I have been taking the kickboxing class at Mils Martial Arts for about 2 months now and I have enjoyed it so much! The instructors Paul and Mil are so helpful and supportive and actually teach us things like balance, endurance, flexibility, strength and technique. For someone like me who has no experience with kickboxing and who normally hates any type of physical activity, it has literally been a lifesaver. I am proud of the things I have accomplished over the last 2 months, and feel so excited about attending everyday that I cant stand to miss a class. In addition to the instructors being great, the people in the class are very welcoming and we all encourage each other to do our best.I actually feel the exact opposite of one of the previous writers who said she did not sweat. I get a fantastic work out every class and can see and feel my body getting stronger, not only by watching the numbers on the scale go down, but by how my clothes fit and just how good I feel over all. In regards to the facility, the equipment and the space we work out in are both great and work well for our group. We do often hold the punching bags for each other because it helps us to learn how to take hits, and enables us to support and encourage each other.I have loved kickboxing at Mils so much and feel like a new person who actually enjoys working out! If you see me there, youll see all smiles and a lot of sweat!

I have tried many martial art schools. Mils martial art is the best school. they have great instructors and a great environment. my kids are getting the best martial art training there is and I know that because they love going there, I have even noticed a great change in their discipline. they push my kids to work hard without being intimidating. this place is hands down the place to send your kids to !

Both of my boys LOVE Mils Martial Arts. The benefits of leaning Karate here go far beyond their time at the dojo. My youngest (8) has had improved academic performance , focus and attention, and much better behavior at school and at home. His improvement was so remarkable that we decided to have my eldest son (12) attend as well. They both love it and it and I am so happy to see them building confidence, self-esteem, respect, and discipline. Milan (the owner) is great with kids and very patient. I have also observed that his other staff members are amazing, too. I cant recommend this Karate school enough. You wont regret it.

This place is amazing. The owner took his time after hurricane Irma and gave kids 3 days free 9-6 camp. To help families out. Schools are closed and parents needs to work,cant thank him enough. I have two boys the love beeing there,so ready every morning to go back. It has not happened in summer camp.Definitely taking my boys back for Karate now. Thank you so much

Mil and Paul are great! I have been going to kickboxing for month and a half and I have lost at least 2 belt sizes. Kickboxing is the best exercise to stay in shape and gain useful self defense training. I feel great every day now. Everyone in the class is really nice and Im really glad that I found Mils Martial Arts.I did Kick Boxing and Muay Thai for a few years and still find this class to be challenging and good for all levels from beginner to advanced. In response to one of the previous reviews, all the equipment in the class is great and if you have done Boxing or Kickboxing in the past you would know that you always want someone to hold the punching back to prevent it from moving. This lets you kick and punch as hard as you can and also builds strength for the person holding it.Thanks Mils Martial Arts for opening up in our area! We love it!

We are very happy with the after school program and karate school! My son is 6 years old and we enrolled because of his love of karate and the need for a responsible after school program. He is picked up after school safely and timely! He has time at the karate school to do his homework, have some free play, and also has formal karate training for one hour. We are happy with the owner, instructors, and the location. He has made new friends and is excited about earning his stripes. Thanks Mils! We also appreciate the ease in communicating directly with the owner at anytime! He is very responsive!

Decided to try Mils Martial Arts for summer camp this year. It has been amazing! Over the years we had a hard time finding a camp my son enjoyed attending. Here he has a ton of fun and learns something new every day. The staff is wonderful. Looking forward to attending after school here too!

Ive been through my share of free visits so that I can find a place I felt comfortable working out at. I have to say that I wasnt super excited about dropping some money to do a month trial, but glad I did. Its a small 7pm class with mostly women. You learn some technical skills, get pushed to your limits, and are completely supported. Bonus is that this was one of the only places that did a warm-up and cool down stretch.

Sensei Mil is amazing! Mil is professional and courteous, and excellent with his students. He really makes the class fun, while teaching them many virtues such as respect, discipline, and of course KARATE! I have enrolled my kids in two other karate schools before this, and they didnt enjoy it very much. I am really glad I found Mils Martial Arts! They also provide after school care and summer camp! I definitely recommend this school!

My kids were not thrilled about having to spend their spring break at a camp, but they ended up loving the camp at Mils Martial Arts! The instructors are friendly and there arent too many kids to make them feel overwhelmed. A wide variety of activities are offered, including crafts and a field trip, which is a nice addition to the physical activity. Overall it has been a great experience and we will be back this summer. :)

After once having a bad experience at karate school with my son, I was very skeptical of trying him at another. When I came to Mils I was greeted with warmth and assurance that my son would be successful and indeed my son loves it and cant stop telling everyone that he is a Yellow belt. He has learned to control himself much better at school and at home. I absolutely love this school!

My nephew goes here and he absolutely loves the training. He gets picked up from school and my bro or SIL do not have to worry about him till evening time. He plays, learns karate and has lots of confidence now. They also teach discipline. Love this! This place is not your Wax on Wax off movie style place. This is real. Instructors are great. They also have summer school which is awesome. My daughter turns 5 this years. She is totally going there this year.

My daughter was scared to go at first but she loves it! She spent her spring break there and everyday she came home she was excited to go back the next day. Mil keeps you updated on how well your child is doing. Will def recommend to everyone. Five stars 😊😊😊

This is hands down the best martial arts school in Orlando. They are passionate about teaching their students and have a great small group setting. Our son loves it.

My 7 year old is at summer camp at Mils Martial Arts. He loves the variety of activities and the 2 karate classes a day. As a parent I like the hours (early morning drop with late pickup) and the FREE field trips! Its a great program. This is our 2nd year.

At Mils Martial Arts the teachers care about the kids first, My son attends the After School program and is really excited about attending their Summer camp program. They have field trips 3 times a week and best part its all included in the cost..

We have been with Sensei Mil since the very beginning and our son has learned so much! Mr. Mil and his staff are very dedicated and patient with him and he has grown in many ways. I love the way Mr. Mil and Mr. Paul incorporate life lessons such as respect into the lessons as well. They continuously make improvements to accommodate parents and students. I would/have recommended Mils to any friends/acquaintances seeking a martial arts education.

My daughter loves Mils! She goes for the after school program get transported from Dr. Philips Elementary and has a blast until I pick her up. She is really into it she practices at home all the time and she has become so much more helpful and respectful. It is a really great program and the owner and other karate instructors are really nice!!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!!Christy & Emma

Absolutely terrible experience. The kickboxing class was despicable. I sweat more doing laundry than I did at this class. We did not kick ONCE and only punched a bag for about 1 minute while our partner had to hold up the bag so it didnt break. I would rather not work out than go back to this place. Money = wasted. Hated hated hated it. Literally the worst.

We have only been part of this Dojo for a short time, but we already love it here! They are very passionate about what they do, ensuring the kids learn not only martial arts, but respect for themselves, family, school, and others. They are also very open to parent involvement and input which makes it feel more like a family. We highly recommend Mils Martial Arts to anyone seeking to either begin a martial arts program or transition from another Dojo (as we did).

Our 8 and 5 year old boys love Sensei Mil and his staff. They know how to speak to them and motivate them positivity.
