I am an adult learner and had a very positive experience with this driving school and instructor. Kathy was extremely patient with me and calm while I worked on skills with her to safely operate a motor vehicle. I passed my road test which I could not have done without my lessons with her.I worked on maintaining appropriate speed, entering and exiting intersections correctly, smoothing out my turns and stops, lane changes, merging onto and exiting highways and parking both forward and reverse. In addition, I built confidence as a driver during my lessons in large part to Kathys encouragement and sense of humor. I especially needed practice with my reverse parking and Kathy was very patient while I practiced that over and over. Any scheduling changes were always worked out and Kathy and I texted or called each other regarding lesson appointments.I genuinely feel that Kathy wanted me and everyone to develop the skills required to be safe drivers on the road and would highly recommend her.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL! Mrs. Eckles is the only instructor for classes and driving lessons. Her planning and communication are horrendous. Classes are not communicated until sometimes after 11pm the Sunday before, most of the time this weekly schedule is either wrong or she will change or cancel last minute. Our original class was set to start in January and was postponed until March. My daughter did not complete her classes and road lessons until the first week of June, this was with constant pressure from the parents. The state mandated parent meeting was scheduled TWICE and Mrs.Eckles was a NO SHOW both times. There was never a parent meeting, yet twice parents made time to join a scheduled Zoom for the instructorto not show. There is zero communication response. She does not return calls, texts or emails, yet blames the kids for being disorganized. There is also an issue of safety. At the completion of a road lesson, my 16 year old daughter was left in a parking lot in Nashua, ALONE, 20 min before the lesson was scheduled to end. She starts every class and lesson late and finishes early! My daughters road lessons consisted of driving around, my daughter had to start requesting specific skills to practice during lessons because otherwise she would just drive from Bedford to Nashua without working on any specific skills!I could continue….RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!

Poor communication and unprofessional. I signed up for adult lessons as I just moved from the city and I’m looking to get my license. The first lesson I was cancelled on 20 minutes before the lesson. When we rescheduled, Kathy had emailed me that we would meet on Thursday the 22nd. I responded and said Thursday is the 21st and asked to clarify the day. She responded and said we were on for Thursday. Thursday morning rolls around and I am waiting. 15 minutes past the time we are supposed to meet I decide to text her and see where she is, to which she responds that I am scheduled for tomorrow the 22nd. I will not do business with this person and I highly suggest anyone think twice. This is a very unprofessional way to run a business and communicate with your clients.

Amazing owner. Never had a problem. Will be sending my other kids her way.She communicated promptly and there were no issues with the schedule.I read some of the reviews and quite honestly I believe that the parents were the issue. It was a great experience start to finish.

My daughter just finished up at this driving school. She had an amazing experience. She was very well prepared and passed to get her license with confidence. I would highly recommend this school. Kathy was great getting back to me and arranging my daughters schedule to work for us.

In response to your reply. Yes your driver picked my son up but also failed to drop him off per our conversation. This resulted in me having to leave work early and call some one in. You state classes where not canceled I have the schedule as well as all of his email correspondence to you and your reply. We spoke about this at length and you agreed that you would pick him up and drop him off. You had this conversation with my Ex wife as well as myself. I would like nothing more than for my son to just finish and be done. This has been a horrible experience and NO i would not recommend your school to anyone looking.

If I can only give zero stars, I would. This is the worst organization ever. They sent out schedules less than 24 hrs and expect you to follow them. They schedule wrong blocks for your kid and they send you a bill for their mistake. Never ends with them. Do yourself a favor, dont torture your kids or your wallet, go anywhere but them.

Absolutely atrocious!!! Do not use these people unless you want to have your very excited 16 Y/O upset because they did not get enough hours during the 8 Week class because Kathy Eckles over books (24) students per class and does not have enough instructors to manage all the kids time. She is THE WORST coordinator of a schedule I have ever witnessed. She has a terrible reputation in the Driving School industry and she gives them a bad name!!! Especially you BHS students. She sent out nasty emails to parents and was caught bad mouthing parents who were complaining about her services or lack thereof in front of the students. She had the audacity to have a meeting with a parent during class time with an irate parent and the students witnessed this very upset father argue over her cancellation policy. She believes its okay for her, or her instructor cancel on the day of drivers ed, but then will charge you $50 if you do this to them without 24 hour notice that starts when she opens your email that she apparently has trouble with altogether. So take heed, you will pay some cancellation, your student will not finish on time, she is rude and sends out terrible emails about your children, and lastly cancels on you, blames her instructors for it and does not give you $50! This is truly a BUYER BEWARE. The Bedford High School will no longer endorse her because of the complaints. They do let her use a room in the school, but that is about it. Go to AAA Driving in Manchester, I hear they are pretty good.

These guys are horrible. Kathy Eckels is who we are dealing with. They did a great job taking our money for the drivers ed class out of Bedford HS for my 15 year old son quickly and promptly. He finished the class 7/7 but we cant get his driving hours finished. No phone calls returned, she doesnt return emails. She schedules the kids for driving then cancels. Now she is saying she cant get us scheduled because she started a new class. It seems real convenient for it to be right at Bedford High School. Seriously....dont waste your money. I would have paid more money to at least have it done right. We just called the NH Dept of Safety and the BBB so we will see if she responds. Turns out she has a ton of complaints.

This place is a complete joke. They want the money and thats it. They must have canceled and moved class dates 4 times. Then try to punish the kids if they cant make the dates due to there PARENTS HAVING JOBS to be at.DONT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE.
