On my visit to this location I used Tech support and my service was great. I’m from Arkansas our store closed and the trip to this store was well worth the drive. Very helpful with what I needed with no problem even with it being a busy day. My new home store!

Really wish there would have been more employees to help customers but what customer service I did get was very helpful so Im going to give it a 4 out of 5 asking Office Depot to supply more employees

Worst customer service ever! I called to ask the price and availability of a case of paper. The rep was appallingly ignorant and stupid. She also could not be bothered to open her mouth when she attempted to talk. I asked her to look up the price for me. She put me on hold and never did return. After 20+ minutes of elevator music, I finally hung up. This is probably the result she hoped for. Jerks!

NO THANKS TO CHEYENNE, LEANDRIA MADE IT HAPPEN!!!I was 2 minutes from calling Corporate on a lady in the print department by the name of “Cheyenne”. I ordered a yard sign online Sunday morning at 9am for “same day pick up” upon checkout the pick up time was 4pm. Which was great because I needed it for 5pm. I arrived at the store around 2:50pm, Cheyenne was working with a customer. When she finished with that customer she started waiting another. She looked at me and ask did I need some help. I said “yes, I need to pick up a yard sign I ordered online”. She ask me when did I order it. I told her. She said “oh it’s not ready, we wait on the customers in-store first then we take care of the online orders”. I said “I selected the same day pick up service and received a 4pm pick up time.” She looked at the computer clock and said “but it’s just 3:10pm”. Then she proceeded to work with the next customer. Around 3:20pm she called the cashier name, Leandria to come over and help me. The young lady wasn’t sure how to run the print machine because she was getting assistance from someone over the phone. As the time passed she said to Cheyenne “you know that you are wrong you were suppose to complete the online orders first. Then she walked away to go get some help from someone else. A few minutes later she returned with a guy and they proceeded to get my yard sign completed. Leandria informed me that they were going to do a double sided sign instead of a single sided sign (which is what I paid for online) since the first sign wasn’t to their satisfaction. I greatly appreciate LEANDRIA and PAUL (I think that’s his name) for completing my yard sign! It looked GREAT ! I walked out the store at 3:48pm. ☺️

Store is typically clean, well staffed and well stocked. Glad to have Office Depot in town. Employees are always helpful for pointing me to items I need.

Got just what I needed at a great price#

Tonight I went and bought HP ink there. I took it back to office and installed it. My printer said the cartridge was damaged and no good. This is the 3rd time this has happened out of 6 times I’ve bought it at Office Depot. I’ve bought same ink at Walmart 30 times and never had it happen.THE WORSE PART was 25 minutes later (at 6:15 pm) when I returned to the store to exchange the cartridge, the store was closed. The sign clearly says they stay open until 9:00 pm. The employees saw me at the door and would not open. I’m done with them.

I can not believe that the management of this store would allow their employees to show up in the checkout area dressed as one was yesterday. If they are going to wear their trousers with large holes in the legs and front pocket area, at the least insist that they wear underwear, because I saw a lot more than I wanted to.

The staff that was there the evening of July 1, 2017, around 4:00 were extremely helpful! Keep up the good work guys!

Service here is fine but Ive always found that prices are higher here then other places.

I needed a chair and the workers were helpful with any questions I had. One of them also brought it to the car and assisted with somehow making it fit so I could drive it home.

Just left, i needed a aux to usb converter. I was standing by the customer service person in the computer Department for 5 minutes, he didnt look up to say Ill help you next or can I help you, pretend that I wasnt even there.

It was great, they actually have people there that are willing to help you & answer your questions. All the employees seemed to take pride in their job. I want to re-thank Meshaun West and the man at the door for not letting me leave without my phone bc Id be lost without it. Lol. The honesty and hard work they displayed was refreshing in this world of not so honest, lazy people. Thank you both!! The prices may not be as low as WalMart but at least you get quality and great service! I will be back!
