My son attends the schools aftercare program and it is awesome! He is active, safe and learns self-defense, respect and discipline. I am so glad to have found this place and highly recommend it!

We were looking for the place that had the best balance of cost & structure. This one was the best. Our son is loving it & so are we. The owner is so personable. He really cares.

My kid has been taking classes and doing one-on-one lessons here for >1 year and Im really impressed with the diligence and care shown by the instructors. They really work with kids and tailor teaching to help them succeed. Ive been so impressed I even started classes myself and have been thoroughly enjoying!

Terrific school with dedicated instructors! All the instructors take time to make sure students know their belt ranks well before they progress and it is obvious they care for each student. Head instructor/owner does a great job providing the younger belts with many other activities besides just martial arts - hosting occasional lock ins for students, as well as offering an after school program. Highly recommend and happy to be a part of this school!

My daughter has gone to this school since it first opened. She has loved every minute of it. The instructors are wonderful. She has learned how to protect herself and the discipline it takes to earn a black belt, which she did this year. It’s a very positive environment for children and adults to learn important skills that can be applied to all parts of life.

My son started here in August 2016 through the after-school karate program. We learned about it as my nephew has been attending since August 2015. We have been VERY happy with everything and everyone there. He gets picked-up at his school and then goes to the facility for a snack and homework time. He then gets karate instruction and learns valuable discipline skills. This is leaps and bounds above a daycare center or after-school program based at the schools. My son has already gotten his orange belt and has made good friends. We plan to enroll our other children when they are old enough :)

They have such great affordable programs. My son started this year 2015 and absolutely loves it. They are so passionate about what they do and want to see everyone achieve. Highly recommended!!!!

Amazing place just started and had a blast. Very understanding and accepting from brand new to returnies. Cant wait to progress and learn more.

I have been a student with this school as an adult since 2013. The staff is great and they are very good with the children. If you are looking for after school activities and well as a martial arts that teaches discipline and self-confidence then I would visit the staff at this school.

My son started here in January 2015 with the after school karate program. We are SO happy that he is able to do this rather than the after school program at his school because he gets so much out of it! Not only does he have some time to get homework done, he gets a snack and has learned valuable skills and discipline. I have never been around any martial arts and had no knowledge about them, but my son has really enjoyed learning and has moved up through a few belts so he has a sense of accomplishment. He does do some regular classes in addition to the after school program and we do those regular classes during the summer as well. I cant recommend Mr. Hilson and his staff enough for their interactions. My nephew now attends the same program and my daughter likely will too!

I have been working with Bryan Hilson since I was a young kid, and have always looked up to him for his talent and leadership.I now find that many of the concepts he taught me - respect, discipline, drive, leadership - stuck with me all these years, and I use them all the time for my work.Many thanks to Bryan and the ASKJ!!
