Hopefully the staff have changed by now. In August 2020, my 4 year old went there. The teacher he had was rude and had an attitude. Making unnecessary comments and being unprofessional. For instance, she told me that my son is not normal. There is something wrong with him. We stopped sending our child there.I took my son to be evaluated by a professional. Turns out he has an I.Q. of 128. Superior intelligence. That’s it.The teacher he had did seemed a bit uneducated. Most likely didn’t have education in child psychology and didn’t have the skills to avoid power struggles.Also, I did notice once in the video of the classroom, the teacher took out a box of toys and was saying something to my son pointing at the box. My son didn’t seem interested and finally was convinced to grab the toys. The teacher took the photo and right away took the toys away. Shortly after I received the photo on how my son is “having fun playing with those toys.” He only had it for a second. He didn’t really play with them. How often do they do that? Why would a child be interested in grabbing a toy just to pose for a picture and not really play with it?

My daughter has been attending for a year now and we are happy we chose LadyBird at Hunters Creek. They are attentive to my daughter, professional, and caring. she has learned so much and She loves the teachers. we never have to worry about her when we drop her off.

My son started Pre K knowing pretty much basic words. He finished it reading.English is not our first language and school did an amazing job teaching him.How thankful a mom’s heart can be? That’s mine already.

Having had experience in many other daycare centers I can assure you that this is the best center. From management to the teachers they are very professional and know what they are doing. I am somewhat new to the US and had to educate myself to understand how things work here. Trust me folks, specially if you are originally not from here, as you may already know this is a country of laws and 9 times out of 10 if you think people are being strict is for a good reason. They must follow the law. I dont have a problem with that and that is one of the reasons I migrated to this country from south america.

I dont normally write reviews but this school is amazing and the ONLY ONE that is up to my standards when it comes to child care, the classrooms are spacious and they are organized, VERY CLEAN and everybody are just very nice and professional. My sons class is ladybug and they just got a new teacher, Ms. Andrea and I cant thank her enough for being such an amazing teacher and very approachable with parents like me who can be very forgetful sometimes. My son loves her and wont stop raving about her at home. He gets excited to go to school now that its Ms. Andrea is his teacher.

I’m in love with this school... my kid love going to his classroom with two espectacular teaches of bumblebee rooms... he is learning to count the numbers, the colors, the letters (abc), the parts of their body ... and my kid just have 2 years ... I love everything... all the people that work in the school are excellent..super. Attentive to all the kids and parents. They are kind whit everyone... I give it A+ to ladybird at hunter creek

I visited earlier this week with my husband and child. It was very late in the afternoon and I showed up unannounced. I was greeted very kindly and offered a tour. The director was the one that greeted us and provided us information and the brochure and registration packet. She was getting ready to leave so she offered us the tour by the other director who was a delight. Given the time I showed up and the fact that I didn’t call ahead I was surprised that 1) I was offered a tour and 2) the tour was so thorough and detailed 3) I felt so welcomed. Putting our daughter in daycare has not been an easy decision to make and since my visit I went from feeling extreme guilt for having to do so, to sheer excitement to see what new things she’ll learn and friends she’ll make. This happened in one less than an hour visit. I plan on returning to enroll my daughter as soon as I have a better idea of what my work schedule will be. But I wanted to write the review Bc my first impression has been great enough to change his first time mom’s negative feelings to positive ones. Thank you

My toddler is a handful but the teachers and employees at this daycare are all so nice and they have the experience and patience to deal with him. Ive seen a huge difference with his attitude. Hes learned to play well with others and is listening better at home as well. They have different activities every half hour or so which keeps him busy, free of getting bored. I love this place!

When I was looking for VPK provider in Hunters Creek area for my daughter in 2017 I have evaluated multiple providers, now I can confirm that I have chosen the best one - that is Ladybird Academy of Hunters Creek. My daughter loves this place. The office staff and teachers are extremely good and helpful. The high roof ceiling and immaculate classrooms are another good thing we love about. My daughters class teacher Ms. Amy is amazing, very kind and helping. The events conducted at this school are impressive, especially we are very happy the way Christmas Pageant is conducted, waiting for graduation day :).

What blessing a Ladybird Academy of Hunters Creek as been for me and my family. We enrolled our precious grandson there this year and it has been the best decision ever! The team there is friendly and caring; they always greet you with warm smile. The facility is super clean, the teachers really care about the kids. My grandson is much more sociable and he is wakes up every morning eager to meet his new friends. He loves to play with puzzles, and talks non-stop about his new school.

