The Mgr Nick of store is not very helpfull, as a Mgr has to try to begood with customers, that is his reponsability. I receive good assistancefrom Isahia instead. The Mgr was not friendly and not willing to help to solve a simple request.

Aventura plaza Office depot has the worst customer service ever! Every single employee I asked for help , brushed me off and walked away. This lazy attitude with your employees explains why your store is so empty and south beach location is popular. They know how to treat customers and appreciate them!!! They always have an answer why they shouldnt help you. Bunch of loosers.

The most horrible customer service by the managers ever. The cashiers are sweet, but DAMIEN, PHILLIPE and NICK are horrible. Nasty, foul, condescending, unprofessional and just rude to customers and the cashier who was dealing with a line of customers while those three stood around drinking sodas. They would not help her clear the line. They do not deserve to be employed there. So bad, I have called the Home Office.

We bought a computer chair from this location in February it was a $500 chair and it broke within a month. My brother went back to try and exchange it or get his money back but the store said it was past 30 days and that we had to go make a claim with office depot and we did. Fast forward to may and we STILL have not had the issue resolved the chat online service told my brother that we should be getting a call back from the store or manufacture about what we should do with the if we dont get a call and they said go to the store which we did today. Upon arriving my brother asked for a manager and my brother tried to explain to him what happened and the manager on duty whipped out the protection plan which my brother already knew about and was explained every other time that he had gone in the store. My brother told them he has been trying to get this stuff resolved since early march and nothing has been done so my brother requested his money back and the guy told him he had to call the store manager and the store manager came up to my brother and called him a liar saying that the online chat did not tell him to come into the store when my brother had PROOF of the conversation. The manager continued to belittle and berate my brother and say that he did not need to see the email and that he was lying and that he did not want to deal with the issue that he was not suppose to be working today and that he doesnt have to deal with it and that he would like him to leave. needless to say we will NEVER be returning to this store and everything from now on is going to be ordered from amazon. this store SUCKS. The store manager was also no help and his name is JIMMY JANVIER.

Waited for 45 min to get someone to tell menhowbto scann a document. Left. Had to go back the document was never emailed. Half an hour to get a refund. Staff not willing to help, rude, impolite, practically laughet at me in my face. Awful place!

The worst costumer service I ever saw in my life

Stay away from this store. There are never enough employees and the employees they have do not know what customer service is. If you need printing services avoid them at all costs. They do not listen or even try to listen.

I went in to get ink for my Canon palm size calculator. The first girl was showing me ink for regular printers. I even brought in the small calculator. She had no idea what I was talking about and told me to see the manager. I went to see him. He sent me to the calculator section. They had had no ink refills for my calculator. I asked where can I get some ink for my P1-DHV PALMSIZE printing calculator . He had no idea. I have had trouble several times in this store before.No one seems to want to help you. I do not recommend this store unless you know exactlyWhat you want and they have it and you don’t need any help. The store is ugly and dingy too!Head quarters need to come down and see what’s going on here.

I have no words. I ordered something to print (paid for it), I got to the store and they told me oops we can’t find it, order again. Came today December 20th to pick up another order and they gave me my November order and they lost my December order AGAIN. This place is a MESS. They said sorry there is nothing we can do. I PAID for this and I did not get the documents. I did not have the document handy so I could not order it again. 😭😭😭😭 completely useless.

I havent been to Office Depot for a long time because I always felt like they were attending very badly and thats why I try to buy everything on Amazon. Yesterday I had to make a special impression and I decided to come back. I was treated poorly, slowly and until I be attended by a Mr Jimmy Janvier, who result the General Manager and really behaved spectacularly. This person changed my attitude toward Office Depot and I will go back to do my shopping there. Companies should do this, so they dont lose customers: give a personal and excelent treatment. Congratulations to Mr Jimmy. You win a customer!!!

