I love this hospital. Very clean, staff is friendly and professional. Recommend to anyone for all services. Great cafeteria too!

Why did Philip at the front desk feel the need to say “it’s not my job” when asked if he could possibly find out when my mother would be receiving a wheelchair to leave? Disgusting behavior from someone working in a hospital, the lack of compassion is atrocious.

The Department of Neuroscience is one of the best in the country

The place is so clean!! Be prepared to learn a new set of rules, theyre everywhere. I think thats what makes this place great: Order becomes commonplace when everyone follows some standards.

One hell of a phoney institute mostly with Doctors trying to infiltrate academia with not much academic or research experience and thereby watering down research quality and ruining lives of aspiring scientists.

This is a good hospital due to the pandemic some things hard to get but staff has been nothing but perfect, no complaining from me.

I am planning to have a procedure done in the cardiac section of Mt. Sinai hospital. The facility looks amazing and everyone there was really terrific

My colleagues (and the students) at the Icahn School of Medicine are absolutely phenomenal. You would be hard pressed to find better people to be around in a work environment.

I was a transfer from Beth Israel late Friday night. As soon as I got transported to the Labor and Delivery floor, one of the nurses was very rude and told me that my husband & my two kids were not allowed to be on the floor with me and this is not a Daycare. Meanwhile my toddler was already sleeping and my oldest is well behaved enough to stay beside me in my own personal area which had a curtain to cover. I had gotten another nurse to tend to me thank god. Her name was Anna and just super nice! Her kindness was definitely very much appreciated. Later on I heard on the other side of my curtain Anna being asked by that rude nurse why was I here on their floor? Completely none of her concern whatsoever!! Later on I had discovered there was a woman just a couple of feet away from me with her child! This hospital should terminate nurses that clearly and visibly don’t know how to treat patients with respect! On the up side, we need more nurses like Anna!!
