The fingerprinting process was great. Today I called because the state has not received the fingerprints yet, its been over 2 weeks. The lady on the phone did not want to help. When I asked for supervisor she finally agreed to look up the information said would call me back when she gets a change to look it up. Hope she does call if not they will receive a 1 rate

Best school to go for your Cna and any other classes they offer there the staff is so good an assist you very well 98% passes their state board exam on the first try the other 2% pass either their skills are oral test but they not failing both part so when u go back to re do it u only have one part to take and they make it there duty for u to come in and review our for your state board

I attend this school 2 years ago to do my CNA and I would recommend this school to everyone the teachers and staff are friendly ,understanding, very supportive.

I would personally advised anyone looking to pay for CNA course to challenge taking the cna course test first before opting to proceed with paying for a cna program because the time that you have to wait to take the cna board test for when you pay paramount services and they have to send off to prometric and the cna board,itll be said that itll take 3-5 weeks but my test date wasnt issued unit the 7th week,I was called on the 5th week and scheduled to take test on the 7th. I started the CNA program April 25 - May 04 wasnt given my test until July 06. The Paramount Services is disorganized,short staff,they overfilled their classes for the courses and do not allow the students enough time to review and ask questions for the clinicals as well as the written test sometimes due to the number of students they have in the classes,they have only two rooms to use for stimulation as suppose to more.... So I would personally recommended that you use the cna videos for clinicals and reviewing the cna book to challenge the test before opting to pay for a senseless cna program from anywhere that wont guarantee a actual review date for the clinicals a week at least from your actual test date then 5-7 weeks from your test date because its poor service and business practice,falsifying hope and belief that a person can possibly remember something right away when being expected to review something from the book is different then in class. So if any student have to review something from the book while waiting to take their test 2 months out,it increases the probability that a student can potentially fail and it would result in having to pay an additional fee of retaking your clinical test and written test separately if you fail both of them. So please do not pay for any cna course program from anywhere,its biased and its a scam forsake, that the cna program can not predict or determine when your test is going to be given because all of the test thats given are through Prometric. You can actually schedule to take your test through Prometric and theyll give you all the studying material that you need then the program, I paid Paramount Services $248.00 for the cna program and paid another $248.00 to take the Prometric Test..
