Chris was an amazing instructor. He walked us through a great amount of cocktails and different popular drinks that we hear every day. Classes are easy and fun, Chris breaks down every lesson and patiently helps you understand every drink you need to learn. It feels like friends hanging out in a bar just messing around having fun together. This was definitely the most pleasant “school” experience I’ve ever had.

I would highly recommend this establishment to get a good footing into the industry. Chris is a great instructor and will tell you like it is. Tough love. But a great way to learn what you need to know. If you take the week course, be prepared to clear an entire week of your schedule to learn a lot.

I did the 1 week class, i would like to say if you dont have the best study skills the two week might be best for you its all preference. I would say get your sleep if you live far away it’s important to be focused and ready to learn. overall i would say my favorite part was the way chris made stories about the drinks it makes it easier to memorize recipes. highly recommended and well worth the cost.

After being curious about bartending, I decided to look into a school and ABC didn’t disappoint! Coming to ABC on my first day I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. There were many classes available to fit my schedule which was something I was looking for. The instructor Chris, made everything easy to understand and to make, he is energetic and passionate about being successful bartenders. From my first day to my last, what I learned from Chris was how confident I am to bartend, and I have so many stories in my head to remember the recipes for drinks. Thank you Chris & ABC for a great experience!

It’s kind of awkward that they ask you to leave a review before receiving certification, puts the pressure on to leave a great review. I feel more comfortable pouring and have a broader knowledge of different liquors. However I feel like finding a bar to give you a chance will prove to be more beneficial than the class. As far as job placement, they don’t seem to have a lot of connections that let the school know when a bar is hiring so that graduates from the school could be recommended, they use job sites like indeed and let you know who is hiring. The instructor was VERY brash.

I had an excellent experience here! Chris is so knowledgeable and made the class fun. I loved that it was interactive and we actually got to make the drinks instead of just doing book work all the time.

Prior to attending this bartending school, I bartended for almost 2 years and within a week of attending this school I learned more than I ever thought I knew of bartending. I had 2 years of bartending experience when I decided to get certified. I thought I wouldnt learn much but that wasnt true. I learned more in this school then I learned in my experience. Chris goes over everything thoroughly and clearly, and hes not afraid to have fun with it. This was an amazing decision and every bartender should take the course.

Chris was an incredible instructor that made the class very engaging and fun. It definitely isn’t pg so don’t come in expecting it but you are in bartending classes. I did the one week and it was fast and a lot to learn but you can do it with some study hours. Could not recommend this more for those interested in the field but don’t know where to start.
