Very down to earth place. Has done wonders for my daughter over the last year. Mr Stewart is very professional, patient, and has a fantastic ability to work with different kids as well as adults. No pricing games, silly fees, and very honest and straightforward in all transactions. I can’t recommend them enough.

Our whole family loves Three Dragons! The family class is fantastic; Mr. Stewart finds super fun ways to involve people of all ages into class activities, while learning and exercising. My son has been doing one of the kids classes for about a month and Im already seeing a difference in his confidence and focus (not to mention an awesome flying front snap kick). I highly recommend doing one of their trial classes, and Im sure youll love it too!

Three Dragons has been a tremendous experience for our whole family. Our 6 year old son is showing great strides in patience and listening skills. All of us have benefited from an increase in strength and balance. The best part is the classes are fun, informative, and motivating. Mr. Stewart is a wonderful instructor showing great patience. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a highly individualized and comfortable environment to practice Taekwondo. Instructors are easy going and friendly, take the time to understand your unique needs and physical ability, and tailor the classes to fit you. I go twice a week and its done wonders for my energy and focus. I tried the gym for a while but couldnt find the motivation to make it work for me. 3 Dragons really inspired me to work harder and they make it very easy to get started. two thumbs way up for the great school instructor Matt Stewart has put together!

Mr. Stewart is patient, knowledgeable, and does an amazing job teaching the techniques while making it fun for my kids. Three Dragon’s My First Six Weeks program has been awesome. My daughter was begging to clean her room so she could show the picture of her clean room to Mr. Stewart and receive her belt stripe! Im so glad I found this place!! It has a great class structure (better than other places Ive seen). Great place for the kids to learn and build a core foundation in martial arts and in growing children into responsible adults. Its soooo nice that they have classes for adults too!! The head instructor is skilled, professional, and I’ve seen Mr. Stewart work with 3-50 year olds with great finesse. I thought I knew a lot about martial arts and have been looking for a challenge. I have found it!

I joined because my son was diagnosed with ADHD. I was skeptical because I wasn’t sure it would work, he has a hard time in school and team sports haven’t been successful. This has given him an outlet he has never had before. The physical exertion and focus required to perform the techniques is providing him a discipline he has never had before. I have been here about 2 and a half months. I enjoy that the teacher changes things up a bit at any given time and i enjoy the change of pace as its challenging. You earn your belt here, which makes you work hard to achieve a rank as opposed to paying money and receiving a belt like a mcdojo. I believe the instructor (Mr. Stewart) is top notch and enjoy being his student and they strive to help you succeed in not only taekwondo but in life. I kick much higher and stronger than i ever thought i could achieve.Try them and i can pretty much say you will not regret it as i have not. This school is like a godsend because there are so many orlando schools out there that are sketchy. If you want a belt factory, then avoid this school. If you really want a school that will teach you taekwondo and not take advantage of you, then this place is it.

My son is very shy and after being around Mr. Stewart for about 5 mins he had him talking and participating! The care and attention that is provided is outstanding.