Internet is not killing retailers, Bad customer service is. I am writing this review from the store parking because I went to buy refills for 5 pens that I have and I walked out empty handed. They have an employee at the store entrance directing traffic but he doesn’t know anything and he doesn’t care. I walked out and I went to Amazon. I bought everything I needed and I will receive them in 2 days. I’ll say it again. Internet is not killing retailers, bad customer service is!

Have been a customer for years. Store is well stocked and printing, shredding services are really good. Minor issue: Store closing hours on website are not accurate. Website close listed as 8pm, but several customers arrived tonite at 7pm only to find store closed. Oh well, as problems go, this is a minor one. Hoping someone will read this review and update the website.

The service it’s horrible, one guy was working and the other 3 coworkers laughing making jokes. I ask for help and they looked at me like we don’t work here. One of them told me that I can’t scan documents in this places. while I was doing a long line they don’t even work or help someone else. They should train them with costumer service skills......

Please take about your employes they have the worst deal with customers that hurts but I will never buy anything again the name the person in charge is luis and the general manager looked our situation and did nothing. I ordered a PC twice for my office in FL. Twice my employee went there to pick up and twice they cancelled the order. This is why me and everyone else shop on Amazon!!! Office Depot you should go bankrupt already!! Im waiting for that day its not far. We ended up ordering from Bestbuy same computer but cheaper. DO NOT BUY FROM OFFICE CRAPO!!

Worst service received in a printer office EVER!I couldn’t print an image for a homework to my son. I asked to the manager for some help and he instead to help me had a very bad attitude, he didn’t help me at all.The store was almost empty so he didn’t nothing because he doesn’t wanted.Besides that I couldn’t print nothing they put on hold $10 dollars from my card until who knows!!!Bad service, bad attitude.I only went to loose my time and my money.

Printers always working so Im happy with this place. Also needed a Ethernet extension and they had it which was so helpful for me at that time. I would like to see more deals on printers and more selection of Windows Laptops because there are a lot of items online you dont see here. Otherwise its a great place and would like to see it last as long as possible.

I was at this store on March 6 in the Printing Dept. to print a certificate.Mariela was the associate that helped me a lot to complete the order, also Nicholas the Manager.This store has the best service and courtesy that experienced.Before, i tried to print the same document at the North Biscayne Office 169 where I had a lot aggravation with their service. I was there for 2 hours and the order was not completed, I returned one hour later and they were so busy that my order was not ready. I requested a refund and I was very upset with the whole staff for neglecting to complete my order.At store 169 they need a lot of training, I will not do business with them anymore.That is why when I went to the Point East Store, I was very pleased with they way they treated me. The order was done within 20 minutes.Please send to Headquarters that I, Gladys Sapayo want to recognized these associates.

I had the absolute most horrible experience tonight, at this store. I was “helped” (if you can call it that) by an employee named, Cameron. He provided no assistance at all. He walked away from me several times, while I was speaking to him. His demeanor was awful. He was unwilling to help, lazy, and avoiding customers at all costs. His co-worker ended up having to assist me as well as the other customers because he would not. When I finally explained to him that I required his assistance he began to give attitude and shout. I proceeded to tell him that I no longer wanted his help and asked him to get someone else. In the end his coworker, who was very nice, assisted me. However, I ended up being the one to figure out how to print what I needed without assistance. I made both the manager and assistant manager aware and I sincerely hope they take care of this “bad apple.” The customers do not deserve to be mistreated by someone who clearly does not want to be there. Unfortunately, this service or lack there of was provided in front of other paying customers, who looked stunned to witness such poor work ethic and lack of respect for others. It’s a pity. I have been to this store many other times and NEVER had such a terrible experience.

I used to love this location and the printing section always had a long line. Today there was no line and now I know why. They have made some really annoying changes. Before you could conveniently email your file to their email and print. Now they make you text a number from your phone to get on the list. What if someone doesn’t have a phone? And then you have to sign In to their computer where It charges You after 5 mins to send your file to them. I just think it’s really inconvenient and they have no staff. Only one lady. I have been waiting 30 minutes now to print something and she’s been with the other person all this time. I won’t be coming back here I’ll take my printing elsewhere.

