One of the best decisions we have ever made it to bring our little guy to The Hills! When he started there we are ton of concerns about his development (hes adopted), but in the 6ish months that he has been there he has far exceeded development stages and is doing so amazing! The staff is so loving and caring and the communication is out of the world!Although Montessori is educational based they are completed centered on a loving environment that grows the whole child with balance between work and play with a ton of positive reinforcement! Our little one LOVES going every day and we are so very thankful that we made the choice to join their family!!

Amazing school! I absolutely love it, and the content of the work is definitely above average, and teaches in-depth and challenging work.

My two children currently attend The Hills and they love the work atmosphere that is provided by the Montessori curriculum. As babies they are given freedom to explore their entire surroundings and are provided unique items along with standard Montessori items to learn sensory as a young age and move onto motor stills, language, and vocabulary as they grow.Communication with parents and the staff is almost on a daily basis to help communicate where your child is at and if there is anything that needs to be addressed. The atmosphere is almost as if it is a large family working together to help our little friends grow and learn. All of the teachers and staff I have encountered have been outstanding with feedback and guidance if I request any.The baby room team seems to know nearly minute by minute what your child did for the day and the daily report card is always helpful to see what your child did while you were not there. The teachers have always taken the time to have one on one conversations if necessary to resolve or troubleshoot topics. The classrooms I have encountered are filled with work that involves the practical life skills which are easily carried over to home where my son loves to help wash dishes, sweep floors, scrub his baby sister in the bathtub, or even slice hard boiled eggs and peel oranges all at what I would consider to be a young age to do many of these tasks. The prepared meals are healthy and well rounded which offer a nice variety to help develop an appreciation of different foods. The summer sessions are filled with fun activities such as Dr Oxygen, visits from the library, zoo, and farm animals along with dedicated water days.Thank you, The Hills for being so wonderful. I would recommended you to anybody!

Both of my children have grown up here at The Hills Montessori. They have been outstanding throughout the years and continue to exceed my expectations and caring for my children. The teachers here a fully invested in your childs development and care for them as if they were your own. Both my children love coming here and love the teachers. I would highly recommend this for your child care and for your childs development.

The director who was there in 2013 was racist against low income individuals . Her name was Jackie. She was very disrespectful and made it a nightmare for children to attend there if they had title 20 child care. If she is still the director or supervising there do not allow your children to go if you are a low income family, this could be a terrible experience for the parents who dont know about her. She is a devil. She has no respect for low income families. Hopefully she is no longer the director of this business. However the staff there was wonderful. The curriculum was outstanding. The building was new and clean. They fed the children healthy food, and did healthy physical activity with the children. Would have gave five stars if it wasnt for that nightmare of a director. Hopefully shes gone, no one should ever want a Judgmental child care director near their children. Good luck, and get to know the staff and directors and founders of businesses before you allow your children to become a part of their establishment.

My daughter began in this facility after we had to abruptly leave another daycare due to a terrible experience. She was my first born so I was very apprehensive due to our first experience with a daycare facility. Becki was very friendly and from day 1, I never felt uneasy leaving my daughter. 5 years later, we now have 3 daughters enrolled and have never been disappointed.Theyre open with parents and clear about their expectations for your child in the center. Once preschool starts they meet once a year with parents to discuss the works and activities your child will take part in and show you the progress. This extra step and time spent was very impressive to me as it validated what they say- They are not just a daycare, but a child development center. My oldest is now going to kindergarten and because of the practices as Montessori, Im confident she is ready.

My wife and I made an appointment to tour the facility at 9:00 AM to see if it was somewhere we would like our 3 yr old son to attend. We arrived at 8:55 AM. There wasnt any staff at the front desk. A parent that was dropping off his child opened the door to let us into the lobby. We both stood there, in an empty lobby, waiting for the person we made an appointment with to come out, but no one came.Around 9:00 AM, someone rang the bell to be let in. We ignored it as we werent staff. No staff came. The person began to knock on the door and indicated that they worked there. We opened the door to the lobby, and without saying a word to us they put their purse behind the front desk, and disappeared into the building.Still we waited for someone to come and begin giving us a tour. No one came. After waiting alone in the lobby for 10 minutes without any staff in sight we decided that we had seen enough and left.We gained access to the building without ever seeing any staff. We waited for 10 minutes alone in the lobby of the building without every being approached by any of the staff. If youre concerned about your childs safety, I would not be able to recommend taking your child to this montessori. To say the least, our son will definitely not be attending.
