Called to see if there were openings in the coming year and the gal that I spoke with said no for the timeframe I had asked. I explained that we do have someone that can watch our newborn for part of the coming year and asked if they had an idea when they might have an opening. All they would say is no, no way to tell, would be a long time before they would do something like that? Not helpful at all. As a parent, you fully expect that your daycare center will understand their business and customer base in order to tell prospective customers if they have anything opening up. What about a waiting list? Based on this conversation, it makes me wonder what else they dont know about. Just seemed as though they werent interested and could honestly care less. Awful feeling.
