Have you thought about teaching yoga or becoming a massage therapist? If so, AHA is the perfect place for your teacher training - I am a current student enrolled in the 200 hour curriculum and I am already teaching my own classes! Im so grateful and honored to Kelly for the way she teaches and how awesome her knowledge is. Its one weekend a month which works for my schedule as a mom and full-time employee, I enjoy the Saturday lunches with the rest of the students and Kelly that we take on our break. Class is in her beautiful yoga studio. Take a yoga class or teacher training - You will not be disappointed. Also more cost friendly than other trainings! (Ive done my research!)

I cant say enough positive things about Alabama Healing Arts. We are so fortunate to have such a knowledgeable expert as Kelly (and her staff) in West Mobile to offer massages and yoga classes to the public on top of the school for instructors of both Massage Therapy and Yoga. Kelly is an excellent massage therapist, creating such a calming environment and utilizing techniques that are best suited for the individual needs of each client. I have also taken private yoga lessons/sessions with Laura and she too has created a program that meets my specific needs. She is amazing in her ability, kindness, clarity of instruction, and patience! Both women are truly experts in their fields and have helped me tremendously. The school itself is in a lovely building that is very warm and inviting. If I were looking to be trained in massage therapy or yoga, I would be taking my classes at AHA from Kelly for sure. She has all the traits of an excellent instructor in terms of experience, thoroughness, and disposition. Five Plus stars from me!

Im originally from California where I was fortunate enough to receive acupuncture and massage therapy by the same person for sport injuries. Moving to Mobile, AL has presented a few challenges - finding a masseuse being one of them. . . .until I had the pleasure of being introduced to Kelley at Alabama Healing Arts. She is an excellent massage therapist because she focuses on the individual needs of the client. I appreciate her professionalism and attention to detail. I leave Kelleys appointments feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Its a pleasure to recommend her services to others.

If you are looking for a challenging yet relaxing yoga class check into a class at AHA. No matter what your level of skill the instructors will work with you at AHA.I also suggest you check out the massage therapists at AHA. You may have your choice of deep tissue to a gentle soothing massage. The therapists at AHA will work with you to accommodate your needs. I recently had a deep tissue massage with Matt. I highly recommend him. He worked out all the kinks.AHA will also provide private classes for small groups if you would like to gather a few friends and treat yourselves.My experiences at AHA have been wonderful!!!

This is one of the greatest studios in the area. Ive enjoyed makeup services, massage therapy, Reiki therapy, and even practiced yoga here. It is a truly lovely facility with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am so happy to have this place in the Mobile area!

I visited home during September and finally decided to try reiki. When I came to this center no one was there. I looked online to insure I had the opening time correct and it said that they were open. I even waited 30 minutes or so because I was so eager but no one ever came. I was highly disappointed.

This is really a great place to de-stress, work the kinks out. Yoga thurs @5:30pm on Thursdays
