This place is in the worst spot. I would never go to this campus. all there are is homeless people crime and you do not feel safe

I currently go to Saint Marys University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities, and I absolutely loved it for a while. The other students and professors as great. The other students are friendly and really want to learn, and the professors are knowledgeable and approachable. As far as administration goes... they are the schools biggest downfall, and the reason why I would not recommend this school to my worst enemy. They make a habit of cancelling classes merely days in advance withou adding a replacement, leaving students who need these classes for a prerequisite out in the cold with no direction. Before applying to this school, PLEASE think twice. One of my most important classes was cancelled 3 days before the start of the semester, leaving me unable to take a prerequisite class for my required internship. As a result, I have to stay an extra semester to take a single class, which I will have to pay for out of pocket because financial aid will not pay for one class. I am not the only student that has been negatively impacted by Saint Marys cancelling of classes without consideration of students. Before enrolling in this school, consider if you have the time or money to stay an extra semester or two if they decide to cancel a required class at the last minute. Its not something you have control over, and its a consideration I wish Id taken, or been warned of, before enrolling. If you arent willing to spend that extra time or money with Saint Marys, I would suggest St. Cloud, the U of M, or anywhere else where students are treated with at least some integrity. I have had the most positive experience in my counseling grad program! Instructors are amazing, class times are really accomodating to the working person, and cost is so low for the education you receive.

Hello.I was one of those people in the Argosy MFT grad program when the school closed. We were all told St. Marys would teachout our program. This was a lie. It didnt make sense that they couldnt do this, because we shared professors, and our programs were virtually identical. Instead of allowing us to transfer all of our credits, I keep seeinig advertisements talking about a generous offer to accept only half of our credits, when I was supposed to graduate this summer. Honestly all this school cares about is money, not the welfare of students or potential students that were completely screwed over. If anyone from Argosy reads this, go to NCU instead.
