I only took 4 hours of this course, but it was enough to pass. Gary taught me what I needed to know and was very patient. He also knows how to make you laugh! Thank you guys for the help and I highly recommend this service to new drivers.

I wish I had done this sooner. My instructors name is Gary he was amazing, patient and fun to learn from. I had some reservations about driving and he made me feel so comfortable and let me know that I wasn’t the only one feeling like that, and he help me work through my anxieties. By the third lesson I was getting more and more comfortable on the road and it’s all because of him and the confidence that he instilled in me. When it came time to take my drivers test at aced it in the first try. Just awesome!!

I had no experience, no one to teach me and I had always been so scared of driving. I was hesitant to spend money on driving lessons but let me tell you... it was the best investment I couldve ever made. My instructor was Gary. He was patient and honest and gave valuable feedback. Gary is very clearly invested in the success of his students, which makes him good at his job. He helped me to overcome my fears and learn to drive in just a little over 8 hours. I passed my road test with flying colors the week after my final lesson. Ive been driving for a little over a month now, on my own, and it was driving instructor Gary who properly equipped me to be the safe and confident driver I am today. I didnt think Id ever be comfortable behind the wheel, and those who know me couldnt believe that in such a short period of time I was able to get my license and get on the road. (Many thought Id never drive!) If you want to learn to drive, Metro Traffic School is truly the way to go. It worked for me.

I finally got my drivers license, thanks to Gary at Metro traffic school. I was always so nervous behind the wheel to the point of actually having a panic attack. But Gary, calmed me down, took my fears seriously and encouraged me to try again. The first time back behind the wheel in 7 years and I owe it all to Gary! I got the 12 hour package and only completed 6 hours. When I called them to renew my classes they lied and said I only had 4 hours left. When I complained about it they told me I was right but that they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me. I was promised a refund for the 6 hours I didn’t get. After months of callbacks and getting the run around I was told that actually no corporate denied my refund. So they didn’t provide me with the classes and they didn’t provide me with my refund. And now the manager that’s in charge won’t answer my calls. Save your money. There are better driving schools for better prices. This place is trash and the people in charge are UNPROFESSIONAL.

I have had 2 instructors for metro traffic school. I had Mr. Steven and Mrs. Barbara both are great instructors. both of them had different ways of teaching, but both people are amazing, the biggest thing is that they believe their students. also they took their time to work with the students.great driving school to go to. . :)

I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Barbara, she was great! Very patient, and was very positive throughout the whole time. I purchased the 8hrs and was able to get my drivers license the first time I took the exam. I definitely recommend!!

I highly recommend this driving school! I had VERY LITTLE driving experience prior and Barbara really helped me to conquer my fear on the road! She is very patient with you and will go the extra mile to see you do well. I took my road test one time and got my license! Highly recommend Gary if you are in need of a driving instructor! My daughter was against taking driving lessons in the beginning, but one lesson with Gary and she completely turned around! My instructor Barbara is awesome! Even if my available schedule was only Sundays she still accommodates me and always on time . She’s very clear in explaining things and made me feel comfortable behind the wheels (I’m a first time driver at 35). I will definitely recommend her!

I chose this place and asked for Gary because of all the great reviews. My decision was the right one. He was just like the other people say, he was always on time, sanitized the car before I got in, was so respectful and patient and gave me tips that made me a calm driver with no more anxiety. I feel so confident on the road now and use all of his tips. Not only that but I got my license today and the lady at the dmv said I made no mistakes. I owe alot to Gary for all of his help. I was trying to reschedule my class but between the inability to login to my account online to change it and the audacity of one rude woman named Brittany that was answering the phone I would avoid this place at all cost, after pointing out there was another location to go to that I wanted to schedule my class to and gave the address to Brittany she got mad and hung up the phone on me because she couldn’t accept the fact that I was right

This place should not be in business. I purchased the 8 hour course and had to call them repeatedly to ask for an instructor. They changed my instructor three times. They don’t care when it’s convenient for you such as days off. When you ask for a manager they will tell you they are “kind of a manager”. Judy is extremely sarcastic and acts as though she will help you and never calls back (happened 3 times) everyone save your money, it’s a scam.

I’m writing this review because I want everyone who is considering signing up to this establishment to do it, especially if you want an amazing experience. Gary was the most amazing teacher, he’s kind and a great teacher. Without him I wouldn’t have passed my road test with flying colors. I am so glad I chose this driving school. I started out timid and not knowing much behind the wheel and the road. To now I have the confidence and thanks to metro I got my drivers license. Will forever be grateful.

