The worst customer service I ever experienced. Cancelled class because she felt like it and had a nasty attitude when questioned why. We prepaid for the class and were told we would be notified if class size was not large enough, which never happened. The worst part is it was my birthday. DO NOT COME HERE.Reply to owner: We definitely did meet. My husband booked the night for me as a surprise. You can gaslight all you want but there’s literally 4 reviews below mine saying the same thing. Clearly, we’re not all conspiring against you. I’m honestly surprised you’re still open with the way you treat return customers. Either way, Godspeed!

Not a place to go for fun. The instructor/Owner provide instructions like if you are preparing to join the Army!If you are looking for a place to relax and have fun while painting this is NOT the place for you 😐

We loved Terry and our experience! She was very patient with all of us. Also she was very helpful! I love the system and how organized it was. Also the music was nice and we had a really fun time.

What an awesome experience!! Me and my husband decided to have a date night at Paint, Sip & Swirl and it exceeded all of our expectations! The instructor, Teri, was very funny & sweet and knowledgeable and patient when it came to helping us perfect our painting techniques, as we are nothing close to professional; however, we cant wait to sign up for another class and have fun trying to play artist for a couple hours!

I am not artistic at all but Terri taught us step by step on what to do it was so much fun. I highly recommend anybody wanting to have fun with friends or family to come paint a picture with Terri.

I loved taking the Sip & Swirl class it was so much fun and I learned a lot. I loved how my painting came out, I can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I attended a class with Teri last night. We had a blast and said it was the best date night in a while! Teri is very engaging, helpful, and easy to follow while doing the actual painting. The space is very welcoming and we really enjoyed the class and the vibe. Teri took care of us very well and we came home with the cutest paintings. Thanks, Teri! We will be back!

I called and asked about the Groupon deal and the woman kept interrupting while asking questions. After I finished talking she said “I thought you said no for today” ALTHOUGH I asked for the deal TODAY. Interrupted me AGAIN and said “ANYWAYS we’re sold out... ya... bye.” POOR COMMUNICATION POOR PERFORMANCE do better for visitors take note from other businesses. Your performance disgusted me! Especially since business MEANS money. But “YA BYE”

It was fun, not so much in the beginning but once we had gotten into it with end result of a nice picture. The instructor Ms. Terri was informative and let us know we’re we could Make changes to make our pictures look great,I am impressed. Thanks Ms. Terri

Awesome experience! Thank you to the owner/ paint instructor Ms. Terri , she was amazing ! Terri made the experience 10x better , she was very welcoming and an awesome instructor. As new painters she helped us step by step without doing the work for us, Amazing atmospher! I will definitely be recommending this paint studio to ALL my friends.

My friends and I set an appointment and prepaid. We arrived 30 mins early and waited 1 hour and 30 mins until mall security got a hold of her and she informed them that she canceled class because lack of participation. I know this is a lie because on the website, it says that the class requires 4 participants, which we had 4 people in our party. It was my bestfriends birthday and it was ruined. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

My friends and I had a wonderful time! Terri is great. She took her time and helped us do the best job we could. The class was small and so much fun. We will definitely be back.

This establishment is beyond accommodating and flexible with last minute changes. Our group had to cancel due to a last minute cant miss engagement and the owner was more than willing to work with us and provide any solution we needed. Cant wait to attend and experience this with our group.

The owner is a warm loving person, talented, patient, and full of personality. She made for a wonderful experience and we are planning to go back!!

We had a great time at Paint Sip & Swirl on May 4th. Everyone in our office went and Terri was very patient with us! She has a great sense of humor! The studio is very nice and was perfect for our group.

I took my mom my and sister in law to celebrate their bday, and we had such a great time , my mom said it was the best bday ever ! Thank you Mrs. Tery for making it so special, she gave both a birthday gift. You were very nice , the music was on point, almost dancing and painting .Thank you for giving us the option to add glitter to our art, and letting us take our time. You gave us the options to add our own individual touch , and at the end it was so nice comparing our art piece. Highly recommend your studio. We will be back 😉!

Teacher very attentive and the wine helped lol

While a bit disorganized, ( I think the hurricane changed some plans), we were all pleased with her customer service and the care she took with each of us. Ive never had that type of personal instruction and help at any other studio.

I had such a great time painting. It was a little challenging but totally worth it.

Fun experience, great teacher.

This place will cancel on you without telling you!! Even when you have prepaid and have reservations for a class they cancelled on my party without notice, no apology either.
