Claddagh Stables is wonderful! My daughter absolutely loves spending time there doing lessons, pony club and summer camp. She simply cant get enough! All of the staff have been a so kind and supportive, welcoming my daughter into the family. In addition to riding, my daughter loves spending time with the other animals on the farm and learning how to care for them. She also loves meeting the other riders and learning from them. Claddagh Stables is a lovely family run business offering fantastic programming.

Claddagh’s summer camp is by far the best camp my daughters have ever attended. They always had so much fun and came home with so many stories.I highly recommend, not only for the fun they had, but for the confidence building and developing a sense of independence and responsibility.As soon as Ontario gave the all clear for summer camps to open. I reached out to Ciera at the stables, and she was extremely patient and helpful, answering all my questions and is by far one of the nicest people I have ever met.The staff and trainers working there take the safety and well-being of the campers and all the animals very seriously. Claddagh is a total horse camp. Our kids spent their days ridding, grooming, and learning about the horses. They learn everything that comes with caring for horses. If you’re looking for a camp for your kids to go and play tag or do arts and crafts this is not the place. The kids have already made it clear they want to go back for the full summer next summer and currently working to enroll them in private training through the year. I would give a 10-star rating if I could.

My daughter started summer camp here and its safe to say she is horse crazy now! She loves the staff, the horses and all the other little friends. Nothing but good things to say - my daughter will be starting lessons in the fall and is over the moon!

My daughter did NOT want to go to camp - she went kicking and screaming. She has fallen in LOVE with riding because of the amazing people at Claddagh (and the horses arent bad either :) ). This camp has been so organized, and the ladies running it are communicative and so helpful. They have put together a camp during a really tough time - the balance between Covid protocols, Weather, animals and fun - and its been a great week. We will be back!!!

Claddagh Stables is our daughter’s happy place! It all started with the fabulous Popeye the Pony, and she was hooked! Rita, her family and her staff are supportive, inclusive and have the biggest hearts. Claddagh is very well run - lessons, camps, Saturday at the Farm, birthday parties! All of the animals are well loved and taken care of and have given our daughter an incredible sense of responsibility. You are amazing Claddagh Stables!!!

Amazing place. My daughter has been riding here for 7 years now. Lovely family environment, great lessons, lots of contact with owner. Rita (owner) is amazing, friendly and kind. She treats the kids like they are her own. Horses are very well taken care of and treated with love.

I ride on the A Circuit and pass this place every day on the way to my own barn. Over the past year, I have become friendly with Rita (and love her and her approach to horsemanship and training). I have also learned about the programs they offer (and sometimes watch them in action - just because I can). The programs they offer help give early riders the fundamentals they need to succeed. (and some of the specialized things they do with kids that might be neurodiverse - makes the difference between being verbal or not). Its profound. Not only do kids learn safety around horses, how to handle a horse, care for a horse, brushing, feeding, health, fundamentals of riding - but they also learn things like taking responsibility for another being, cleaning up after themselves and their horse, communication, resiliency and other major life skills that they will use for the rest of their lives. I highly recommend Claddaugh Stables as a great place to start and build up your skills (and it does not come over night - its over years. Youre never too old to learn!

I have been coming to this barn for 10 years now. And it is my favorite place. Everyone is nice and welcoming. The owner, Rita, is amazing and knows how to include everyone and have fun. Summer camp is the best and the kids enjoy learning all about the equestrian world. You can get the chance to learn how to brush a horse, how they are tacked up, and many other things. As well as kids get to explore and interact with the other farm animals. All horses and animals are taken cared of and are very much loved. The coaches are awesome and make learning to ride in a fun and exciting environment. While still learning how to ride. I would not be the rider I am today, if it wasnt for the help from the coaches. Claddagh Stables enjoys meeting and listening to all the new people with different skill levels. That is one thing I have always appreciated about this place. And I love the new friends I have made through out my experience at Claddagh Stables.

This is a very well run barn with very happy horses! Staff are friendly and knowledgable. Im very impressed with the measures they have put in place since opening up after quarantine, safety clearly comes first to them. Kids all enjoy themselves hear and the goats are a hoot!

Love this place, Its like a second home to me and countless others. measures for ensured safety such as social distancing and regular and thorough sanitation of all equipment is also a priority, which is great :)

Rita helped to arrange a private lesson for my 5 years olds birthday present as with covid we opted not to have a typical birthday this year. Safety protocols and sanitization in place and she had an amazing time, she loved Popeye. We will definitely be back. Wonderful family business and great kind people.