This place is what every parent looks for!!! I am so pleased and I’m at peace when my son is there! He never cries like he did at the other daycare. He wakes up happy to go to school every day! He has been learning a lot too! They play with friends but they always do projects and read books and they teach really good! The teachers are super sweet and attentive with everyone! The place is super clean and very safe,they have cámaras so you can see your child whenever you want and fingerprint to pick up and drop off and you get your own code to open front door. I love this place and i will recommend to everyone !

I absolutely love the school it is very well maintained and clean. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. I toured the school with Miss Veronica and she answered all my questions! Would definitely recommend it to any families looking for a quality pre school!

This school is absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone, any day of the week. Ive had a great experience at the Hunters Creek Ladybird. Both the teachers and director have gone out of their way to make my children feel comfortable and loved. They are always happy and friendly. The director is always there when I have a question and is extremely helpful.

My son loves his teachers and he adjusted very well after moving from another school. My wife also works there and she is always saying how much she loves going to work everyday. Ladybird keeps their staff happy and well taken care of, so in return the staff do the same for the children. Im relieved that this place is making the two most important people in my life happy!

I placed my son on the waiting based on his grandmas wishes, however from the beginning I was very apprehensive due to the directors lack of professionalism and tact/charisma. I have found another provider that is equally qualified while I waited on a waiting list with no given estimate, after waiting for various months I get a call told that I need to make a decision within 24 hours out of the blue and that if I dont my son will get placed at the bottom of the list. My son was number seven and I guess number one through six decided to decline. Every time i asked about the process i was harshly reminded there was no guarantee, mind you i had to call and no one followed up until recently when i was pressured and given an ultimatum. I remember when i showed in person the second time the greet was tasteless and was told there is a waitlist first thing. Communication was minimal and unorganized. I had paid $100 to be on the waiting list and this would not go towards the registration fee which is another hundred now I understand that, however I would appreciate more customer service and understanding at the very least. I felt a sense of arrogance from the beginning, i called to express my concerns and decline the offer and then i was given more time to decide but i really wish it would not have come to a complaint. It was an attempt to solve the issue but what about proactive rapport? This demonstrated lack of leadership and it did not align with my values. I hope they can increase interpersonal skills in the best daycare of the year.

Very disappointed. We registered our son February 2017 when he was listed as number 3 on the wait list. We called on May 19, 2017 to check the status to which we were told by the director he was number 5. We were obviously frustrated that he magically went DOWN on the wait list. She promised to look into it and would call us back. She let us know on Monday May 22, 2017 that he had a spot and could start in two weeks.After this experience, we decided to not go here as it shows poor management on the directors part. If they can not keep track of a wait list effectively, I do not trust them with my sons care. Waste of our time and registration deposit.

This is one of the good ones in the hunterscreek area. They have friendly and loving staff, clean and hygienic environment, safety systems that ensure that your kids are going to be just fine. Everyone tries to make sure that the child is happy and comfortable. They do a lot of artwork and keep the kids very involved.

My son has been here for over a year and he loves it. The teachers and staff are very friendly and always greet you and your children when you walk in. Very thankful to have such an amazing staff to take care of my son.

This day Care is the best one that my daughter every went to. Very clean and safe. Mrs Yesi and Mrs Rachel are the best teachers ( the bumble bee class for toddlers 2 y). They really love my daughter and they do great effort with her potty training. Surprisingly my kid didnt get sick there while she was almost sick all the time when she went to another day Care in Kissimmee. I do recommend this day Care to anyone who cares about tiny details.

I have always been the kind of parent to bubble my child. He has only been to one other childcare facility and it didnt last long. Ladybird has surpassed my expectations. Every single member of their staff seems happy to be there, I absolutely love that they encourage good behavior (something that is almost always overlooked), and my child is excited to go to school every morning. The teachers are constantly engaging in activities with the children instead of just watching them. I honestly have to agree that it doesnt get any better than Ladybird.

Lady Bird Academy Hunters Creek is the real deal. My daughter has been going there for the past 2 years, she has and is doing wonderful. They have amazing staff and an extremely caring, friendly, and loving environment for the kids. Mrs. Yesi and Mrs. Florelena have been my daughters teachers and words cant express how great they are with her. My daughter gets excited about going to school to go see her both of them. Ms. Amy is wonderful as well. These three teachers have made a definitely amazing impact for our daughter. My little guy has been in this school for a year now and we have no complaints! Ms. Yesi and Ms. Aichel are amazing, caring, and supportive! They are helping me potty train him while hes at school which is a huge help!

