From a personal view point this school is not bad in certain aspects until you speak about staff.The principal barely ever communicates with its students unless it’s to make rude remarks, or act like they care during morning announcements.The deans aren’t disrespectful at all nor the teachers. The assistant principals are just an insult to what the DOE stand for it’s disgusting how they can try kicking out students to the street and use foul language. I would not attend this school if I were thinking about it , I would really think twice. Even a counselor in the school is racist , and disrespectful.Everyone in the reviews seem to give positive feedback but their are serious remarks that need to be made public in order for certain staff members in this school to get kicked out of their jobs they don’t act like they wanna be there anyways.

I like how my son brings work home and how he has improved in his work. He has the best things to say about his teachers. His interest and love for the school says it all.

Amazing school, i graduated from here in 2012 and teachers and staff are beyond words i am still friends with teachers because of all the help i received from them. if you are going into the medical field i highly recommend this school as it offers medical research and other programs that are worth it if you keep your grades up.

My first school in US and it’s really different than what i thought I would have to experience and it’s very diverse and open minded where everyone is welcomed!

Its a good school, some nice,helpful and caring teachers. Stuff gets stolen in lockers, deans are always busy, the kids in there are some fake,annoying and bad. I graduated already in 2017 but its somewhat a good school to be in.

I’m only in 8th grade and I have my eyes on this high school I hope it’s a good school to help me learn a bit about being a health profession! I really hope I can get in this school😬

A terrible place for an H.S. education. The principle nor guidance councilor will reach out to help a student without heavy bearings from the parents side. Even heard of students getting held back from graduation for not filling the required credits from physical ed despite passing all other essential subjects. Thats not even the worst part. the female in charge of helping seniors find prospecting colleges does an extremely terrible job, e.g, dont know a good Cuny/Suny from a bad one, course fees, provides dorms for students, etc. The only thing shell do is toss out a thick book of listed Colleges and just go over the required application hand in to see if its properly filled out.A note of a good school is by seeing how much of an effort the school staff is willing to help out the students and this place sure isnt one of them... well except for the janitor there. Hes a funny fellow that likes to crack jokes with students and spreads smiles around.

School was amazing. There are teachers here that can remain life long friends.
