) and I finally decided to jump on board about 2 months ago and started taking the adult kenpo classes and absolutely love it! Every instructor and student instructor are amazing and are so helpful! We love our dojo family and would recommend that anyone looking into martial arts check this studio out!

The people of USSD and especially the Murray Dojo are some of the nicest most dedicated people I know. I definitely recommend USSD. What a great way to learn many core values that are desired in the world. You will love it I guarantee.

I have been training with USSD for five years, the last year being at the Murray Dojo under Sensei Fabors. One of the best qualities of Sensei Fabors is his ability to train you at your own speed. For example, in a private lesson (30 minutes), we may review a number of things, or spend the time breaking down two Kempo (punch) techniques. His teaching style perfectly blends the simple yet complex nature of Kempo.Also, Sensei Fabors is an accomplished Martial Artist himself, able to guide the student from white belt to black belt and beyond.