I am a First time driver. I was extremely nervous to take the lessons in the first place. I wasn’t contacted for a 5 after I had already paid for the lessons (the website says 48hrs). The instructor I got was unprofessional. I was scheduled sporadically and I can promise I made Zero progress. I waited for a two weeks to be contacted for what would FINALLY be my last lesson in the most unprofessional and uncomfortable learning environment I could have been in. I HAD to contact THEM to find out they FIRED my instructor for being unprofessional and that I was REASSIGNED to another instructor who supposedly said he had contacted me(He did not) I am not okay after this experience. I will definitely be seeking legal action for malpractice. Please do yourself a favor if you’re a first time driver go somewhere else. This place is a scam for your money. You’ll pay and not get contacted for weeks!!! I honestly even think the reviews are fake.

I started my lessons in August.I had barely any experience driving.In total I took 20 hours driving.My instructor was Steve. I highly recommend Steve. Steve had an incredible amount of patience with me. He has truly made my learning experience unforgettable. Steve was honest, kind, and most definitely challenging.If you think he is being hard on you, it is because he needs to. Trust in him and he will lead you in the right direction.I took my driving lesson and passed with ZERO points. I owe this all to Steve.

I purchased the 8 hours of lessons and ended up having Gary be my instructor. I honestly believe that if I had been placed with anyone else it wouldnt have been as easy as it was.Gary has to be the nicest person Ive ever met in my life. From the moment I met him, he was instantly able to ease my nerves with his encouraging words and shining personality. He was always polite when we spoke to one another. Gary genuinely cares about his students and wants nothing but the best for them.Something that was really interesting was when the car we were using was having an overheating issue. We had to reschedule a lesoon to the next day because about 30 minutes before my lesson the car started acting up. That lesson was then cut short because the car started overheating again. On both occasions Gary was extremely apologetic to not only me, but also to the other people he would have to call and reschedule lessons with. At that moment when the car was overheating, Garys main priority was getting me home safely. He was going to do whatever it took to make sure that I was okay.The day of my driving exam, he calmly and smoothly walked me through the entire process. When it was finally my turn to take the exam, I was absolutely confident that I was going to pass, and I did!All-in-all, Metro Traffic School is amazing and so is Gary. He was always there for me when needed and was always willing to answer questions. I was always comfortable around him, and he was extremely helpful. Tbh its the fact that they took my money and it took about a month because of the fact that the closest driver was a hour and a half. I was the one who called multiple times as to why I was not getting a response and ended up finding that. Im sure that it is a good driving school just wished that they check before getting your money as to if there is a available driver near your area.

I was driving on the road, when I got cut off by this random car. When I saw the sign on the car, it had Metro Driving School labeled on it. When I honked my horn at the driver, they rolled down their window and stuck their middle finger out. It was completely unprofessional, and if that sort of behavior is coming from one of the schools instructors, I can only imagine how horrible the actual service from the company is. After being presented with such attitude, I would definitely not endorse this driving school.

It was absolutely horrible! My sister-in-law, who already had some prior knowledge of driving, took some lessons in order to prepare for her test, and she was paired with a female instructor who was very unprofessional. The lady was impatient, constantly throwing out insults, and didnt seem like she knew what she was doing whatsoever. The instructor also kept her in the parking lot the whole time, not even on the road whatsoever. We spent $149 for two hours, and it was an absolute waste of time and money, especially since my sister-in-law ended up failing the test. The whole experience was completely terrible, and I would definitely not recommend this school to anyone.

This school is disorganized. They did not schedule my granddaughters lesson right away, they left it to the instructor to deal with all that which made things more complicated. When we called to verify the lesson to the instructor, he had no idea what we were talking about which really shows the disorganization of this company. After that instance, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a package for my mom. I asked for spanish speaker but they sent somebody that wasnt fully spanish. My mom said the girl was nice but she had some difficulty understanding her. She did not learn very well I was a little disappointed

One month ago i have no idea or dont know anything about driving but inwas anxious because my son needs me to drive him to and from school to home and so i found this school and told them my situation. They were very understanding and gave me Gary as my instructor and he is awesome, he gave the confidence in me driving and just a month ago now i have my drivers license. The advisor britany Contreras and the advisor dino frits give wrong information, they are very rude, they hang up the call because they dont have an answer, they pretend to be supervisors and do not solve problems, they do not give information about their supervisors, leaving the company very badly, I feel robbed since they deducted me from my account twice the payment made never gave me solution very bad attitude of these people !!!!!

Very bad experience. A teacher named Elizabeth (Puerto Rican) taught me two classes in more than a month, I never kept the scheduled appointments and when she arrived it was always late, when she gave me classes, she only walked around where I live, she never took me out to the streets The main ones I had to close the contract and ask her not to give me more classes because I didnt learn anything with her, it was a total waste of time. I dont know how other instructors will be.

I loved this page until I took the theoretical exam with them, because page gave me the authorization to take it I paid it and I did it but in the end it was not worth anything just because I just turned 18 when they took my money for it, in his page said very clearly that he could and also let me pass. In that they are wrong because I paid for something and I did not receive what I owed. I deserve to be given it because it is not my fault that the page there was wrong said some instructions and I continued, I deserve for what I paid.
