North Main Music and Aaron have been so amazing for my sons development over the last year with his music. He has improved tremendously and it is because of the talented teacher he has.We cant thank you enough for teaching him to be a better musician and helping him learn to love music. It has been a wonderful experience!We also appreciate the flexibility when unplanned events create problems with our planned lessons. We would recommend Aaron and North Main Music to anyone who wants to learn how to play an instrument.

I love this place! I have been a teacher here for a year and a half and can honestly say its hands-down the best work environment Ive ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Not only are my fellow teachers talented and easy to work with, the student-teacher relationships formed here are the real deal. Ive had a number of friends take lessons here with my coworkers for instruments I dont teach at my recommendation, because I know that theyre going to get quality instruction from somebody who actually cares about their students.

My son has been taking guitar lessons at North Main Music for over six years now and is still as enthusiastic about playing as he was when he first started! Ive been working at North Main for close to 4 months and have been with the company for 2 years and its always been a very welcoming, interactive environment. My time here has always been positive and Ive only had a couple situations when I wasnt informed in time for a cancelled lesson, but overall, the staff is organized and punctual for when teachers are absent, schedule changes, etc. The building is very well maintained and the teachers are friendly and open-minded to expand student skills and also, making sure to allow the students choose what they want to learn. When I first started taking voice lessons at North Main, I was very grateful that there was flexibility in student choice as well as there being time focused on ability and honing in on skill and techniques with warm-ups and drills to work on at home. Ive definitely expanded with delving into different genres of music and my teacher, Diane Maille, has always been supportive and given me insightful feedback on how I can improve, my achievements, and such. The student concerts are organized and are structured in a way to truly display all the student achievement that is evident at North Main. I can genuinely say, that its been a pleasure being a part of the company and I look forward to 2019.

Its a very warm environment where the teachers help you learn new skills. They spend time teaching you the things you want to learn. I absolutely love it here!

My daughters, ages 9 and 11, have been taking lessons at North Main for nearly two years now. I am very impressed with how far they have come, and with how much they enjoy their instruments. I give all of the credit to North Main and their wonderful teachers, as they encourage the girls to play the kind of music that they like, and that is meaningful to them. This approach has kept the girls engaged and willing to put in practice time. My oldest is also a singer in one of North Mains kid bands which has been a wonderful experience for her. Its an opportunity Im not sure she would have gotten at another school.

I worked at North Main Music for almost 7 years and have nothing but good things to say about all the talented instructors who dedicate themselves to their art. Mike runs a studio unlike anything I have seen, building community through concerts, bands and many opportunities to bring music to Nashua. I highly recommend North Main Music and any of the fine instructors: Deanna, Diane, Jason, Travis, Sibvon, Andrew, Aaron, and all the others :-).

My daughter came to me one day and told me she wanted to play the guitar. I called North Main Music and set up an intro. lesson and havent looked back. After two short years she is playing and writing songs. She also decide to try singing lessons and now does them along with her weekly guitar lessons. Each instructor is amazing and brings their own style and instruction based on your childs needs. I recommend North Main Music to everyone!

North Main music is the best music school! I love that its child lead and keeps the kids motivated and interested in learning more and more music. Raina cant get enough of being there. Its such a great positive environment and they are always looking for ways to bring several kids together to develop that team spirit and the confidence to perform anywhere and everywhere. The semi-annual student concerts are a class on there own! Amazing performances by amazing kids! Highly recommend this school! Riyas confidence in talking/snging in front of others has increased tremendously since she started music lessons here!

We love North Main Music. Both of my boys are taking lessons and absolutely love it! My 11 year old is enjoying guitar lessons. His instructor, Dave, teaches him by allowing him to play music he likes. He keeps it fresh and never boring! My son always come out of his lessons telling me he cant wait to show me what he learned this time. My 7 year old is taking piano lessons. His instructor, Diane, is fantastic! He is so comfortable with her. I cant believe how much he has learned in the short time hes been taking lessons. I was also pleased that when I called to set up lessons for them, North Main was able to get them in at the same time. They were very accommodating! We couldnt be having a better experience.

When I was still living in Nashua, I took voice lessons at North Main Music for about two years. It was a great experience and I thoroughly enjoyed them. The only reason I stopped was because I moved and my instructor (Nanette Perotte), who was still working at North Main several days a week, was able to meet me in a more convenient location. I still work with Aaron Gratzmiller as an accompanist--hes absolutely excellent and I hear great things about him as a piano teacher as well.

I have been taking lessons at North Main for almost 3 years. Im also involved in 2 of the bands. This school is hands down my favorite place to be. Every time I finish a rehearsal or lesson, I leave with a smile on my face, excited to practice what I just learned. Not to mention, I always look forward to coming back. All of the employees here are professionals who are great with kids and adults any age. They make it a great environment to be in. Not only have I learned how to play guitar but my confidence has grown tremendously. The opportunity to play with other kids my age in a band has taught me more than a book ever could. I cant think of one bad thing to say about it. Its the greatest place a person any age can be.

North Main Music has a very friendly environment and has helped me become a better musician while allowing me to pursue different types of music.

I, a VERY MATURE student, have been taking guitar lessons at NMM for almost 10 years. I have always had a great interest in listening to music and wanting to be able to play in some accomplished fashion, although I have no instinctive musical ability. At NMM the teaching and coaching is individualized towards the desires, requirements and abilities of the students. This has been an excellent fit for me. I have had lessons from several of the guitar tutors and have taken voice lessons too, and all have been rewarding experiences, in great part due to Director Mike McAdam’s instructional philosophy and ability to choose the appropriate personnel for the students and school. In my time there I have seen many young students grow to be accomplished musicians where they had lots of fun doing so. I highly recommend NNM as place to begin learning to play or sing or to hone your skills should you already have higher levels of musical accomplishment.

North Main Music is, by far, the best music school in the Nashua, NH, area. Having been involved with the school for almost 3 years now, I can say with confidence that it is an incredibly supportive, and enthusiastic community within which to learn music. I love attending the semi-annual student concerts and seeing the teachers interact with the students before and after their performances because it is so clear from their heartfelt expressions that they care deeply about their students and want the best for them. Another thing I love about North Main Music is that the school does a great job building a music community, and not just a school. They have multiple groups, such as teen and adult bands, an acappella group, and activities throughout the year, such as NMM Night at the NH Fisher Cats and the Sizzlin Summer Cover Song contest, that students are encouraged to get involved with. Ive seen so many kids develop lasting friendships and gain new confidence through these activities. North Main Music is also great because they encourage their students to learn the songs that they love. Their teachers understand that a student is more likely to stay engaged and go further with their music education if they are learning songs that they truly love, instead of being forced to try to learn a prescribed curriculum of songs they have no interest in. I wholeheartedly recommend this school to anyone who wants to have *fun* and be part of a fantastic and supportive community while furthering their music education.
