I used to work for this company. They are amazing w/ a great salary, consistent work & day hours, bonuses, pay increase, no benefits. Some enjoy additional work if they so choose. The Owner works as hard as anybody else. For the most part the Office staff is professional not personable. Most of the Co Workers are very cliquish. Do your job & go home. Dont discuss religion or politics like most jobs. GOOD COMPANY... AMAZING OWNER.

Courtney is great with my girls and always makes sure to keep her kids safe. I would give 5 stars but there is no way to do automatic bill pay which would greatly help me. Its 2019 and a royal pain to send in a check every month when things could be paid on time every month with auto pay.
My college contracts with this company to provide shuttle service for their students. There are drivers that should not be driving shuttles, because they are going to injure students. I actually received a neck injury (cervical strain, diagnosed by a doctor on campus), and have been prescribed muscle relaxers to ease the tension and pain in my neck and shoulders. This is my 5th year at the University, and this is the first time I have been injured while on a shuttle. I emailed a complaint to the company, and simply received a okay, thanks in response. I had hoped that by reporting the driver that I would at least get an apology, and maybe some instructions for what to do next (as far as reporting the injury). One driver has showed concern and is trying to help me out, by making sure his boss knows that a student was injured. The driver that caused the cervical strain was accelerating and braking too hard in a shuttle with peripheral-style seating, causing me to be jerked sideways repeatedly. Another driver braked so hard that a man sitting next to me fell on top of me, and the driver showed no concern nor did he offer an apology for hitting the brakes so hard. The only driver who has been concerned about these incidences and my injury firmly believes that there was no excuse for my injury, and he seems to be quite upset about that driver. I have not gotten on the shuttles driven by problem drivers since my injury, because I dont want to make it worse. The pain and tension can make it hard to focus on school and make it hard to sleep. I appreciate the help of that one driver, and will wait for him sometimes in order to avoid drivers that I do not trust.
The people would work here are always rude as possible. And the way they run everything is completely unorganized and is complete nonsense. I would recommend that schools actually put money into childrens transport to schools in district 66 so that they can get safely to and from school without relying on some third part busing system that is completely unreliable and unprofessional!!!!!
This bus service has proven time and time again that they really shouldnt be running this type of service. Ive had issues before today, but theyve changed the way they do the bus route, and everyone in the surrounding neighborhoods were unaware of the change. This led to a mad dash of many of us getting our kids to school by car...its a good thing I asked for a late arrival at work today so I could see my child off on the bus for the first day of school. If I hadnt of, shed be sitting home all day on the first day. Terrible, terrible service, and Im done using it.
This bus service is contracted out by Westside Community Schools in Omaha. You have to pay for the service after elementary school kids reach Junior and Senior High. My son, who rode their bus for 3 years, forgot his bus pass 4 days in two weeks. Even though they knew he had one, it is their policy to not let kids ride without pass. I can see proving a point a couple of times to make the kids learn, but after 4 times in 2 weeks theyre just punishing the parent. 1) I was paying for a bus pass that is useless, and I dont make very much money, 2) they left my kid stranded with no ride home, I mean, whos the adult in that situation?, and 3) I lost my job for having to leave 4 times in 2 weeks to pick up my son. I would definitely NOT recommend.

Dropping off my daughter to school this AM the chief van was there and I was pulling up to park in front of her because I like to watch my daughter walk to the door, well as Im on the side of the van getting ready to pull in front of her shes starts pulling forward and honking at me! Scared the bajesus out of me. But I just wanted to yell at her to make sure she uses her side mirrors because there is no way she did today!
Please dont put your kids on these buses. We just followed a bus on the interstate and he couldnt stay in a lane. Drove in the middle of two lanes from 60th st to dodge st and Almost ran into my family twice!! The bus was full of kids. Lord help them...

Over 1/2 hour late to pick up this morning. This happens repeatedly. Why don’t they AT LEAST notify the parents??! The entire bus if kids will be arriving at least 10 minutes late for school. These people are totally incompetent
One of your bus drivers Eric is constantly yelling and screaming at us. He needs to stop. Please get a new one, he yelled at my kid today for touching a bag of bird seed on the bus. If it was his dont have it where they sit.
Driving in omaha today, we have encountered two different Chief vans. Both have braked & accelerated excessively, cut off drivers, & seem unsafe. One’s number was 1115. Not sure on the other.
