If you want structure for your child, if you want your child to receive an educational experience that will also prepare them for life after middle school, then this is the right place. Please beware, rules will be enforced that’s why they make sure to go over them with you at registration. Rules and procedures are in place for the good of the school as well as our children.

Both of my kids go to this school. They love it! The teachers are friendly, caring and hard working. Some kids in their class are acting a fool sometimes but it always seems that the teachers have control over it and Know how to discipline them.

They do not have the effort and hard work they put into learning unlike Dunbar Middle

They are strict but they teach us on what we need to know and they wont to see us succeed

This is a stric school also they actualy care about what is going on especially the principal Mrs.Walton is the greatest

If you value your childs education i would strongly advise you to NOT send them here. The students are disruptive, the teachers can be rude, and the behavior is appalling.

I love Calloway Smith because the principal is for real and she doesnt tolerate any foolishness and is all about seeing her students who attend her school succeed in education....