Ive been riding and working here for years, and it has been the best experience. This barn and the people that work here are truly special and treat each other like family. The horses are always well taken care of, and treated with kindness, and respect.

As student her myself i can say i trained her for months but never learned much and grew as a rider .

This is an amazing place they take care of children give them a real good instructional lesson and teaching values of hard work exercise and Animal Care if you have the means I highly recommend it always a great experience.

My children have been going to Claddagh for over a year now and have fallen in love with the horses, the family atmosphere, and the people. Rita and her team have been incredible from the start -- always caring and responsive, with a true passion for what they do. I cant recommend them highly enough.. your children will love it here!

I have been riding and working here for years, and it is my absolute happy place. The family that runs it are so welcoming, inclusive and supportive, its impossible for the other workers and riders not to reflect that same kindness. I have learned and improved more than I could have imagined during my time here, and I cannot imagine riding anywhere else.

Ive been attending Claddagh Stables for a few years now and its absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is very welcoming, with friendly and responsible workers. I have learnt a lot and have improved so much as a rider! The horses and other animals are treated with care and respect.

Ive been riding here for four years and Ive loved it. Ive learned so much so quickly and would 100% recommend for any skill level!The new sand arena is awesome too!

My daughter started camp here this summer durring the covid-19 pandemic . I was very impressed how safe they were able to make it for the kids. My daughter had never rode a horse since now and wants to continue. The staff was fabulous with her and made her feel comfortable so much she calls them her friends. I would recommend anyone to this stable. Was a fantastic experience for her.

I’ve been riding here for years and I’ve learned so much. The people here are so friendly and kind I couldn’t imagine riding anywhere else. The family that runs this place are amazing caring and good hearted. They care about all their students and they treat all their animals with upmost care.

Its really fun love the horses there and the people are so kind I love how you can canter and canter jumps if you have experience and have been riding long enough to already know how and if y if you dont when the trainers know you are ready they will teach you if you work hard and push yourself a little you can reach great heights and there is no limit in what you can learn from these stables.I love that you can watch the advance at lunch time so you can eat and watch them and by watching them you can learn new tricks by every rider.Amazing stables definitely recommended!!!!!

Best one Ive been to. Friendly people and friendly horses, who are well taken care of, and are great teachers to the kids and adults alike. All the 20+ school horses are patient and gentle with their riders, and are suitable for not only absolute beginners but for intermediate riders as well. There are also more challenging/advanced horses for more advanced riders, which is great - The quality of instruction is amazing, and all of the coaches are great at pushing you in the right direction, at exactly the right pace for each individual rider. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been sending my 2 granddaughters to Claddagh and I love to pick them up and see that they are so happy. They learn more and more every year and it is like their second home.

Amazing stable! My daughter did 5 weeks of camp here. Originally we planned for 2 weeks but it was so good and she loved it. The Saddle Club is great. Students get a fair amount of time on the horse. The owner, Rita, is a fantastic teacher and will make sure your child comes away with a lot of knowledge on all aspects of equine care and riding technique. Ive been to many stables but this one is fairly priced and well run.

My kids love it here. They come home excited to tell me all the things they’ve learned and got to do.

The greatest Hunter jumpers stables EVER i love it there the owner is AMAZING and the instructors are very nice and fun! this stable is very responsible and the horse n ponies are so sweet and cute!

Advertised on their website asOur Saturday at the Farm program offers children ages 6 and up the opportunity to have a hands-on experience with our horses and ponies. Each child receives a lesson on a horse or pony best suited to their ability and riding skills. In addition to their lesson, they also spend time learning horsemanship skills - from proper grooming and care of the horse, to how to correctly use tack and equipment. Saturday at the Farm runs from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Cost is $40/child The reality:Avoid this place unless you want your kids to spend 3 hours doing nothing....and unsupervised. 15 kids with 1 instructor! not safe! they dont respect the ratio adult per kid. More experienced riders are given the responsibility to get horses ready and watch other kids while 1 group goes and ride. Meanwhile the other kids are left alone watching....wandering around ....(still no supervision.)with agressive dog in the barn....My kids were so bored and really upset they got to ride only for 15 min total. And the owner is not open minded when it comes to kids speaking two languages....given her remarks.
