I visited this establishment to see if one of the students would be able to braid my hair. I expressed the desire to install crochet braids, however, I was going to install the crochet hair myself. I was told the salon was closing by a young man. I asked one of the students if she knew someone who was a licensed cosmetologist. As the student was referring me to someone, the tall young man began to yell at me for pulling the student aside without even hearing our conversation. He also put his hands on me and told me, Dont pull her aside, I know you want to get your done and all but you can get her in trouble. I expressed she was referring me to someone else, but, his attitude was so hostile. I didnt go word for word with him because thats not how I operate. I have not been to this establishment since. Ive never been treated in such an ugly way. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Its very unprofessional and the staff doesnt know how to treat their clients. Save your money and your time. In the meantime, I hope this young man has humbled himself and learns how to respect clients.

This is the most unprofessional salon. Workers fight in this place with customers there, workers leave clients unattended and goes to the shop without informing the client, and worst off, they only provide two types of relaxer (mild & regular), with no other options. But if you purchase a relaxer at the store and bring it to them to relax your hair, they charge you for bringing your own relaxer, with their motto whats yours is ours I refuse to go there again....
