Ive spent a LOT of money and time trying out all kinds of fitness fads, gym memberships, and workout equipment. I really had a hard time just sticking to anything because I wasnt hell yes about lifting weights or sweating in yoga class. Then I had a friend invite me to an open pole class and I was hooked. Pole dance class is a LOT of fun, with good vibes and supportive instructors. Its taught me to appreciate my physicality and celebrate my strengths, and to be attentive to my weaknesses. Highly recommend!

I started going here in January, and from the first class it’s like I found a home. Everyone is so nice. All the instructors I’ve had have been amazing! They all teach in a way that you can understand and modify moves so you can build up to it. When they say pole dancing is for everybody, it really is. Dollhouse is my happy place.

Pole dancing is an intimidating and sexy sport. The instructors at the dollhouse are excellent at explaining the moves and building on them. Theres little something for your sexy exotic side and flexibility. My favorite is the pole fundamentals that Im slowly working through and am headed to level 3 out of 5! This is serious studio if you want to increase your skills in a fun, safe, sassy way! Love it 💕

Ive been going to Dollhouse for over 3 years now and every instructor and student has been so welcoming and encouraging since day one. The instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful and truly want to see each and every doll succeed. I never feel better than when Im leaving the studio after a class. Whether youre just looking for a fun, sexy night out or are starting/continuing your pole journey, theres no better place than Dollhouse!

Dollhouse is like a second home to me! The instructors are amazing, and the friends I’ve made at the studio are some of the most supportive and encouraging people I’ve ever met. You can be a beginner in a room full of advanced dancers and everyone will cheer for you when you nail even the most basic move. I can’t recommend Dollhouse highly enough, I encourage anyone who’s even a little curious about pole to check it out.

I only wish I could take classes again. I loved learning the pole and how to move my body. I felt young and sexy at age 73. However I now live 2 hours away. I had the best teachers (Katy) and (Emma). Thank you!

Both of my experiences here were negative.I signed up for an intro level drop-in class and the instructor was late. When she entered the studio she couldnt get the music to work for another 5 or so minutes, and when she finally got it connected she had the class wait so she could answer texts from her daughter. Since the music was connected to her phone, we could hear the text message alerts coming in all throughout the class. She continuously stopped class to answer texts and even STPOPPED CLASS TO MAKE A PHONE CALL. She ended class ten minutes early and said we could do whatever we want on the pole. This class was 30 or 35 dollars. You are supposed to take four of these drop in classes before starting the beginner workshop but since I already had experience and didnt want to pay another 100 bucks to complete these drop-in classes, I asked her if I seemed prepared enough to do the workshop. She said yes and signed me up.I was hopeful that the workshop would go better since it was a different instructor, one that I had greatly admired for her fantastic YouTube dance videos. Again, I was really put off by the lack of professionalism. She told the class about how she did a dance in front of her father in which she called floor f@#king and was pretty vulgar throughout class. I expected a fun and flirty environment but this was kind of gross. Despite a small class size, she wasnt helpful or responsive when I was struggling to learn something new. When I mentioned my confusion she was dismissive and didnt help. I was relieved when the studio closed down to a second wave of Covid closures and got a refund.Bummed about my experiences because there are limited options for pole in the twin cities. In response to the response from the business: I dont want to be argumentative, but I was most certainly at Dollhouse.

The classes and teachers were overall pretty great, but the customer service is terrible. I purchased three classes through the Mindbody app that I was not allowed to use for class credit (they insisted they were purchased through a different app and didnt bother trying to explain or figure out what the technology disconnect might be between) and they consistently treated me like I was trying to pull something over on them while I was trying to figure out why I couldnt use those credits. I moved to a different studio.

They do not have a phone number. If you need to reach someone, go to the studio or email.Their website can be a bit confusing to navigate at times. Ive somewhat gotten the hang of it now. They do have the best prices and packages in the state, floor to ceiling poles. But, above all, this should be your biggest concern....One instructor in particular can easily take 20 minutes to start class.. And yes. That means that 20 minutes you paid for is non-refundable- class has begun 🙃She takes her time to get ready when she is having a bad day. Ask her a question during this time, doesnt matter what it is, she gives you straight attitude back. Not the good kind.Ask any of the students- I guarantee you that they have each witnessed or experienced this behavior, firsthand if they have taken one of her classes, and they will know exactly who Im talking about. The longest it took her to begin instructing the class was 25 minutes - nearly half the class time for intro- a 60 minute class. We all stood around and did absolutely nothing for 25 minutes, listening to her complain about her life and her job.We paid to do dance classes. Not to be disrespected by the staff, not to listen to an instructor complain about her problems. No.We thought we signed up for an Intro session, 60 minute classes. We got 35-45 minutes of practice time, waiting on our instructor to teach us something new. 😔If her behavior improves within the next few weeks following this post, I WILL delete this review.Until theres a change, this is here to stay.

I’ve given this place more than a few chances and the classes here are just “okay”. Tasha is the only teacher I’d recommend. Poor communication all around and routinely unprofessional both in person and via email.

Very friendly. Offers a variety of different workouts. Small workout studio and can be crowded with the popular classes, but has open time for individual time. Easy class purchase and sign up. Would definitely recommend for any woman looking for something different and fun with a group of open-minded ladies.

Ive been taking classes here for about 3 months and I love it! Instructors are able to tailor classes to the students level, and the classes are small enough that I always get personal help and attention. There is a separate room for open pole so you can work by yourself on techniques, routines, etc. Parking is sometimes hard to find, since the lot is shared, but Ive always found a spot in the end. They have good deals on monthly memberships sms drop-in packages.

I have actually learned basic pole dancing and love it! By 4th week which was last week l had learned to climb as well! I am amazed! Love the staffs there! I am very thankful! Will take more classes! The only thing l would say needs a bit work is space between each student because when we spin we tend to hit eachother with our legs, so we had to be careful. I just wish there was a bit more space so that we didnt have to worry about that, so we can keep learning moves. ^_^

We had a lot of fun taking a class here! The instructor was very knowledgable and talented. Pole dancing has a bit of a reputation but this is a classy place. We found the building fine on our gps but once inside its a bit tricky to find the room. Once inside its a room for your belongings/pay/ then you head into the studio which has 10 poles and mirrored walls. I took the mixed level dance workout as it was my first time. We learned moves to one song during the class bit by bit then put it all together. I wish I was in town longer to take more classes those girls are amazing!
