A great French school for kids. My daughters attend once a week for two hours and follow a full French curriculum. As a French native, it was important for me that my kids not just speak the language, but read and write as well. Parlez-Vous Français has been perfect fit for us.

This little school is one of a kind. They offer a rigorous and ambitious program that is designed to allow children of French expats to be able to not only maintain the language but to keep up with the educational requirements of the French system. That way, if the family returns to France, the transition to a French school is smooth and the kids are on grade level with the language. I should add that this is actually a wonderful place for any French bilingual child. I dont plan to move to France any time soon yet Im still happy that my six-year-old has learned to fluently read age-appropriate French books and write in cursive. Besides fostering solid language skills, PVF provides ample exposure to French culture. I highly recommend this school.

Needs to restructure class timing and take into account outside factors when assigning homework.

My two daughters each spent several years at PVF (from the big section of kindergarten to CM2). We were very satisfied with both the quality of teaching and the professionalism and involvement of the teachers. Our goal was to maintain a level of school French for our two girls and this goal was achieved through PVF. I recommend this school to all those who want to help their children to have a very good level of French written and oral while going in parallel in an American school.

After 4 years of expatriation in NJ, Speak-French is really a great school for our 3 kids (12, 9 & 7 years old). Our kids go on Tuesday afternoon (2 hours - 4 to 6 PM) and the homework is about 1 to 2 hours every week.We like the dedication of the teachers, the small groups and the efficiency.These classes are very helpfull to help them keep the childs life in the United States of America or go to France ...We have been expatriates for 4 years in the NJ. Speak-French is an excellent school for our 3 children (12, 9 and 7 years old).
