Our 6 year old son has attended the academy for a year and my husband and I cannot believe the amazing progress he has made. He has learned to focus and some pretty cool moves. He is so respectful, independent, happy to do his part at home, and willing to learn. We owe it to this academy and their wonderful staff. Ms. Patti and Master Kimling are the most caring people you will ever meet. Best decision ever made.

Such a great staff here for Karate, boxing and mma skills. The facility is very large and in a convenient area.

Kimlings Academy is the best all- around. Three of my children attended Kimlings for 3 years. One of the three, my son is autistic, and there is no other place that I completely trust with my children (my son particularly) other than Kimlings Academy. They treat every child as an individual and help them to find there place at the Academy as well as in life. They motivate them to be the best they can be. Ms. Patty (not exactly sure of her title) is excellent with the kids as is all the staff- but she is exceptionally great. She should have a majored in psychology. She is able to relate and better handle my autistic son than anyone Ive every seen including ESE specialist and certified psychiatrist. There @ Kimlings a safe NO BULLY TOLERANCE environment is created for the children. They promote discipline, self control, self esteem, & respect. I was forced to withdraw my children some time ago but they will be rejoining along with my 5 year old for Summer Camp beginning this coming July. This is one the most professional Home Like Karate Academies in South Florida. My experience and the experience of my children at Kimlings have been nothing but satisfactory. They are thrilled to be returning.

Great staff my daughter went here for about 6 months and she loved it. I was impressed with how patient they were with her teaching her new things. She caught on quickly because they do things right. The facility was beautiful and well kept. They are highly recommend.

Kimling’s definitely has that family feel as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone is always so friendly, understanding and compassionate. My son loves coming everyday and I love the instruction & discipline he receives. I absolutely recommend. The after school program is amazing for any working parent.

Kimlings academy has helped our daughter grow as a person by teaching her to be confident and sure of herself. They foster learning and development of the individual through Karate, by becoming mentors for others that are moving up in their Karate dream. The Kimlings are very caring and attentive to the needs of their students and apply many teaching techniques to reach a variety of students and their individual needs and learning styles. The Kimlings will often take time to talk to parents and discuss the individual abilities of each student so as to proceed in the most beneficial direction that would help the student achieve their goals not only in Karate but in their every day life.

My son was at a different aftercare program in his school. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! Since switching, my Bubba has been maturing leaps and bounds. Behavior in school, manners at home, and even his all around demeanor has shifted to a beautiful place.I SWEAR BY KIMLINGS! They will become a vital asset on your common front in raising the best little humans possible. Now that I know I have his school, his aftercare/karate program, and our home on the same page, I am very pleased.If you are looking for a safe and fun place for your child, LOOK NO FURTHER!

My 9 y/o has been going here for about 3 years and he looks forward to it every day. It has become a tremendous part of his life and has taught him so many great lessons like patience, self-control, respect, ambition, goal-setting and you-name-it, while making him feel good about himself and confident. Its a very safe, well-protected and friendly environment for your kids to learn.

Its a great place to send your kids. Its like a second family. The children learn many important life skills like respect, honor, self discipline, and hard work. My son is growing up strong and confident.

Kimlings Academy has changed my sons life. Here, you find the perfect combination…. the right amount of discipline and fun that inspires each child to become their best. This is an awesome black belt school. The staff is professional and courteous. And (the BEST) for every parent, they take personal interest in every childs development and their social maturity. Master Kimling and Ms. Kimling are there to guide and teach our children. The message is clear Lead By Example. They both exemplify this essential life skill. I highly recommend this program to every parent.

My daughter has been attending Kimlings Academy since she was 4 and this school is an amazing place to help guide your child. The staff truly cares about each and every child, they make sure everyone is taken care of and instill leadership values which help in their personal development. I consider the Kimlings part of my family I entrust my child and know in my heart they look out for the best interest of my daughter. Im so proud of who my daughter is becoming she is confident and has all the leadership traits one would like to see their child develop. It takes a village to raise a child and the Kimlings have done an amazing job in showing how true this statement is. I am blessed to be a part of this amazing academy and look forward to many more years to come. This is one of the WORST martial arts schools around, the owner master kimling is NO GOOD WHAT EVER, He grabs children by the stomach and when there In trouble he grabs them to force them into his office, the team leaders are unsupervised, The Really only good team leader is Devon and murphy senai, and ace coach velez, THE REST OF THE TEAM LEADERS are very unsupervised, this school is a rip off with only a 30 minute martial arts class for an whole aftercare, They wont even deal with special needs children, OVERALL, This is a horrible SCHOOL around In Oakland park and ft Lauderdale, DONT NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCHOOL ITS A TOTAL TOO OFF, DO NOT GO

My daughter has been at Kimlings after care program and karate classes for 5 years (K, 1, 2nd, 3rd and 4th). Kimlings will be the best thing we can give to our daughter in her young life. The program gives kids discipline, confidence,. motivation and life etiquitte skills. It is a very positive environment. The Kimlings truly care about each child who attends their program. I know this is most definitely the case, as I have had multiple interactions over the years. When our daughter didnt make a good choice (as a normal part of growing up), not only does our daughter get guidance from us,.. she receives guidance from Kimlings, as well. I feel the structure provides another avenue to learn good decision making skills and right from wrong. My daughter has also made a lot of friends there. I also enjoy the other parents who have children at Kimlings. Bottom line is that it is a very positive growth experience. In the meantime, my daughter is working towards a back belt in the time she spends there,...when she does achieve it,.... she will be infinitely rewarded. Thank you Kimlings for all you do for the community.
