Ann is wonderful. I took the opportunity to finally take this class during the pandemic as it is offered online for the time being. I was able to pick up my materials the same day I registered. Ann answers any and all questions, and takes the time to explain everything. She is very easy to listen to, and you can tell she loves doing what she does. Ann has been in the business for so long, she literally knows everything and can convey it in a way thats so easy to understand. I email her all the time and she gets right back to me, either by email or phone call. She is always right there for her students even long after they have graduated. Ann was a phenomenal instructor. She truly understands how to engage the adult learner. You can make your own schedule because she offers many classes through out the week. Many other classes only offer two a week which would have been impossible! Great class, very comfortable

Ann is amazing and everything I saw on the real estate exam she has covered. Study the information she provides and you should excel. I failed my first attempt because I took too long to from when I completed the course and I didnt study the way I should have. Second attempt I studied a little more but still not what I should have and I failed by 5 pts. This time around I will pass with flying colors because people that I have studied with and gave advice to passed on their first attempts. So I assure this is the best real estate school to attend. Ann is a very knowledgeable person in the real estate profession and applied a lot of her past experience as a narrative to many of the terms we needed to learn to pass the exam. It’s a lot easier to remember a definition to something with a story attached and Ann wasn’t short on stories.Class was definitely not boring because she kept the class engaged in open discussion and made the class giggle out loud on more than a handlful of occasions - she’s a funny lady without trying to be.She’s very by the book and wants to make sure she doesn’t cheat you out of learning, so if she finishes up early she will go over more things that relate to the chapters she taught that day instead of letting the class leave early!It’s a long class (4-hours) so pack a meal that can be eaten without heating, (or go to a nearby fast food place) as she allows you to eat in class or during the 15 minute break. As long as you’re not playing on your phones she’s okay with you using your phone to look up certain real estate terms or to text your babysitter.I liked her a lot! I have a pretty good feeling I will pass the exam on the first attempt thanks to taking her class. I will update this review if I passed on the first attempt (knocking on wood!) but if I don’t, it would be my fault for not studying as much as I should because the instructor was above par in her teachings. Hands down the best option for the Real Estate Salesperson course. With the friendly flexibility of course scedule and the valuable quality education, it is no question that Ann hosts the best classes in NH!

I researched many (if not all) of the real estate schools in N.H. before picking this class, and I’m so glad I did! The instructor, Ann Flanagan, is SO knowledgable. Before teaching classes she worked for the NH Real Estate Commission for 20 years. So not only does she know real estate like the back of her hand, she also has plenty of first hand examples/anecdotes of NH real estate law to help you remember all the nitty gritty details you’ll need to pass the test. I also picked Ann because her schedule was the most convenient for me. With locations in Nashua, Londonderry, Concord and Bedford, I’ve been able to complete the class quickly.
