I went for acupuncture treatment and it worked great. Well worth it!

Over a period of 2 years, I had both acupuncture and massage therapy at this location. While not initially a fan of alternative medicine such as acupuncture, discussing it and experiencing it here changed my mind. It helped a lot with my sciatic nerves and lower back pain. Unfortunately it was not helpful with my Migraines and in fact the normal acupuncture treatments triggered a few before we stopped doing it for migraines all together but i am an outlier in that regard. For massage, my original therapist did not pay attention, used glass instruments that were charged and gave mediocre massages. I quite after 3-4 massages weekly discussing my needs after each session and simply not being happy with the results. Soon thereafter she was gone and the massage goddess arrived. She is the only therapist i have had that paid attention to the bodies feedback to determine if she was doing it right. She always gave the exact amount of pressure needed and never too much or too little. She had studied anatomy quite a bit and was always spot on with the muscles locations and where trigger areas were for stress and my muscle spams due to my disability. Overall, I did not see long term benefit due to the nature of my disabilities but I would recommend this place in particular to anyone in need of either massage therapy or acupuncture therapy. They also do some other classes which I never participated in but it is worth checking out as well.

My chiropractor is mad because he told me to go get a massage. I tried this place on the recommendation of a veteran and Sarah West is the best thing ever. I barely go to my chiropractor anymore but it was his advice. All staff is very friendly. They have many different therapies available. See it to believe

Everyone here is so nice. Sarah does an AMAZING job. I only had a 30 minute session and it was better than any hour session Ive had anywhere else.

How does one express ones feelings in a posting? Hopefully this can - My therapist (Lori) did wonders for me, from the mummy wrappings to the calming music, I have my legs back. Even to checking up on me after hours during the week-end. I know of no doctor that would do that these days. Thank you, thank you, thank you. These folks really know their business.

Janis Reger is one of the best acupuncture specialist around. She is caring,knowledgeable, and charismatic when it comes to her craft. I encourage all in pain or even want a new experience to go. You life will be changed. An added bonus there are other services there such as massage, chiropractic, and a deli, that is a small slice of heaven.

Love it here ! Great place downtown for yoga, very clean and cozy studio with different options for yoga. Staff is always so so friendly. If youve been thinking about trying it out, definitely do it !

By far the best relief of Pain I have experienced even after 9 years of multiple Western Medical interventions to include injections into my spine, nerve ablations (burning of nerve roots), strong meds, etc. The STAFF is amazing and Janice is an unbelievably good and caring acupuncturist!!! She listens to the client / patient and alters her techniques to target the symptoms. The practice has worked for 5000 years in China and is still being used...so throw away your biases. The atmosphere is wonderful and it is well decorated.....I would recommend this technique in conjunction with Western Practices!!!!!!!
