Took a camp here. Very high quality experience! I would totally recommend if you are looking for a career in the culinary arts.

Teachers , chefs and ingredients were all top notch. Small investment huge returns. These people care about you and want you to succeed. Get involved in everything you can from on campus clubs, helping out on the line during special events, Omaha Steaks had a need for two days in Ralston cooking their products. Good Stuff !

It was probably one of the funnest experiences Ive ever had! I felt like I was on Top Chef. Very professional and taught me a lot.