The cashier was friendly. Unfortunately cannot say same of manager...reason for not giving full 5 stars. Your customers come from all walks of life and can be quite educate please do not insult our intelligence. Managers should be exceeding associates customer service skills. Manager acted like it was a favor he was even present in the store.

A bit dated but you can find some deals here if youre lucky. Store is great for seeing things in person and finding items if you need them immediately or sooner than later. Customer service lines were very long, but thankfully register line was short and quick enough. Staff was nice too.

This store is great if you need office or media supplies on short notice. You can order online and have your order ready for pick-up, definitely makes things more convenient.

I needed to fax something and the young lady helping me was very nice. I dont have use of my right hand due to stroke, the employee was more than willing to help. Im just sorry I didnt get her name.

I went here for simple printing and grabbing a couple items. Completely UNDERSTAFFED at all locations. I waited extremely long at all the locations and everyone was disrespectful, not helpful, and I felt like an unconvinced to them.

Wish there was a 0 star option. I went to try and print invitations at the service center, not only did they not have printers that adjust to paper size (meaning spending extra money on the correct paper size) but no one can print from email via computer-only USB drive. Cmon Office Depot its 2020 not 2000 anymore.

I arrived at 8.40Am and the store was closed, in the window store mb nada and listed opens at 8 AM but are 8.51 AM and still closed.

Cashier lady very polite. Gentleman in the store extremely lazy. Zero effort to help me find what I was looking for. I only bought what I needed urgently and the rest if my supplies ordered from amazon.

Seriously needs more employees in Copy department. Probably true for every Office Depot. If 1 person is line ahead of you, automatic 30 minute wait. They let people who could use self service wait in line causing people who NEED to use the counter for help to wait for ridiculous amount of time. A definite thing Office Depot in general needs to fix. Been in line for almost an hour already. 2 people have been helped so far. Still 2 people ahead of me. I would not consider this a work friendly situation. I will be late for everything I have to do for the remainder of my day.

Computer use for the first 5 mins is great if it worked right.....1.25 for every minute just to resize a document and edit it took so long because mouse is moving on its own....employees were no help just asking so u done? What a joke.

Horrible service!! It took 3 people to print out 100 double sided copies. Luis the assistant store manager had to help the 2 young women Mariela and Bianca who did not know what they were doing. Because I am a digital person I usually dont print flyers. This is crazy Office Depot employee made my double sided copies wrong by making the same copy on both sides. I tell them to give them to me free so that they dont trash them but they rather trash it. I spoke to the store manager Luis because I told him that was wasteful?! He said if I wanted the ones that were printed incorrectly I would have to pay. I said how about we save some trees? And to think I wanted to do them double sided because I wanted to save paper!!

Very bad service. No one cares here. They just want to get the pay. A lot of girls standing and talking by the printing area. And when you need help. No one actually help. The store manager need following up. Otherwise why you get your paid check. Really bad

The worst customer service, even the “manager” how suposed to help and be kind and respectful, I place an order for 5 canvas that supposed to be ready in February 7th, I have come 3 times and they are still waiting for the ink, anybody call me to let me know this, I have been wasting time and money coming here, if I don’t suggest that they have to call me they supposed that I am going to be coming everyday until they get the ink, just 1 person in this department to print and help every customer

We sent business cards to print online. 50 for 18$, we received confirmation that it was ready. I came to pick up. They even did not start to print. After they had print business cards it was garbage. Simple paper, wrong colors, complete garbage.

Went there for an order pickup. Waited in line for almost 15 minutes just for an associate to tell me I was in the wrong line. I proceeded to follow behind her and then she says, you can justbget your item from the shelf. I was a bit confused. Anyone can just pick up your paid item, without I.D. and walk out of the store.

Worst customer service ever! I bought a video doorbell for $250 and its not working after 2 months when I returned it they wont exchange or return it! The manager William is so unprofessional and disgraceful, wont even try to do anything.Customers deserve to be treated right, I will never buy anything from this store again.
