A colleague of mine referred me to to REEDC for the p&c license . I was opportune to take the Property and Casualty License class led by Sara DaSilva Fuentes. She exceeded my expectations with her tutoring and professional skills. Sara was there to answer questions and breakdown the coverages bits and bits. I am glad I had her as my tutor and was able to pass the exam on my first try. Thanks Sara.

This place is great the instructors are very well informed and have the students best interest in sharing information. You learn a lot not only for the test but tips and tricks on how to be a successful agent. The deal is great you definitely get a bang for your buck. There is great flexibility like a weekend schedule and evening hours for those whom work. Small room but the quality of education definitely worth it. Cynthia Ramirez is one of the instructors and she is amazing.

The teacher who teaches most of the classes is extremely boring. More than boring, annoying. He randomly raises his voice to stress words that arent any more relevant than others in the sentence, or if they are not relevant, hes definitely exaggerating their importance.EDIT: Although he wasnt the best teacher, he had some really great examples of real-life situations and he did make it a point to go through the most important material. A few of his stories were borderline shady though.Their schedule makes it difficult to finish in a short period of time because there is no option to do online courses if you miss one. I had already planned to visit family in the middle of my time taking the course and would have greatly appreciated the option to continue online during my 2.5 weeks away. So, far two teachers were really great but Ive only had them for 2 out of 11 classes.I guess the advantage of the place is that they have final exams every week and you can ask questions any time. The location is good too.The practice exam helped a lot and I passed the course.

Stay away! They have deficits in their current administration including their insurance curriculum. They are not following state-mandated hours and academic protocol. In addition, the instructor must have a comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter. Reading from a text without a constructive board outline and proper academic delivery is a failure! In addition, the school is currently under state review by the Dept of Financial Services. Please consider my argument. The current administration is failing to comply with the legal protocol and academic standards mandated by the state. The owners need to eradicate the flaws in their current venue. Consider another school for insurance education. Kaplan, Poohs, or online school! Dont waste your time or money. Nevertheless, this seems to be a systemic problem throughout the whole country. A failure to establish good academic standards and quality education. Being politically correct is not the solution for academic deficits. They have inferior administration and insurance program. Consider my argument. Dont be scammed by their unscrupulous sales staff. They have no knowledge academic standards or state curriculum protocol. Theyre good salesmen! Do your research!

I wish to acknowledge the WOW quality service exhibited by Steven over a two-day process. I was on my way to register for the Real Estate license course in Queens. I have received a discount from Amazon promotional to attend this class. Steven in a very professional manner took my demographic information, and recommended that I allowed him to work on my confirmation number. Steven provided his email address and the information pertaining to the Amazon promotional was sent. I called Steven twenty-four hours later and was informed that I am ready to begin classes. WOW! He provided a follow-up email to my account. I recognize going above and beyond the description of ones position. I am thankful to Steven for his efforts. He has contributed to my motivation to make this educational opportunity so successful. If all the Real Estate Education Center staff are a reflection of Steven, then I am honored to partake in your educational program. Thank you,RobertIncoming Real Estate Student

The professors & staff are extremely professional. The staff was there to assist with every question I had. The school offered flexible morning, afternoon and night class. They also offer examp prepration & career placement. At the start of some of the classes, brokers come out to introduce their firms. This allows you to know what to look for when looking for a sponsoring broker.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, TerribleThe school had moved the class location on the day of the 1st lesson without making me aware of it and then on the 2nd day had canceled the course all togeher. When i called the school, Angela whom said that she is a manager was nasty and told me that it is their usual course of business to cancel courses if they didnt fill up the course. In addition Angela was extremely rude, didnt understand why I was upset and then hung up the phoe on me when i asked to speak to the ownership. This school should be blacklisted and i will make sure to reach out to the authorities and demand that they areremoved from the approved list of school. If the ownership is reading this, i would usrge you reach out to me as sson as possible.I will keep posting on this site and make evryone aware of the progress.Keep away from this and dont waste your time. They are the most non-profesional establishment.

Very Good and Trusted Real Estate Education School. I am a graduate of this store and have been a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for almost 5 years. I am now looking to return back to take my Brokers Licensing Course here. I appreciate everthing that I was taught at the school and I would recommend this school to anyone who is looking to learn the Real Estate the right way. I took advantage of the Groupon which is a good discount compared to what you can pay without it. The teachers at this school have years of experience in the field real estate so you can trust their instruction more than being taught by someone who has no Real Estate background whatsoever.

This review is for the Appraisal courses. Im here typing so you wouldnt have to experience what I am going through with something that suppose to be positive and pleasant . - DO NOT sign up with them until you make sure what happened to me wont happen to you. ( I wrote the details on yelp)Total 6 courses, I paid in full fro $2000 on December 2013.Attended the first course two weeks ago, it was the worst learning experience I had in my whole life ... after the school failed to changed the instructor as they promised, I decided to cancel the rest of courses but was told that I wouldnt get a refund because I paid in full and got a $100 discount from the total $2100. LOLyou might want to think it again before you sign up with them. If you do decide to sign up with them, ask for a refund policy and read it closely first.Since this is a on-going situation, I will update.

Dont take any classes with them. Their service is bad and the staff are not friendly at all. try to avoid them as you can. the groupon voucher they are selling is a scam. they dony want to honor the voucher because the price is too cheap. they also want to sell you expensive books. when the real cost of the book is only 55 dollars, they want to sell me for 100 dollars. please watch out.

After 3 attempts I was finally able to pass the state exam. Third times the charm. Now none of this was the fault of REEDC it was just lack of my own studying. Greg was a great instructor he makes the class fun and keeps you awake(especially on those last couple of classes when your pulling 3-a-days so you can get it over with). Im super excited to start my career as a Real Estate agent thanks to REEDC. I got a deal through LivingSocial which also helped out.

The instructor seymore williams from this school is the worst ever! Not only did he not teach enough knowledge to the students, but also hes a too lewd to be a teacher. This guy referred to several female students from the class as sexy ladies who should stay after class to have some fun with him in the after school study group.I dont know if this guy is a registered offender,he surely sounds like one.His misconduct was very disrespectful to the students from the class. He was wasting a lot of time by eating snacks, drinking coffee & tea and talking about things that had nothing to do with the class at all.He let students read and do execises by themselves on his class instead of being taught which is another way of wasting time.Other than that,he mentioned that his own license was suspended due to violations. We cant believe that this school would hire someone who cant even keep his own license to teach others to get their licenses. Its ridiculous!

The instructors dont give worksheets for state test reviews and what we went over in class for the state test is not on the actual test. The whole course was unorganized.I took the state test twice and failed. I really wanted to pass and continue with my goal but taking the test twice was discouraging.
