I went here a long time ago and must say it was a wonderful experience. The teachers were amazing and students were there to learn which is important when attending a public high school. I am so happy to say I received great scholarships to attend college once I graduated and it was all because of Manhattan comprehensive night and day high school. I hope the school continues to thrive because it was excellent years ago.

YOU SHOULD COME TO THIS HIGH SCHOOL. I’m student from Manhattan Comprehensive Night and Day HS, and I will be graduating in January. I heard about this school from my former high school. I am writing this review to make sure that all young adults have the same opportunity as me. I would like to discuss about regents exams, as you know most students have a hard time with the regents exams. One thing that I like from here is that they help you to do better with them; also your English gets much better because you also meet with new people that don’t know your native language. My experience here has been extraordinary, in a way that I had met new people from another part of the world, my English also got much better than before. What is important is your future and your future starts here at Manhattan Comprehensive.

FINEST SCHOOL.This is a great spot of learning for students whose ages range from 17 to 21.That basically means our school provides a second opportunity for students to do further their studies. Every year we had profound enrollment of pupils from every corner of the world. I could even say it’s a big chance to know more about the varied cultures and traditions from our students because of our diversity. Students can attend either night or day classes while working full-time. Our graduates attend CUNY, SUNY as well as PRIVATE schools. Most surprisingly thing is some immigrant students who never have no prior English language experience can become experts in it. This school offers a regents diploma instead of GED.I attended this school for almost two years and it was beyond my expectations. This school offers great aid in the field of academic and finances. The supports from our teachers are appreciable and unforgettable. With the help from Comprehensive Development INC, (the community based organization that works with our school), students could do internships in any fields and it provides paramount services in finance. Our college advisers personally help you to fill out applications for colleges and even financial aids forms. I am very grateful to this school and staff members who brighten my future. In a nutshell, I will recommend this school to any student that want study and succeed in life.

ONE STAR IS MORE THAN ENOUGH. WENT IN 2009. A teacher put her hands on me, of which the principal hush hushed it in a meeting with teacher n parents present. Also took over 8months for them to send my transcripts to my college. So i would tell people looks elsewhere. This school is terrible.

The Best School for Learning EnglishThis is a different high school compared to other high schools, because this school has students from about more than 30 countries all over the world. Diversity is the most important element in this school. This is also the significant quality, which is why I chose To attend this school.I have studied in this school since January 2013. Through one year and half studied, I realized that I made my first right decision by choosing this new environment. All teachers, staff members help students as much as they can and also this school offers a For the students who have problems with studying, the school provides tutoring and review classes (regent & SAT) as well. As many other schools have, there are Not many high schools have dark rooms in New York City. Those students who are interested in taking photos can develop their own black and white photos. I am a member of This club and I love staying in dark room to develop my pictures. Here is a great chance to learn how to handle this old and classical stuff.Being an immigrant student, I appreciate the school’s help with adapting to this new environment. At the same time I hope students who are between the ages of 17-21 who have a desire to earn a High School diploma, join in this family. The best school to learn EnglishThis is a different high school, because the students who come to school here come from more than 30 countries in the world. Cultural diversity is the most important part of the school and the main reason why I came to this school.Since January 2013, I have been in this school for more than a year and a half. In the past, I realized how important this decision was. The teachers and staff of this school do their best to help you. The school also provides students with paid work and university counseling. In the event of difficulties in learning, the school also offers free after-school tutoring and refresher courses (including exams and SAT). In the extracurricular activities section, the school has a lot of club activities to enrich the after-school life. For example, the school has a special dark room dedicated to washing photos. It is a good learning opportunity for students who like to take photos and print negatives. As a new immigrant to the United States, I am very grateful to the school for helping me to integrate into the new society as soon as possible. At the same time, I also hope that people between the ages of 17 and 21 who are eager to learn English and get a high school diploma will join this family.

A Wise Choice—Manhattan Comprehensive Night+Day High SchoolPerhaps this is not a well-known high school among the famous ones, yet it’s an undoubtedly good school. Here Im writing to provide a reference and recommendation for those who are seeking an official and helpful high school as a stepping stone to their bright future, especially for those immigrant students who are over 17 but anxious and despondent because normal high schools in NY I can totally empathize with them because Im the one who has previously experienced that. Thankfully, however, a friend of my aunt told us about this school. At that moment it was like a shooting star that suddenly lighted Up my night sky.I started from this February and now its already my second semester.I entered this school as a total stranger to America, yet its in this school that I get more and more familiar with this country. Here Ive met not only nice but also Responsible teachers and friendly classmates. No one is actually terribly violent, which is converse to my initial thought that American schools are unsafe as a result of fruquent violence. Whats more, I didnt even know anything about the SATs and process of applying for Colleges, yet the teachers are patiently guiding me step by step and zealously offering answers to my questions. In conclusion, if you are over 17 but no more than 21,still trying hard to find a high school to study,Manhattan Comprehensive Night+Day high school would be a wise choice. I like this school. I recommend it to you.Translation:Wise Choice - Manhattan Day and Night High SchoolMaybe its not famous, but its really a good school. Some students are looking for a formal and helpful high school to serve as a stepping stone for their bright future. Now I am writing this to give them a reference and recommendation, especially for those over 17 years old who are not recruited by ordinary New York high schools. New immigrant students who feel anxious and depressed. For them, I can feel the same, because I am a person I have experienced. However, I really appreciate a friend of mine, because he told us about this school.I enrolled in February this year and it is now my second semester. When I entered this school, I knew almost nothing about the United States, but it was this school that made me more familiar with the country. Here I met a very good and responsible teacher, as well as friendly classmates. No one is really violent. This is contrary to my initial thoughts. I thought that the US campus was not safe because of frequent school violence. Also, I didnt even know what the SAT and the university process were before. However, the teachers are very patient and guide me step by step, and are very enthusiastic to answer questions. In short, if you are 17 to 21 years old and still trying to find high school, Manhattan Day High School will be a wise choice. I like this school, I recommend it to you.
