I’ve been taking my 4-year-old son here for a few weeks. I can’t say enough good things about Kyoshi Eric. He’s the perfect mix of fun and serious - he’s wonderful with kids of all ages. He’s somewhat militant, but he’s also sensitive and attentive to each child’s individual needs and skill level. He has great methodology and I love the credos he teaches the students - all about respect, building confidence, strong minds, and strong bodies. He also gives rewards often (when earned), which I find to be a huge motivator for my 4 year old. I interact with some of the students that have been there longer, and it’s clear that they have benefited from attending his classes. All of the children I have spoken with from his class are exceptional. I look forward to taking my son there and watching him and the other children progress.10/10 - would definitely recommend.

Eric Menard is an awesome Kyoshi. He has made a big difference in the lives of my 2 boys and theyre only in their 2nd year. They are learning confidence, self discipline, and self respect. I couldnt be happier with our experience so far, and I would recommend his classs to anyone who is interested in learning martial arts.

Ive known Eric Menards since the late 1980s. He is by far the best karate instructor for kids that I Ive had the pleasure to know. I would 100% recommend him not only for children but adults as well. Hes not in it for the money. He truly cares about his students.

Weve been coming here for almost 15 years now, and could not be happier with the skills our kids have learned. My oldest started just shy of three years old, and now at 17 now has discipline and confidence - and a black belt! My younger child works at her own pace, and this is a safe and caring environment for her to advance as she chooses. Couldnt ask for a better dojo!

My kids have been attending CMA for almost five years. We are lucky to have Kyoshi guide and mentor them.His lessons are carefully thought and planned out and teach kids important life lessons in a friendly and effective manner.We have relocated but yet we don’t mind traveling all the way to Nashua for the classes of my kids and I think this itself speaks a lot about the quality of CMA.

Amazing play to learn not only Karate but discipline and respect as well!

My daughter has been in the little Dragons class for almost a year and LOVES it! Mr. Menard is WONDERFUL with the young kids and makes karate very fun. He has helped my daughter overcome her anxiety and has taught her techniques with dealing with bullies.There are class times available to fit most schedules and I love that I can pick and choose which classes I can make! I look forward to karate every week because I see how much enjoyment my daughter gets. Not only does he offer classes for the kids, but also other types of classes for adults. I would HIGHLY recommend this Dojo to anyone who is looking to start classes of any kind!!

The school is very professional. Eric is amazing with the kids, if youre looking for something to help your kids become disciplined and learn martial arts this is definitely the place, highly recommended.
