Cradles to Crayons is great. The teachers are wonderful with our daughter. They are so flexible, working to find a schedule that works for us. Really glad we found them!

The teachers are friendly and extremely kind to my child. Dealing with the administrative staff and the communication skills are an extremely unprofessional and aggressive.There is no reason why if a parent is querying and invoice with the location director, the billing personnel acts as though you are going to rob her tuition; one instance I am getting charged for being out of town for when tuition is due and the other I did not have a finalized invoice for the current month due to a query.Where has the system and process of a daycare center for children has lost the human touch? Is it just about the money?
