Three words, Above and Beyond! Every time I step foot into this place Im greeted by name from all the friendly staff. When Im not physically present, teachers are sending us photos of our kid during activities that I get to view from the comfort of my phone. This isnt just a care center where busy parents drop off their kids to be watched, babies/toddlers are evolving in subjects like science, literacy, and communication with interactive curriculums that get to come home for implementation. I can go on about why parents should enroll their child here but Im just glad that ours gets to experience new friendships while learning valuable core memories. I appreciate you all at The Learning Experience, thank you! 🙏

TLE Oldsmar is a very Happy, Welcoming and Professional child care center. My son attended TLE for VPK 4 years ago, I loved it so much with the curriculum, Teachers and environment I decided to go ahead and work for the company as well. My son loved it so much and still ask about his teacher Ms.Julie (who is amazing, kind and patient..as well still a VPK teacher) as well as ask about the director Ms.Erin (who is still the director who is VERY patient, kind, happy, always smiling for the kiddos, teachers and parents). I LOVE that all teachers engage with the children as much as possible while learning. The 2 year old teachers are POTTY TRAINING FAIRIES...Your 2 year old will be potty trained before their 3rd birthday for sure!!!! No questions asked if anyone ask me what child center I would recommend...the answer is ALWAYS TLE!!!! Even before I got employed I said TLE!!

Such a fantastic facility! The entire staff at TLE have cared for my two kids since they were 6 months old! I cannot express my gratitude enough for this fantastic team. My son is a tough cookie, but Miss Julie has taught him so much and can even get him to nap! My little girl absolutely adores Ms. Cathy, Ms. Christine, Ms. Becky, and all her friends. These people are really THERE for parents. Great COVID protocols, secure entrance, good communication, safe and fun playground, effective curriculum. So much support for our family. LOVE.

We love The Learning Experience and could not be happier that we have found this place! Miss Kristen, Miss Erin, Miss Ginger and the rest of the staff are extremely attentive, kind and treat our child like family. We look forward to updates sent to our phones with photos and information on what our child is eating that day (all healthy provided food), playing and how much fun they are having. All of the parents we have met are very nice too. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants the highest quality of care and development for their child. THANK YOU!!!

We love TLE Oldsmar! Our son has been going there for about 6 months and every teacher as well as administrator knows his name and who his parents are. They are all very friendly and make time to get to know us as a family. His classroom teachers are the very best people and they genuinely care about him and the other children. We enrolled after moving to the area with no family and we definitely made the right choice, we are very thankful!

My husband and I went in to get information and possibly do a tour yesterday. When we walked in the environment was really nice everyone was friendly except for the Caucasian heavy set receptionist. We walked in she didn’t make eye contact or acknowledge us, when she did she was extremely rude as if we were not welcome there and as if we were incoviencing her. I asked for a packet and she said “ I cannot give you a packet without giving you a tour”. Instead of offering to give us a tour.Mrs.Yamini was nice enough to take over and give us a tour and provide us the information we needed. I’ve never experienced such a nasty person at a childcare facility.

I will be forever thankful to the staff at The Learning Experience, Oldsmar.I never imagined Id find a school with such loving and nurturing caregivers. Our time here has been nothing less than the absolute best. The staff is exceptionally professional while at the same time very warm and friendly; they truly go the extra mile to make my family feel absolutely comfortable. In addition to the amazing staff, the facility is very clean and well maintained, security is a top priority and the curriculum is unmatched. I have full confidence that my son will be well prepared for Kindergarten next year. The teachers provide thorough outlines of class work as well as assessments to ensure my son in excelling academically. (The Safe and Secure Parent App, which allows continuous updates of my son’s classwork, meals, photos, etc., is also an added bonus!!)When the time comes, we will sincerely miss the wonderful people at The Learning Experience.

