Very good learning environment and comfortable atmosphere. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful, I was impressed with their subject matter expertise. You are given the option to re-take any class a second time at no cost - which I found to be extremely valuable. Hands-on lab time is performed at a fast pace, but you can revisit your labs as often as you like. The staff was professional and courteous. Jill Knight at the NH facility was awesome in getting questions answered, responding to inquiries and all issues, and providing answers to any questions.

Fantastic staff and tons of classes to choose from. I took over 10 classes and gained a lot of knowledge from each. Teachers were all very professional and informative. I plan on getting certified in a few areas and will be using New Horizons again in the future.

I have completed 200 hours of MCSE training at their New Horizons location in Nashua NH. For one it is Microsoft Approved MCSE Windows 2016 Server and Azure Infrastructure training. NH provides training materials, including online labs, practice tests and additional handouts and study guides. Instructors are exceptional, subject matter experts and take time to answer any questions you may have. Practice tests from Kaplan (former Transcender) are sooo helpful. Last but not least New Horizon offered 50% better pricing at the time compared to 2 other online training providers. Looking forward to get my Office 365 Administration class there too.

Its best to check other options before going to New Horizons. Community Colleges and even the online tech courses through EdX, Coursera or Udacity are a much better to go. New Horizons CLC is a big rip off.

I am in the process of taking 4, 5 day Microsoft SQL Server classes for MSCSA/MSCSE certification and Im more than happy with all aspects of the training.So far I have taken 20463 Implementing a Data Warehouse with SQL Server 2014 and in the middle of taking 20462 Administering a SQL Microsoft SQL Server Databases.Here are some details:1. The training material is direct from Microsoft and extremely well written.2. You get online access to the training materials for life.3. You get access to the training machines used for the classes for 6 months in order to be able to study for the certification exams. (I was able to do labs for my completed classes from my home the week after I took the class.)4. The training site here in Nashua provides 2 monitors 1 to view the class which is broadcast to many sites via Adobe Connect by experts in each course.5. The instructors I have had so far are top notch and very knowledgeable about the subject matter.6. After the class is over, you get free access to training tests that you can take as many times as you want to practice for the exam from a company called Transcender .7. The fees to take the certification exams are included in the course cost unlike some other training sites I researched.8. All of the classes are recorded so that you can play them again and even get any downloads that were part of the class for 6 months after taking the class !9. The site I am at here in Nashua NH has a room where I can take the Certification Exams.10. Lynne Noseworthy, Director of Career Development and Jill Knight here at the Nashua NH Facility have been terrific getting me set up and providing me with the after class access to training tests etc. Lynne was especially helpful in helping me to determine the best 4 out of 5 courses I needed to take to get MSCSA certification as my budget would only allow for 4 courses.All in all I would highly recommend New Horizons for your technical training needs !
