I decided to get swimming classes as an adult because I was tired of not being able to enjoy the water with friends . Especially being in South Florida. Christina was the perfect instructor. I came in with ZERO knowledge and she assured me with practice and dedication, I would be able to be a safe swimmer. And she was right. She is kind, patient, and the way she breaks it down, made it easy to understand. I felt like like she was a friend just teaching me on her own time. I highly recommend her and will continue with her in my swimming journey.

I cannot recommend Swim Haven enough!! Christina is extremely knowledgeable but it was so much more than the technique of swimming for us. Our kids (5 and 7) were so excited to see her for every next lesson. My seven year old already knew how to swim on a basic level and he now can swim several different strokes. My 5 year old did not know how to swim before Christina and in a short time she not only learned but thrived. You will not go wrong with Swim Haven!

Christina is awesome. I am impressed with how much my son has learned in such a short time. He is now a little fish. My son LOVES his lessons. She is fabulous and so kind. Im really enjoying watching him learn and grow.

There aren’t enough words to describe what Cristina has done for my son- far beyond teaching him to swim, she has built up his confidence in the pool and outside of it. Cristina is truly one of a kind- she is not only an exceptional professional, with methodical and extensive lessons and materials - she is also incredibly sweet, kind and appropriately silly and my son fell in love with her immediately! You just say her name and he lights up. She comes on time to our pool with a bag of fun pool toys - and the progress is amazing. My son used to be scared of water splashing in his face and within two lesson he was already happily dunking his head for Cristina. I cannot recommend her more!

Christina is an amazing person and swim instructor. My daughter and I both fell in love with her as she came twice a week to teach her how to swim. When she first started working with my daughter she wouldn’t even get her face wet. A few weeks later she was swimming like a mermaid! I actually miss seeing her twice a week. I will definitely have her back when my son is a little older.

Christina she is very devoted teacher. I enjoy to learn swimming by her she is encouraging and passionate to get max results her teaching skill and her ability to teach made a good progress from lesson to lesson.Im senior and as a retired I find the time to learn how to swim my wife and my family are very impressed with my swimming. I am mother of 2 and my older one is 14 so i had quiet a bit experience when it comes with teachers ,when i first saw Christina (from swimhaven) teaching my daughter (she is five)how to swim i was amazed! She was very engaged with her,she made learning fun for her and best thing is you see results right after each lessen! I will recommend swimming haven to everyone who wants to learn to swim and have fun! It’s not only her job but it’s more then job,she enjoys it what she does! As I was preparing to take a swim test to be hired with a law enforcement agency, I couldn’t find an instructor available or affordable in my area. I decided to just take the swim test anyway and I failed miserably.After the test, I immediately looked up instructors and found Swim Haven. I called and reached Christina. I explained to her my situation that I’m a weak swimmer and needed to pass a swim test the following week. I saw Christina that day which she did an introductory course. She assessed my level and determined she can help me pass if I listened to her.We met a few times at a public pool and she was soooo patient with me. She taught me the proper techniques for the swim style and breathing. I was unable to meet with her for my last swim lesson but was still able to practice.Christina asked if she could be in attendance for my swim test but unfortunately wasn’t allowed. She called me the night prior and gave me good tips and a great prep talk. She is so sweet and thoughtful.I took the test and passed!! I called Christina immediately and told her the great news. She was so ecstatic!! She was sooooo happy for me. I am extremely grateful for Christina. She was definitely a huge part of my journey to become a police officer.If you’re in South Florida and need a swim instructor, please check out Swim Haven. Christina is an Amazing Teacher . My Son stated Swimming Lessons with 7 years . He was scared of Water and clinchend on me every time we went into water he can not stand in anymore . About 4 lessons in he was moving around the water on his own . Now he is Loving the Water and even goes into the Ocean for hours . My Daughter also learned Swimming with her by the age of 5 . My Husband never learned swimming as a Child so he signed up for Adult Swimming Lessons with Christina and is now able to enjoy the Pool and swimming with his Children . Christina is very patiently , kind and super nice . My Children loved going to her Lesson .

Excellent teacher that is encouraging and informative. She has taught most of my family to swim and it has helped me connect with my children more.
