I sat on hold just to speak with someone about trying to enroll my son for 23 minutes. I was hoping to enroll him here because I work right next door to their facility. Now I have to start calling places further away from job.

I have two grandchildren that attend Childcare Network 121. They both enjoy their time there. The teachers are fantastic, and I have not had any problems that were not attended to to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. The youngest is learning what she needs to go to Kindergarten and loves both her teachers. The oldest has a learning and behavior issue, which at times can be trying, but her teachers, Ms. Jackie, and Ms. Carrie handle any situation with love and understanding. I highly recommend Childcare Network 121 to any parent who is looking for quality childcare for there children.

This center has one of the most loving, caring staff that truly has a heart and passion for the children! It is unbelievable to see the joy that eludes the faces of the children, parents, and staff that enter and exit the building on a daily basis! The staff put forth so much extra time and love into everything that they do to excite the children about learning!!! By far, best center in Union County!!!

This is the BEST child care facility I have ever experienced! The staff go the extra mile to ensure the each child’s individual needs are met along with plenty of organized learning fun! We LOVED every minute of time here at 121 and my daughter still talks about how much she loved being able to attend “school” here.

My children have been in this daycare for 3 years I completely trust them with my childrens care. Mrs Darlene and Mollie are wonderful teachers! Mrs Jackie and Carrie are always so friendly and willing to help.The kids are always so eager to go to daycare. Im glad we found such a great daycare!

My children have been enrolled for two years. This facility has been the best by far from all of our experiences. The director and assistant director greet every visitor and assist you with any concerns you may have. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone needing care for an infant to 12 years old.

I have 2 children that go to this daycare, they both absolutely love being there. All the teachers are very nice and know what they are doing in the classrooms. My youngest is there full time and she always looks forward to going to her class every day.

I have 4 children that has been attending Childcare Network #121 on and off since 2012 and they absolutely love it here! The teachers are very experienced and overall just great with the kids.The directors are also great with the kids,understanding and very easy to talk to.Ive tried out ( 2) other daycare centers in the past and they didnt compare.Childcare Network #121 is by far one of the best Daycare Centers.

My daughter has been making great progress since attending their after school program. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist in any way they possibly can. A great place for kids to learn and grow.

Childcare Network in Monroe is a fun and exciting place to be. It has a wonderful educational program, that is appealing for ages 6 weeks up to 12 years of age. The children always seem excited to enter the building and ready to participate with the daily classroom activities, and many parents have to drag their children out the front door when it is time to go home. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who has a need for childcare in the Union County area.

I have had 3 of my children attend CN. I love this place. The staff treats my kids like their own. Mrs. Jackie and Mrs Carrie are amazing with the children. I know they have about 100 children that attend their facility and they know all of their names and their parents names. Love them!

My son has been at childcare network 121 since May 2016. I love this center and staff. He has shown great progress and started out in the KPA room with Mrs. Darline Helms where she prepared him extremely well for kindergarten!! This is a great center and i highly recommend it to parents.

I liked the place. It was clean, staff was very kind,lots of activities for the kids, the toys were all new. I looked at other facilitys and none of them were as nice as child care network. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!!

I love this daycare for my kids. Everyone is so loving and caring about the children they care for. I really appreciate how they keep the parents informed on everything that is going on. Another plus is my boys love going there too.

Everyone was super friendly, and the assistant Director did an excellent job of explaining the ins and outs of the facility. The premises was neat and clean, and affordable! Very difficult to find a place that is well kept, friendly, AND affordable. Needless to say, my son was enrolled shortly after touring!

The office staff and teachers are very curteous and knowledgeable! All questions are answered and the children are happy and well taken care of. It is a safe and wonderful learning experience for the children. Parents feel safe due to the locking system on the front door requiring parents to use a code to enter the building. I highly recommend Childcare Network in Monroe!

My daughter is very shy and the other schools we visited did not make much of an effort to engage her in the activities or try to make her feel comfortable at all. As soon as we walked into childcare network the drector and teacher took her in and showed her things to make her feel comfortable with not only the school but being there with them as well. The facility is clean and all of the children seemed to be happy here which is something I think says a lot about the facility and its employees.

Childcare Network 121 is a fun and kid-oriented place to take your children. The staff are very friendly and interact like they are a big family. The children are cared for and always have smiles on their faces. If you are looking for childcare in the Union County area, this is the place to go!

