I talked to someone 1/18 to get scheduled for a virtual tour I was offered an in person or virtual tour. I picked virtual for 1/19 however no one showed up online for the tour I then called the daycare and whoever I spoke with was rude and rushing to get off the phone all she said was their virtual system is down they didn’t even care to call me in regards to my virtual visit . Also everything I asked questions about we’re “No the bus if full” “no I don’t have any openings” “no but you can come in and fill out paperwork for the waiting list and pay your deposit” she didn’t care to listen to why or what I was looking for and for that reason my son will not be attending this school. I will be telling all my coworkers this center is not recommended .

Did not tutor lady in front was rude and all over the place at first she had room for my child over phone then once I got there she told me about summer camp and the fees I agreed to pay then all suden she aint have nothing available

Rude, ghetto af, unprofessional, apparently they don’t know about children since they don’t know the symptoms of a teething baby. NEVER again. And my children were only here for a few months.

Enrolled my girls in this school and got the run around with the so called director. I explained my daughter was autistic and they finally gave me the paperwork I needed only for me to have to keep calling up there and find out that the spot that was being held for my girls was no longer available.... Thats just one of the many problems with them...And you cant report them because the regional manager was no help either. I guess when the state comes in they will get it together.

The facility is clean, very secured location, showed up an hr early to my tour and was welcomed graciously. Very secure school drop off and pick up. I love they update you through the day. Raven is outstanding and the teachers were attentive and engaged with the kids

Great daycare!!! My kids have attended this academy since they were newborns and I havent had any issues with them. They learn at a steady pace, clean facility, and friendly staff.

My son has been attending La Petite Academy for over two years. The hours, 6am to 6pm, are great! The facility is very clean and smells wonderful. The entire staff is friendly, especially the director! La Petite Academy, located in Mobile, AL, has so much to offer. The director and teachers go above and beyond. That says enough! I would definitely refer La Petite Academy to anyone who needs child care.

My son was enrolled for a total of 4 years. However, I Unenrolled my son due to bully from another student which caused him to lose one of his front teeth. Their plan of action was to counsel the other student which happened to be 3 years older than my son and had encountered multiple discipline problems prior to this incident. To be frank every since the change in management (The previous director is no longer at this location) things have went down hill for La Petite.

Called to schedule a tour and spoke about what I was looking for along with immediate start. They scheduled the tour that day. Arrived a few mins early only to be told they did bot have open spots until October after being told they did. The lady wouldnt even stop talking with excuses long enough for me to ask which programs were booked or ask about the flex care. Not happy AT ALL. They blamed it on the website not saying availability. Then when I said I called and they set it up and said there was availability she blew it off like I wasnt told that. If they saw there was a scheduled tour for immediate start and they couldnt fulfill that they should have contacted me before the scheduled tour. My daughter was so excited and was trying to talk to the lady and she blatantly ignored her. When we got in the car my 4 year old daughter said Im sad they dont want me there.

The teachers are horrible and when you walk pass them they smell like weed.. They leave your child wet when you come and get them and they also scream and holler at your child for no reason.

My daughter has been going to La Petite since she was a little over 7 weeks old. Of course I was very sad going back to work and leaving my baby, but Ms. Torrica, Ms. Sheeta, Ms. Valecia, Ms. Keeka, and Ms. Jasmine all helped to keep my mind at ease. Ms. Torrica even sent pictures of my baby to my email so that I could see how happy she was there. La Petite is a great daycare couldnt imagine my baby anywhere else.Sharita Dubose