Our son has been at The Learning Experience for a year and a half now and we are so thankful for all the teachers have done for him. We previously attended a different location of The Learning Experience and were very pleased, however, after a change in jobs, we were forced to find a new daycare. We visited many daycares in the area and were so happy to find The Learning Experience in Oldsmar. There have been many times when our son says or does something at home and we’re like, “We didn’t teach him that!” This makes us confident that the teachers follow their curriculum. We have always looked for a daycare where our son not only learned new things but was also taken care of and loved like we would at home. The staff at The Learning Experience Oldsmar has always taken care of him like his was one of their own.

My children have been going here since February 2012 and I can honestly say I would not send them anywhere else. The staff are wonderful, they really care about you and your kids and only want the best for everyone. The building is clean and safe and for the kids, they have an outside playground and an inside playground. They are very much about family and no just about the dollars. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work. Christian Wingate :)

A very professional atmosphere for my child to learn and grow. My son has been with TLE since he was old enough for infant care. He has now been attending TLE for over 15 months. His teachers are exceptional, and they have all had a special, loving bond with him. The standards are very high for the teachers and lesson plans. My son comes homes almost every day now with a new word, a new sign (baby sign language), and/or a new art project that he did in class (LOTS OF ART PROJECTS!) The building is very clean inside and out. I was even fortunate enough to experience a fire drill, where I observed well-trained staff calmly exiting the building with all of their children accounted for; the command and control was nearly flawless. The school is run by an extremely professional, yet very personal staff who make you feel like family. The bottom line is that Im confident that my son is in good hands when I drop him off for daycare. I would recommend this school to any of my friends and family, without exception. 10/10.

We really enjoy working with the director Sonal. She takes the time to visit the babies and make sure they are comfortable with her. The teachers have been very attentive to our sons needs. However, we are sad to see the high turnover rate as two teachers that started off in the infant room are gone. The other issue is that our son is constantly getting sick. This can happen at any daycare but it has been difficult having him sick so often.

Weve had our infant daughter enrolled at The Learning Experience in Oldsmar since March 2015. Since I have over twenty years experience working in pediatric nursing, I spent 2 1/2 weeks interviewing multiple day care centers as well as home day care facilities to find the absolute best care for my daughter upon my return to work. I had almost given up hope until The Learning Experience, previously full, called to tell me they had an opening for her. I went on a tour that evening with my husband and our daughter and was pleasantly surprised with how warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable we found the staff. We were even more impressed with the curriculum, facility cleanliness, safety measures, and sanitary practices. The infant care staff are above average and its obvious they truly love and care for children as if each child were their own. Our daughter literally tries to jump out of our arms in the morning to great her caregivers!! The trust and happiness she exudes to them when we arrive speaks volumes for the way she is treated outside of our care. Weve gotten to know almost every staff member over the past 6 months, and we are excited for our daughter to move to her next classroom when the time comes. All the teachers know her by name, even though they havent directly cared for her. The Learning Experience has teachers and managerial staff experienced with children and families, and they operate with the utmost patience and respect. I have never witnessed any of them losing patience, raising their voices, or losing control. Ive also never seen an unhappy parent, no matter the age of the child. This makes us look forward to our daughter continuing to receive the best care possible as she grows and moves up to different classrooms. The communication between the staff and families is also far superior to other centers. Our daughter has never suffered a diaper rash or infection,, and that says a lot to me about the level of care! Also, weve received more artwork our daughter has created (yes, she has actually painted and drawn, amongst other creativity) since shes been enrolled than some of my friends children make in kindergarten in a whole school year. We are so thankful to have found the best child care possible close to home for our daughter. If you choose The Learning Experience, you will love the staff and know you will have your child in the best possible care outside of your own. Thank you to all of the staff at The Learning Experience! We cant brag enough about your high quality and superior service!!

