Minnehaha Academy has been a place for our child to thrive academically, to grow socially, and to belong within a caring Christian community. As a biracial family, we struggled to find a school that would match our desire for top notch academics alongside a vibrant, racially diverse community. Thankfully, I can tell you that Minnehaha has exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Our child is prepared not only for academic success, but for real world impact. Faith formation, racial reconciliation, and service are foundational to the educational experience at Minnehaha. We know that our investment in Minnehaha has been and will continue to be the right choice for our family.

Great place, been going to school here for ages and don’t plan on leaving! The teachers are amazing and the students are accepting and very very very friendly. 10/10

My son is receiving a top notch education with teachers who know him and care about him! We live in a district with excellent schools but it is worth it to pay the tuition and drive the commute each day to have him surrounded by teachers who are strong, Christian role models and expect excellence.

We are so thankful that our daughter is attending Minnehaha Academy. The experience has been overwhelmingly positive--spiritually, academically, and socially. The faculty and staff deliver excellence, and, as a result, students respond in delivering their best-self. The leadership at MA is devoted to the success of every student and this devotion is reflected in the culture daily. My daughter joined MA as a 7th grader and was welcomed by everyone. The students are inclusive and kind, just as the faculty and staff. All reflecting Gods love. My husband and I are very happy that our daughter is attending Minnehaha Academy.

Both of our children attend MA lower school. We are very pleased with every aspect of the school. From the curriculum to all the facilities. The class sizes are small and it seems that everyone knows every students name no matter what the grade. There is a real sense of community which further nourishes our childrens social development. The equipment and materials are all state of the art and the students have access to the latest technologies. The communication from the staff to the parents is excellent. Such an amazing school!

Minnehaha Academy does a fantastic job of educating my child, while being an example of Christ like love. This isnt a school that a church once funded, this school has Jesus at the center of all it does. My children are being taught by professional educators, that see this fallen world with the love of Jesus.

Minnehaha Academy is a Christian day school associated with the Evangelical Covenant Church. It is located on two campuses in Minneapolis, a Pre-K through grade 8 campus at 4200 West River Road, and grades 9 through 12 at 3100 West River Road Minneapolis. Minnehahas sports teams have excelled in their conference and its graduates attend top colleges and universities nationwide. Minnehaha also has outstanding fine arts programs.
