This was my first time visiting Office Depot & probably my last. Went here because I needed a few papers printed. When I walked inside I wasn’t greeted or anything. Went over the printing station but like I said before this is my first time there (&there weren’t any USB chords over there) So, I got in line at the full service desk so they could help. A couple was in front of me & a lady was in front of them. I waited in line for a good 15 minutes. The couple moved to the checkout. One of the workers checked them out. Still no one has said anything to me. One worker went to the back while I’m in the line. The lady that was in front of the couple is still in line.... So i’m just standing there. Nobody says “We’ll be right with you” no “Hey how you doing?” I don’t even think they looked at me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I understand if you’re busy, but you still acknowledge your other customers. Very bad first time experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Extremely convenient, everyone on staff is nice and helpful. We can always rely on our local Office Max/Office Depot for IT supplies, paper, ink, and great customer service!

Excellent service!I walked in and 2 employees immediately stopped talking with each other to great me. Yes, its a small thing but something that so many businesses DONT DO.Unfortunately I could only describe what I was looking for, however he was able to help me quickly discover what I was looking for and take me to the right location after asking a few questions.He was polite and listened and informative. I appreciate coming into an establishment that it feels like the people who work there want you to come in to shop at their store. It was a pleasure!

Office Max was able to do a specialized copy job from colored paper to colored paper. Then, I needed a flash drive and they directed me to the correct aisle with a smile. Check out was quick and easy. I recommend this business.

Today I walked in to this Staples, and I was expecting the service Ive received in the past: Friendly, and helpful. For my surprise no one was at Printing and Copy window. At the register area, there were two of the Stuff, one of them was a Manager:Darold. Darold was having a conversation with a gentleman, I walked to one of the team members asking him if anyone was attending the Printing and Copy area, he said that someone would be there soon. I waited and finally Mr. Darold was done talking and walked to me and asked how could he help me, I told him what I needed and hand him a document to scan, he was very unprofessional and start reading the content of the document, instead of doing his job.Las time in this place

Help acted like you are invisible. I waited around for over 30 min. trying to find some to help me. I left and went to Wal-Mart to get a printer. Customer satisfaction is not in their agenda they act like they do not want to be inconvenienced!!!

Do you ever notice there are very few people shopping at Office Max/ Office Depot stores? The reason is their office supplies ARE SO EXPENSIVE!!!! I mean everything is expensive! Seems to me if they would lower the prices they would generate so many more customers. But they have been this way for many many years and I dont expect they would ever change their ways unless different management takes over that has good business since.

Great store with really helpful people, they do not have the biggest selection but will order anything you need if not in stock.

One sells guy didnt help, keeps telling me its in aisle #. And its not, other sells person end up helping and was great.

Understaffed store. Worker didn’t ask who was next at service desk. She waited on someone who walked in after me. Husband went to find another worker. He proceeded to come help and gets distracted by another shopper and ends up ringing them up. Lord! I just had to walk out. Lost my business.

I had to ask people over and over how to operate their copy machine, only one was working. Then finding something was easier, someone finally asked if they could help, which did.

I was really disappointed from my last and second visit to this location. Me and my sister spent 40 mins to an hour here for four prints of paper. We came into the store, there was three representatives which two of them had a customer. Representative #3 was just staring there waiting for us to approach him. Which we did and we ask want we need. So apparently killing a bug was a more important priority and just walked away. Representative #2 took over, we had send the email to print the document which he was not receiving. With a sarcastic tone he stood there asking us three times if we spelled the email correctly. Which we showed him the three times he asked. So 20-30 mins just standing there and resending it to see if they receive it and they weren’t even checking if they did. Lord and mighty, there was a self serving printer that they forgot to mention omg.I took another 30mins to print in the self serving printer because the document need to be in pdf format. Again all three of the representatives all doing nothing, on their phones chating away. I even asked if I could borrow a charger for my iPhone to us the USB port and see if that would work. Representative #2 again with his smart mouth “apple products don’t work that way it all has to be done through iCloud” hummmm how am I supposed to know that you’re the one working here not me. At the end, look I’ll really rather drive to Matthews if that’s what it’s takes I drove from Indian trail in the middle of traffic for all this nonsense. It shouldn’t have taken this long really shouldn’t have.

Extremely poor. After waiting 20 minutes to get some pages 3 hole punched for a notebook. The clerk at the printer counter was nice enough and was waiting on another customer. She was working alone in the service department, although other employees seemed to be aimlesdly strolling around the store. She said she didnt think there was a charge. It took less than a minute and she hole punched my papers.Then a pleasant fellow helped me find a particular kind of notebook.When checking out ,this is when it all went bad. The young man at the register took over ten minutes trying to determine what to charge me, although one female manager told him not to charge me anything for the service.I had to wait and wait at the register another 10 minutes until this glib bearded, arrogant man came by and told him to charge me the max. I wanted to walk out and leave my other items sitting on the counter way before Mr. Smarty pants (charge her the max) I had wait and pay for the service rendered or they would have called law enforcement. I was unwittingly trapped there. Then he finally happily rang it up for 3.99. He was delighted with himself, to give me the business. It was how I was treated and his sheer determination to cheat me.I will never buy printer cartridges, paper or any other items in that store (that Ive always purchased in the past for work)or any other office max. It was demeaning and handled with such ill will.I only hope that all OFFICE MAX stores go out of business. Those 2 guys are jerks and I could have bought a 3 hole punch for less than that at Wal-Mart. It was more the unkind intention, the unnecessary wait than the actual cost. It was very bad customer service! Badly done.

Easy to find for your office needs, carries a good selection of office supplies, they also do photo copies and sell computer goods too.

Other than the long wait at the printing counter it was a great experience!

Probably has most of what you might need, its not like every store is FULLY stocked. Just missed a Brothers label maker for half price.

On 6/10/15 around 6:45 pm I entered the store to specifically look for 2 Dr. Grip pens since Ive been unable to locate them at all places Ive looked at thus far. I picked out the pens and proceeded to Checkout to pay for the items. There was no one available at the Check Out counters nor at the Customer Service counter. Baffled as to where to pay, since no instructions or messaging left at the Check Out counters, I proceeded to the last logical counter (the Printing/Order counter). There were 3 employees behind the counter and no acknowledgement of any kind was received from any of the employees. Two of the employees look straight at me and proceeded to do what they were involved in. I waited for 10 minutes with still no acknowledgment as to providing assistance so I threw the pens atop some printing paper and left the store. Its amazing to see such disregard for customers. The reason one goes to such store is for some specific items. You wont survive if you dont sell your product!