Famous for their excellent experience for kids, for them to learn, to live a productive and beautiful childhood, accompanied of great and amazing teachers that are supposed to encourage your kid to grow academically and as a person. But yesterday, an unnacceptable incident happened. One of their students, a 2 1/2 year old little boy, used to love his school, he was happy about going, and never wanted to leave, but since about two weeks he started crying and hugging mom every time he walked to his classroom door. Momma asked to herself: whats wrong with my child? My son is not like this, and went to the school, to the principals office, and asked him for the Live video of his classroom. UNACCEPTABLE. The teacher, in less than 10 minutes, yelled at him, slapped the table in a very rude way, AND she abused him. She grabbed his little arm and pulled him violently, and honestly, the boy was just playing with his little car. Lets make this viral. Imagine this happened to your kid, and post a picture of a child with the hashtags #dontabusekids #thelearningexperience. Kids are need and deserve to be loved, because they are angels, we cant let people mistreat our little treasures. Really concerned about this situation.

If you read below about the situation that happened with a child at the beginning of the year, that will be you heads up. Im the mother of that child. Like i just mentioned i had an incident with one of the teachers (if you can call her like that) at the beginning of the year, i pre-paid the tuition for the following month like is requested per the center. After the incident I took my child out and requested a refund. Today is June 7 and havent received the money. Yes!, since Feb. I called after three months waiting and Mr. Erick told he i was going to call corporate and find out. So its been about 2.5 weeks and nothing. I called corporate and i was told to leave a msg on the person in charge because she wasnt there and she doesnt usually answer calls only returns them. Still waiting...called last friday.

Nice place. Really like the atmosphere and the way the place is maintained. Very clean and seems to be well managed. Awesome look and feel inside - and really cool play areas. Technically its not the most expensive compared to 2 other local options, but still pricey. This place does feel a little more corporate and geared toward churning out brilliant babies than just a daycare facility. Thats a good thing. :)The teachers seem very professional and the same goes for the management staff. They are not overloaded with kids (ratio seems good), so they can keep up with the facility and such. Youll really like this place if you visit. You should check it out.My biggest concern: Their options for vacation weeks are limited compared to other local daycare facilities. You only get 5 days a year after 6 months. Outside of that, you have to pay. This is far more limited than other local day care facilities.Depending on where you work, you might get a 10% discount on monthly rates, and if you pay in full, theres another small discount. However, these reductions dont really make up for having the limited vacation days. The 10% + monthly discount across the year + the monthly pay-in-full discount is worth a lot less than having flexibility for the vacation options. If you get 4 weeks of vacation a year and take your kid with you (or even stay home) with you kid during those weeks, you still have to continue paying for the extra 3 weeks. This was a deal breaker for us.

My child has been attending TLE for 3 years now and I cant express enough on the peace of mind I have with the staff. My child loves going to school and I am impressed on how well she is learning and sometimes surprised on the things she knows. I feel like the staff goes above and beyond. I can see they are very passionate and above all they care about the children like their own.My child is always talking about her teacher Ms. Nicole and how she loves her and all the things they learned.Ms. Sonal, the director is on top of it all, ensuring the school is running smoothly. With a school full of children she knows every child personally because she takes the time out to be involved with the classes, never just sitting back in her office.Ms. Nancy oversees the cleanliness of the school, and lunches and snacks. She interacts wonderfully with the children and I recommend taking a tour to see how clean this place is.One last thing that was important to me was the safety procedures of the school. I love the fact that they have cameras, I was surprised that some schools do not.

My daughter has attended TLE Oldsmar since she was 1 and will be graduating VPK here in the next few days. I have had nothing but a fantastic experience. The staff has always been very caring towards my daughter all these years. They always are so cheerful when we come in & leave everyday. Everyone knows hers name and Mr. Eric even created a personal song for her that the class sings. She loves that she has a special song. Her current teachers Ms. Erin & Ms. Shawn are awesome. They do so much in the class and love doing crafts with the kids. My daughter loves going every day and its never a hassle. She wants to be there. She has a great time and learns a lot on a daily basis. She loves to tell me about the book they read that day, or the Spanish word they learned, or show the new word in sign language. Ms. Nancy is so sweet and are happy to have her part of the TLE family. I have to say though, Ms. Sonal has been incredible. I love her. We share the same passions for education & books. She genuinely cares about the kids and families that attend TLE. She doesnt miss a beat. Even my parents love her, as they occasionally pick my daughter up. TLE is lucky to have her representing that location. I will thoroughly miss seeing everyone on a daily basis come August. You have all been incredible and have truly helped my daughter be who she is today. Thank you!