My daughter has been enrolled at Ladybird for almost a year now and we love it! From the moment we walk in, every morning, we are greeted with big smiles and warm welcomes by Mrs. Zamira, the director, and Mrs. Delia. The teachers are extremely loving and caring. As a nervous first time mom the open door policy, option to view your child via webcam throughout the day and/or call to speak with the teacher at any time makes me feel extra comfortable. My daughter is thriving and learning new things every day! The teachers are even helping me wean her off the pacifier. The facility is always clean and they have a consistent hand washing routine that helps keep the little ones from spreading germs. We are so happy we found such a wonderful place for our daughter and are excited to see her grow here.

I dont have enough words to express how grateful I am for having the privilege and opportunity to have my son enrolled at Ladybird @ Hunters Creek. I tried two other daycare facilities before and had to take my son out.. I waited months until Ladybird opened.. After the experience I had with the other two places I was skeptical.. But, my son has been enrolled since day one and I cant be happier. My son is even happier... They went above and beyond my expectations.. What a great place and great people..The teachers that I have dealt with have been amazing.. Miss Jessi, Miss Veronica and their assistants.. They are so loving and caring with the children and are great teachers.. My son learns so much everyday.. And even the teachers at other classrooms know my son by name and always are so kind and loving to him..And, Miss Zamira, the director, is just amazing.. She is always on top of things and making sure everything is in order.. She is always cheerful, kind and full of energy.. Ive seen her wearing many hats from mopping a wet floor on a rainy day and making hot dogs for the children when the Chef could not make it, to holding a crying baby to calm her down..And also Miss Delia, who is always busy too taking care of so many details all day long and handles to be kind and smiling since the doors open until the end of the day..And one very important thing, everything is always neat and sparking clean...In summary, this place is great! If I could, I would give them more stars but it only goes to five :)

One of the most stressful forms of planning is finding a nursery school. Me and my wife were extremely relieved when we found Lady Bird Academy. We feel as if we are dropping off our son to family members, that really care about the well being of our son Rafael. As you enter the main lobby, you are always greeted with a warm smile and well wishes of a good day by either the Director Zamira Naranjo, Asst. Director Delia Landrua or receptionist Veronica. Any concerns or questions that you may have, will always be professionally answered by these ladies. All of the staff that I have meet are very friendly and professional. Our sons teachers Lisa, Andrea and Savannah are very loving and patience with all the children. We can tell by our 17 month old sons body language that he loves his teachers. They provide live video feed of your childs class via cell phone app. All daily activity is posted on another app, such as picture of the day, diaper change, breakfast, snack and lunch, nap time, arts and craft, sensory table, reading etc.I highly recommend this Hunters Creek location. My wife and I go about our daily schedule without worrying about our son. Thank you so much to the entire staff, we really appreciate you all.

Nice new building, nice classrooms, but very poor management, especially the lady in charge, I had my boy there for a year, I thought that if I will pay premium price that I will receive premium service for my son,but it did not happened.several patents took their kids elswhere due to that lady.Also she is extremely rude to her staff there...

This place is wonderful, the teachers, staff, everyone is very lovely and kind. My son thr first day was crying a lot, I tought he wouldnt stay, but Mrs. Ramona his teacher was so lovely and patient. The manager is wonderful, her words of love made us feel comfortable living our son there. Now our son tells everybody about how much he loves his school, his teachers, his friends, the enviroment, the lunch and snacks they serve (Its funny but he talks about the lunch too.)I am so happy that my son goes to Hunters Creek Ladybird Academy, he improved a lot since he started 3 months ago. Every parent’s experience with childcare is unique. We have unique children and likely different teachers. My experience particularly at Lady Bird, Hunters Creek was superb. My daughter, a two year old attended Bumblebees, with Miss Aichel and Miss Yessi. They cared well for her, we felt welcome and my daughter learned so much. As working parents we trust that caregivers will teach our children and treat them as their own, and this is exactly how I felt. I followed the lesson plans at home, which is important. Their interactive app allowed me communicate and would receive a response quickly, and the WatchMeGrow app allowed me to see my baby at all times. I would highly recommend this school.