My daughter went to this daycare for several years. I never had a problem with her teachers or the care they provided for her. We absolutely loved it!

My daughter just started Childcare Network Monday. She had a rough start, but the teacher took her under her wing and worked with her to try to help her transition. The staff is nice and they have plenty for the kids to do. It is also a very clean center.

I couldnt be more pleased with Childcare Network #121 in Monroe, NC. I had reservations about sending my daughter to preschool, but Mrs. Jackie and Mrs. Carrie, along with my daughters teachers, put my fears to rest. I can leave her every morning knowing she will be well taken care of, and that definitely eases the burden off this mommy! She also stays for the after school program, and she just loves it. I am grateful for a place I can send my child that I know her needs will be met educationally and physically. Thank you ladies of CNI #121!

Met by Assistant Director on our tour. Facilities clean, welcoming, full of childrens curriculum work on display. Felt welcome and encouraged to ask questions, with a feeling of complete transparency to their entire school. Anything we wanted to see or ask we were welcomed to do so. Class full of busy, bright kids with lots of activities to engage them. Looking forward to our son attending the Pre-K program until school this fall and summer camp sessions in the future!

Worst place ever.I regret sending my baby here. I had to take him out for his safety.First of all my baby began to get ear infections. He got 3 in a single month. What happened is that the staff took him out twice a day during December, with 30 degrees, because this was union county policy. The staff did not clean his nose properly. His face was a mess. His butt wasnt properly clean either and was very red often. In addition to that he began to get hit by toys. The reason is that in this place they dont have the proper set up for babies and there are things at hand for the babies to get hurt. The reason I was given wasnt that they are incompetent, but that babies do get hurt, it is what they do. In other words it is the babys fault if he gets hurt, not the staff incompetence.Another big problem is that nobody take their shoes off in the room, and the crawling infants walk and chew all the dirt outsiders bring in to the room. The last drop that force my to take my son out was that one day, my wife went to pick him from the daycare, and she found out my son (9 month old) was chewing a big sharp wood chip from the playground. Fortunately my wife was there because the woman that supposed to watch him had no idea. Stay away from this place if you love your child.

My children have been attending childcare Network #121 since they were both 6 weeks old! My children are now 4 & 8 years old!!! The KPA program and teachers (Mrs. Darline & Ms. Sarah) ROCK!!! Love this facility and wouldn’t feel safer with my children being anywhere else!!!

My 3 year went to childcare network, I took him out and never went back. I was happy with them at first and then one thing after another just started to happen my child fell split the back of his head open and had an egg on his head, nobody said anything nobody even mentioned a fall me, however when I called the next day they were able to explain exactly what happened to me! then I get an email with the bill attached to it no explanation nothing. Apparently they’ll charge you even if they were wrong . Supposedly I was playing the wrong amount for about 3 to 4 months and instead of speaking to me I just got a bill. How are you gonna just bill me with something that you messed up and it’s funny how it came out after my child fell . The daycare i take him at now tells me that they get a lot of people from this day care! I do not recommend this place here to anyone !

From the moment I placed the call to The Child Care Network, I felt it was the place I wanted to be, the customer service was remarkable. I felt like apart of their family. Upon reaching the school I was fully convinced that I wanted my child to be apart of the program.

My son has been going to childcare network #121 in Monroe since a small age and he is almost 2 years old I cant believe how much he has learned from being there he has great teachers and I will keep my son there for as long as I can . Thank you for such a wonderful experience, I drop off my son there every day with Trust in leaving him there ....

Karie was really good explaining everything about the child care network program and very sweet with me and my son. She gave us a tour wich was very informative and clear. She definitely re enforced the desition to select this day care for my 4 year old . The class look really organized and clean, their curriculum is perfect for my kid. I will register my son today and I feel secure leaving my son in their hands.

This is a clean environment for children. The teachers are excellent. They are actually teaching the children.

We toured this daycare at the end of the day, while being rushed out by many other daycares in the area. The assistant director took her time and showed me every area of the daycare with thorough detail. The next day we went back to submit paperwork and she gave us a second tour since my spouse joined me and wasnt there the first time. Both times staying past closing time. The facility is amazing on top of their staff. They truly care about the kids and their education. Their education plan is the best we have found in the Monroe area while looking for daycares! I would highly suggest this school for anyone with a child in the daycare age!
