Generally this Dollar tree is well stocked, however you could tell they needed more workers. It was short on several items, however the aisles were still fairly clean and uncluttered. We were still able to get most items I needed and get checked out in good time. All in all, it was a good experience.

Employees are nice but shelves are almost always empty and boxes and u-boats are always in the way. you typically have to climb or open boxes for yourself to get what you need. sad representation.... only go here cause its 3 miles closer than santa fe store ...

This location NEVER stocks anything, boxes are always stacked almost as high as the shelves or all over the Isles. If you need to find anything youre better off looking through the boxes then youll find anything on the shelves. This location is trashy.

Empty shelves, boxes blocking the aisle, long line at checkout only one cashier fortunately she was fast and very pleasant.

Good store the assistant manager is super sweet and helpful. I appreciate the kindness and helpful way she is with her customers no matter how busy she is! Great little store! With good employees!

This is a pretty typical Dollar Tree. Great deals to be had, but theres often big boxes blocking isles waiting to be stocked. This location does have neater shelves than some Dollar Trees that Ive visited. Ill be back!

I have had a terrible day. came into to get some stuff for work (I teach kids with special needs!) and was flustered beyond belief. Brandon, one of the employees, was patient with me while I tried to articulate my needs and direct me to where certain displays were. I appreciate the kindness employees at this location regularly show. I’ve never had a negative experience (and I’ve been shopping here for 10+ years!) Great place!

A lot of chaos, cashier was not very friendly

Boxes still out on the sales floor (at least theyre on box carts now) but you can tell that things are really changing at this store. Lots of friendly new people that are working really hard to get the store fully stocked and clean. It shows! Even with the extra work they seem to be doing employees are more cheerful and enthusiastic. New store manager is doing things right and the store is looking a lot better than it did. Great place to shop!

Looked like someone had been cleaning but shelves were somewhat bare. Went for an 8x10 frame but they had none.

Great selection of Christmas items. Overheard a common about their chocolate candy not being the best flavor, but I wasnt there for that.

Ive been in a lot of $ tree stores in my life and although its not the cleanest or the most organized the ladies that work there are very friendly and thats why I keep going back

They had nothing in stock at the one off santa fe st. So disappointing cause i love the dollar tree but everyone Ive been to in kansas has sucked so bad!

The negative reviews are right! As a local guide and a fan of Dollar Tree, I felt compelled to write this review. I showed up to this store at 8pm last night and a rude woman at the door announced, sorry, my manager just called and were closing early, I cant let you in. I spoke to the manager on the phone who said one of the 2 women wishing there had worked for 14 hours, so they had to close. Huh? When I pressed for details, the explanation was he just took over this store a week ago. He was nice enough but the woman at the door was just plain disrespectful . My recommendation to the new manager, there are a lot of people with great customer service skills hills looking for jobs. Dump the dead weight. There is a great Dollar Tree across town with a Dollar General nearby, they are awesome there, great customer service!To the rude woman at the door ... Ill c u next Tuesday! 😅

My only comment is that the Dollar Tree Corporation needs to send an inspection team to this store as soon as possible. I would like to think that they are not aware of the overall condition of this store because if they are, shame on them for subjecting it’s customers to this shopping experience. After reading the 100 + reviews it looks like this may be a long term problem with this Dollar Tree store. They need to fix it.

It use to be the cleanest dollar tree. Now theres always boxes or hand carts blocking aisle. Most of the people are nice.

Usually a good visit. .however today I had to ask cashier NOT to bang around my lays stacks chips .common sense stuff u would think. Smh....

I love the DT but this store needs help! The shelves are empty and they have boxes of inventory in the aisles over 6ft high and in your way! There are children running around opening packages and throwing items on the floor because the parents do not control them! The employees always look tired and stressed because they need help! I guess I will have to stick with driving a lot farther away to another DT to get what I need or go to Walmart! Sorry but I cannot lie!

Its not the fanciest store but everything is very inexpensive. If u want to buy a bunch of everyday items and you want to save money then visit this location. Examples: toothbrushes, medicine, paper plates/cups, chips, candy, party items, etc.

I was store manager at this store for 2 years... I love my employees abd customers..the company did not give enough hours to get things done in store and left me and other managers alot of stress with trucks way to big every week with no place to put all inventory.. The back room the size of a hallway.they took a family dollar store and crammed a dollar tree in it.they need more room and back room for storage storag.isles are way to small!!! I worked for dollar tree for 7 years and enjoyed my time but with no hours high turn over and working months open to close with no days off is rediculous!!

Aisles are sometimes cluttered with carts full of new products making it hard to navigate the aisles and look for items on shelf, but employees are great with my kids and no other issues beyond the aisle issues

No inventory, boxes everywhere, nothing was up on the shelves and you had to tear through boxes if you wanted to buy something.

Website says it opens at 9 am on Sunday so I drove over to find it doesnt open until 10 am. Kind of aggravated, I live 15 miles away. Need to update site!