The Learning Experience in Oldsmar has been so-so for our family. I’ll list some of the pros and cons below.Pros:Generally very clean (with the exception of the strollers).Teachers seem very caring.Discount on cost depending on where you work.Their outside play area is very nice and well covered and they have what they call Water days for the kids to play.Cons:They have been under probation for their license for the following issues (Issues started back in 04/2015):Personnel records were not correct, [six] Child Care staff whose verifications of employment history for the past 2 years was not on file. [Four] child care staff with an Affidavit of Good Moral Character that was on file, but was incorrect or incomplete. r [two] Child Care staff without proof of a high school diploma or GED equivalent. The children’s center did not have documentation, training transcript, of the required training. No proof of fire extinguisher training. Restraining devices (such as swings, high chairs, car seats, etc.) were used in excess as an alternative to active play or adult/child interaction, supervision or discipline.A staff member failed to wash their hands after diapering or toileting procedure!!! When asked to describe the diapering procedure, three of the infant /toddler child care staff did not include hand washing. There was not a supply of clean diapers, clothing and/or linens and they were not changed promptly as evidenced by [a child had a diaper rash and the teacher admitted that she may not have cleaned him properly. There is even more than this but you can look it up for yourself on the DCF website. From personal experience I can tell you that week after week our child came home with a diaper rash. We tried different diapers and creams and change off diet but in the end we concluded it was just not proper cleaning from the daycare. I say this because we were able to clear up her rash over the weekend and by Friday the next week it would be back again and we used the same diapers and diaper cream as the daycare. Plus on the days she did end up with a rash she would be screaming at home to not change her diaper (she is toddler now but has been in the center since she was an infant). The cost for the daycare is very high for that area. In June of 2015 the cost of the 12-24 month rooms are over $1100 a month. Also they will not give you pricing unless you come in to visit their facility. They have a high turn-over rate. They do not allow you to bring your own sippy cup, the cups the kids use must be the cups the facility provides, which I have checked are NOT BPA free. They do not have a fully equipped kitchen so everything they eat is pre-processed/out of a can etc.Their idea for snacks are vanilla wafers/graham crackers/what they call trail mix (which is a combination of gold fish and cereal etc.) This wouldn’t be a big deal for older kids but younger kids just transitioning out of the infant room I think they should consider better options for them. They mainly seem to hire family and friends. (This could be seen as a good or bad thing)For all of the reasons above we have decided to take our child out of their care. I think they are a well-meaning child care facility but it’s just not the right place for us.

Love the place, great people, very passionate about their work and take utmost care of the kids. I see a difference, of-course my kid is super excited to go to school every day but I see a lot of fun growing up between the kids. Here are the things I have noticed:1. Kids are interactive, initiate new conversations, share weekend experiences on their own2. Very colorful and bright set up, it is a place where I would want to be if I were a kid3. Well secured and access is monitored at 3 stages4. Extremely clean and is always5. Very outgoing teachers, they look like teachers for such young kids, my kid feels extremely warm with them.6. Regular activity in class and for home, it is easy but gives a good start up discipline.Thank You Learning Experience Oldsmar, you are setting my kid for a brighter future.I want to convey my special thanks to Sonal and Jason for being so enterprising and helpful and my greatest thanks to Nicole and Shailha for their continuous efforts to give the best to my kid and every other kid.I am waiting when my 3 year old will join you guys next :-)Cheers...keep up this spirit, yours is a great school!!Arindam..
