Both my daughters went to this school and the Sensei is amazing with the kids! Teaches them respect, self discipline, encouragement and teaching them to believe in themselves! I would definitely recommend this school!

A jewel in North Arlington this is one of the top schools in the country. For those of you lucky ones to have it nearby, do not waste time and go find out for yourselves. Sensei Morales is a Master of his craft, joined by a team of high level black belts themselves, which contribute even further into development of the practitioners.

Coming to Budo Quest Martial Arts has been one of the best decisions of my life! Sensei Morales is one of the best in the world at his craft, and the level of care and dedication that he shows to his students and dojo is unmatched. He brings out the best in his students physically and mentally, and he makes them feel as though they are part of a family. Sensei Luis Morales has studied with a veritable “who’s who” in the martial arts over his extensive career and most notably is the North America representative of Grandmaster Tetsuhiro Hokama of Okinawa, Japan. If you’re looking for the real deal in authentic Okinawan karate and kobudo look no further! For what it’s worth I drive five hours from Pennsylvania to train at this school once a month - it’s that good!

He is freaking good.. at his skill and teaching as well, which is a rare combo. Lucky he is in our area.

My 7 year old son has been going to Budo Quest Martial Arts for 4 1/2 years and my husband and I couldnt be happier. I love the fact that Sensei Morales is positive and encouraging but he is also firm with his students. My son is responsible, focuses on his school work and his self-esteem is through the roof! From the first day I called and spoke with Sensei Luis Morales, I was impressed with his professional mannerism and how well he manages to humbly teach his students. My son has an introverted personality, yet each day my husband and I are noticing a big change in him speaking outwardly. I am proud to say Karate has been the best tool weve invested in for our child to develop interpersonal relationships and higher self confidence. It is going on three months that he has been attending Budo Quest Martial Arts and he is also taking more interest in other sports such as soccer and basketball. I have been looking for a place to take my 4 year old son to learn what he loves. Today, I took him into Budo Quest (his first time ever in a Dojo), and I was very impressed with not only the patience of Sensei Morales with excited children like my son, but the little extra time he took at the end of class to show my weapon loving child the Sai, and teach him how to say it. Last but not least, his customer service skills were certainly NOT lacking. I will be enrolling my son with Budo Quest.