I cant say enough about this place. My son had a biting problem and was kicked out of 2 other daycares because they refused to really work with him. They were just following policy. Ladybird at Hunters Creek went above and beyond and stopped the issue within a month. My little one loves this place and the teachers are like family now. My son used to not want to be dropped off at his other schools and now he runs in and gives all the teachers hugs when we get there. Very very clean and organized. Very good communication between us and the teachers. If you are comparing all the daycares in hunters creek, please put this on your list of visits.

We honestly cant quite put into words how good the staff is. They have treated our little girl like family and communications have been phenomenal!

Very disappointed : (I enrolled my son at this school because when I went for orientation the Director said the school teach kids on potty training, reading and writting. I paid a full month (4 weeks) from Aug 11th to Sept 11th ($700) + $180 for enrollment and hed only could assist the first day, because from the 2nd to 4th day the school personnel called me a few minutes up to an hour after arrival because he had an accident on his pants (thats week#1). When my husband asked them for a refund they told him that they should keep 2 weeks after the withdrawal (week #2 & #3), but actually they kept one more week that I paid ahead (week #4). The question is why they can ask us to paid ahead, but for a refund we are still waiting...

Lady in charge both of them are terrible! and they once only left a teacher with like 20 kids alone for like 10mins! Take your kids somewhere!

I have my daugther Ariana Kopplin in ladybird academy. Is incredible how every morning that i drop my daugther at school everybody is with a smile in their faces. Miss Samira is always trying to help me with any doubts and is always available for a question, miss veronica is so sweet whit my daugther and miss Delia is always there to help. definitely the whole team are great. i could not have picked a better school for my daugther.i am very happy with them.

My daughter entered Ladybird from Hunters Creek with 2 and a half months. As a first-time mother I felt very afraid to leave her so small with people I didnt know! Today after almost a year I can share with you my feeling of happiness every time I see my daughter smiling, under exceptional care and affection, I recommend this place with closed eyes, the staff in general is incredibly loving with all the children!

Our son has been studying at this school for two years, since opening. When we went to Ladybird Academy we believed that we would have the best experiences, we even had to discover that our son was allergic to milk!All the work with the school was very complicated! It took us at least two weeks to put together a menu of what our child could and could not eat from the menu provided by the school! This is because we ordered the ingredients from the menu and it took at least a month to get to school! Every week I have to bring food to my son and adapt the menu so that it is no different from friends! Because you imagine a three year old child sitting at a table with friends and not being able to eat anything that others can eat! Our son on several birthdays at school had to sit at the table looking at other friends eating cupcakes, because the birthday boys family or the school didnt warn us that they would have a party! Where is the sensitivity of these people? Do these people have children? Are they really educators? Our child does not eat because he is allergic and not because he is fresh! Its 2017 and is this still happening? Its unbelievable! Yes, many times we talked at school, we asked him to be notified about the party, so we could get ready and take the cupcake to our son! If you have a child with a food allergy, please look for a school that is open to adapt!

My two children (4 years and 2 years) study at the Hunters Creek Ladybird. A wonderful school, the teachers, in addition to being super attentive and caring, are very didactic. My son in 3 weeks, was already talking in English.I only have compliments, both for the didactics of the school, as for the teachers, employees and especially the Principal.

I am the Father of Valentina Chavez who is almost one year old at Ladybird Academy and I can say quite frankly that this Institution is excellent, because apart from all the services she has, both for children and for their parents, its facilities and the attention of its teachers is really very special especially because of the warmth of the home and home that they provide here for our children. I congratulate your current Director Zamira who is doing very well. Keep in that way.

The school year is over and I leave with an excellent taste in my mouth! My son was very happy and I was happy to see him enjoy so much! Ms. Amy did an excellent job this year! I am very grateful to her for everything my son learned. Super recommended VPK on this campus !!!

Ladybird of hunters creek has been a great experience of learning fun amusement for my 4 year old baby who is in vpk and is happy so much so that on Friday, December 9, 2016 I had an act with her companions by the hand of his great special teachers dedicated to his work and carino x the children where all parents enjoy applaud we cry the happiness of seeing our children happy with a job where they dedicated themselves to learn to practice daily to give a good result thanks teachers and other servants of this great project for children called ladybird from hunters creek

Very disappointed in this center. They offer some services and after we enroll the baby it turns out that it was not quite what they told us. We decided to remove it from this center on August 18, 2017 and they indicated that they have to stay with 2 paid weeks. They are still owing me the 4th week we paid in advance. We do not recommend this place.
