Worst bus company ever. Not only did they ruin my wedding transportation (every single bus had an issue). They company was non-responsive, would not provide a credit for breaking the terms of the contract, and then they would keep telling me they were going to get back to me on the credit. Its the biggest scam ever and most poorly run business ive ever seen. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We had buses booked for wedding in April of 2020 but due to Covid the date was changed. These buses have been paid in full now trying to get in touch with company about new date and they can not be contacted. So now we are at lose of nearly $3000.00 this company must be gone under and never contacted anyone about refunds 😡😡😡

Weve loved working with Book Buses. I plan international youth trips and we use Book Buses for our 230 participants coming into New York for the day. Its been amazing working with them. We chose them because they gave us the best price, which is important to us as a non-profit, however we decided to stick with them because they were easy to work with, communicated efficiently with our team and our leaders, and they were very punctual. That was extremely important for us since our groups were on a tight schedule and couldnt afford to miss out on any time in NYC. We appreciate working with Max, hes been incredible and always sends the numbers of the bus drivers so we can contact them directly. We look forward to working with them again and have even added another 340 participants to their schedule. Thank you for the great work!

I had a fabulous experience with book buses! From the time I made an inquiry till the time that the youth team was on their way back home book buses was very on point with everything. I was very pleased with their services and I am definitely going to make this a yearly thing for our youth retreats. Don’t be hesitant about booking with them. I promise you, you won’t regret it.

Worst experience of all time and the company REFUSES to make good on a disastrous service for my wedding where they not only breached 2 contracts but put my wedding guests lives in danger. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and the CEO himself was so disrespectful to not provide a credit or even return my emails and calls. They know nothing about customer service and doing the right thing. Never EVER EVER use this company

I booked a trip for April and due to pandemic was forced to cancelled. On March 10th I emailed my rep Max Lenets to cancel the trip and get a refund. I got an email back from Max confirming the trip was cancelled and I would be receiving a refund. About a week later I had not received a refund yet and emailed Max again. He stated refunds can take up to 45 days. Fast forward to today I have still not received my refund after numerous email and calls. The last email I got from them stated they will not be issuing refunds at this time until the economy recovers! What kind of scam is this? after I filed a complaint with the NYS attorney generals office Max cc’d the CEO Oscar Jung to reply to me. This was almost a week ago and I have not heard back from anyone.UPDATE 9/21/2020Still no refund and now getting no response via email and no one picks up the phone or returns messages. Worst experience ever. Shame on you Max and Oscar.

We scheduled a bus for 8/11 @ 6am and it is now 6:22am and NO BUS DRIVER IN SIGHT. So as any worried customer I call the bus company for an insight on what’s happening- 1. They have No idea where the bus driver actually is, 2. Because it’s a Sunday only the fleet people are working and not the managers which are the ones that really run the show 3. They charge you for being late (which is understandable) but so far we haven’t been reimbursed an hour of our time or money. After many calls to the service number I was able to speak to Kerry which was of SOME help and I appreciate. But don’t use this bus service unless you enjoy headaches and anger.

Great customer service and reliability. Planning my trip with BookBuses definitely saved me a lot of time doing the research on my own. Plus, their listing of different traveling services was definitely more thorough than any search that I would be able to make. Recommend it for sure!

Used the service to book a trip for the company. Booking was seamless for me and the the bus trip itself was great too. Had to call customer service a few days after booking and I was treated very nicely. Hoping to use them for another trip we have to do in June. Overall, very satisfied.

Booked a 40 passenger bus for a university team regatta. Paid in advance. Notified the day before leaving that the bus was not available, and other arrangements could be made, but it would cost an additional $1,500. In most states, the exchange of money for a specified service, and not having that service provided at the paid price would normally result in a breach by the company. In other instances, demanding additional payment to provide the already paid for service, knowing that time was of the essence, might constitute extortion. Be very careful about renting from this company.

Bookbuses made chartering a bus much simpler than the usual process of having to track down and call multiple bus services. Their rates are competitive and staff friendly. Plus, I dig the accents.
