This class was definitely the only reason I passed my real estate exam on my firs try. Mark teaches you exactly how to study for the test and how to pass your first try. I dont learn very well just reading from a text book and since the exam is not an academic test, it was no use studying the text book anyway. The material that Mark provides is amazing and the way he teaches you to study sets you up to pass the real estate exam on your first try!

Great material and excellent method of delivery! Mark will keep you engaged and motivated during the class and his study methodology is very effective. I was very nervous about taking the real estate sales person license exam but after taking Marks coaching class and following his study methodology, I was able to pass the exam on 1st try. Wow is all I can say with Mark and his training style. To be honest first couple days of his class I was not sold on this technique. I took this course after trying to learn real estate through another program and I wish I had gone through Mark first. His study method and way of teaching real estate just makes sense. After taking his courses and going to test, I passed on my first attempt in a total of 70 minutes for both the National and State test.

Went to the class on March 11, 2020. Mark was very clear and concise in his presentation. Very good instruction and when I followed the training I received from the class, things went very well. I went into the test session not nervous at all. Got to the 1st question and did not know how to answer. Panic. After the first 5 or so questions I settled in and reverted back to the training I had received. Long story short, I passed the test with flying colors. Only missed 13 questions out of 130 between the 2 tests (80-national and 50-state). Really appreciate the training I received from REEsults Coaching. Very happy and excited to start my new career.

Mark was the worst teacher I have ever had. As a college instructor, I am blown on how unprofessional and sloppy his classes are. The last webinar I took started about 20 minutes late while he blamed zoom for the mess up, had his dogs barking in the background multiple times to the point he had to leave his desk for a moment, and provided outdated real estate business strategy. Mark is an exceptional teacher and mentor. The method he teaches on how to study for the real estate exams is what really helped me! Unfortunately Mark is the only one approved to teach a class required for any employing broker in the state. He is not computer savvy, has issues with webinars, argues with his students, allows his dogs to bark uncontrollable in the background of his lectures, and teaches very outdated methods over and over again.

If you study exactly how the REEsults class instructs you, read the answers first before the question, you will pass the test. It was crazy, but while taking the test I would read the answers and know which one was correct before even reading the question.

It was really amazing how well the resonant recall method worked on the simulators. When I did it just like Mark said with the answers first i started knowing what the question was and the wrong answers were spotted right away. When i started reading the questions first I didnt do nearly as well and I would return to the method Mark teaches and it worked every time just like he teaches it. I took the national and state exams and was very comfortable because it was very similar to the simulator tests. I passed both tests with over an hour to spare and I credit Mark Weihner and his team for getting me prepared!!! Do it just like he teaches and you are sure to be successful!!

I took P&P with Doug Dohse, and License Law with Mark Wehner, consecutively starting in Sept. 2019. I took Exam Prep concurrently. I finished classes Nov. 11th and took my sales person exam on Nov. 23rd, 2019. I finished the test in just under 2hrs. with a passing score for both sections. The proctor thought I was coming out to ask a question. After stating that I was done she asked if this was my first attempt. When I told her yes it was she explained that she was surprised that I had passed both parts, and that most only pass one or the other. I actually kicked this tests butt!! I only missed 6 questions, 4 on the national and 2 on the state. Please believe that these classes work!! The teaching methods are unconventional but THEY WORK!!! Exam prep with the many practice test allowed for seeing the information in multiple ways, resulting in a more complete comprehension of the material. Now I can begin my new career.
